    @EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

    Thank you @EE for making this lockdown even more inconvenient. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

    Absolutely appalling service @EE Ordered a new iPhone upgrade to be dispatched within 7 days, signed docs. I ring up today to be told that the phone will not be coming within 7 days and also that they cannot honour a signed agreement! Is this legal? Absolutely disgraceful!

    @EE We a long-term customer of EE since 1998 (Orange). Currently an issue with a time that my husband (70, Stage IV cancer) has never used which I have asked for 12 mnths to be cancelled. Now trying to charge me £183 and no-one is listening!

    @EE my household use your network for phone service and we have recently changed from BT wifi to EE hub (due to a few 5G spots) but recently the internet has been so slow, can’t even join a meeting without lag/drop out - are there any works going on? (Postcode-CH3 / Chester area)
