Anthony Savage BSc (@TS77UK) reported@EE They said they can't help as it's from Flow but if I wait 48 hours then it MIGHT fix itself and allow me to order. -
jellybean1976 (@jellybean_7676) reported@EE @EE this afternoon I've tried your WhatsApp help - the bot kept going round in circles and wouldn't put me through to anyone. Now I've tried 150 and it's a 20 min wait time
-
RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@bmstewart2004 @EE are no different. I get a message to extend my contract when it ends in November with "great offers" but I'll be paying £3 more per month through the app (currently £49.99/mo). They want me to "contact customer services" to talk about it but no, I shouldn't have to. I can wait until my contract ends, then go through my Zable Credit Card and take advantage of the same speeds, etc for £25/mo. You want to retain your customer vase, EE should offer the same prices as "new customers" on the app. Which is where we are told to do all our business.
