@EE I’m having issues with my broadband. The connection on it is terrible, it’s drops in and out all day. At the moment I can’t even stream Netflix on one device. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. It’s been like this for 4 days now

@EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

@EE @Ofcom what's your view on this? I know there aren't any regulations as such for broadband but don't companies voluntarily sign up to a code of conduct which states that what my mother is experiencing isn't good practice and she should be allowed to cancel?

@EE Hi Si, thanks for getting back to me. OpenReach have been and identified a faulty cable. Cable has been replaced but still no internet. We think may be a problem with the router. Engineer confirmed broadband signal check ok though.

@EE left Vodafone because of the service and not impressed with EEs so far. On hold for 30 minutes twice and no response on Twitter while waiting for a SIM to go live. I've emailed returns already so unless some magic happens say goodbye to my money.

@EE But hypothetically, if the max she can receive is 9/10mb and she's paying £62 a month for 250mb, what stance do EE take? Surely anyone can see that's not right to let her continue paying that much for such poor service?

I don't think it's very good practice to keep someone on hold for 45 minutes, talk for 5 minutes then put them back on hold for 25 minutes, to ultimately be hung up on because the offices were closed. Without resolution... not very impressed. @EE
