    @EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

    @EE the signal i get from you is terrible, 5G barely works when i have it, slow as anything and 4G is constantly slow most of the time

    @EE my friend is vulnerable and lives alone she has no access to her phone or internet she is based Coventry tried the EEcoverage it’s saying there isn’t an issue.

    @EE I ordered an upgrade for my phone last Saturday and it said usual despatch within 7 days. It’s been 8 days and I’ve had no phone and no update. I sent a DM yesterday afternoon and have not had a reply. Can you help?

    @EE so this may be a stupid question but why does an open reach engineer have to come out if I already have the box and line from a previous supplier. Can't they just do something on their end?

    I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

    Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

    @EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

    @EE sorry your here@to help 7am 11pm weekdays and 8 till 8 weekends is not working my@husband has passed away I am trying to close his account for the past 3 weeks I eventually spoke with someone 8days ago they said i would be contacted in 5 days I have heard nothing !

    @EE poor experience with Expert delivery and your customer service.... Expert delivery via enjoy looks dodgy no verification of who I was only my name?? This after being cut off whilst holding first time I called.

    @EE 2 people where your network does not work in thier house but goes to 4g as soon they move outside. A competitor has no such issue and they would love to move to your network are you able to investigate mast settings in the area?

    Absolute fiasco between bt broadband and @ee over our internet or lack of! Open reach engineer told us we will get little or no service. @ee sold us bt package that does not work and neither are taking responsibility! 😡meanwhile we are £30 a month down!

    @EE Hi @EE I can’t return my old device following upgrade. Been told to return by 8/1/21 or otherwise be charged. Still haven’t received returns pack. No one replies to phone number you advised me to ring - on hold for an hour now. Is this the service for over £100/month?! Giving up!
