  @EE customer service, tech team and collections team are officially the worse I’ve ever dealt with. 28days without a working phone or phone line as the replacement phone they sent me was faulty. They deem this acceptable 👍🏾

  @EE I’m having issues with my broadband. The connection on it is terrible, it’s drops in and out all day. At the moment I can’t even stream Netflix on one device. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. It’s been like this for 4 days now

  Since changing from BT to @EE onto a supposedly much faster connection we’ve had nothing but problems and it is geting gradually worse. When the contract expires I will definitely not be renewing. Expensive and unreliable wifi.

  @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping

  @EE When you assure your customers that you will be contacted within 72 hours. Why does it never happen? I have been mistreated , miss sold items, offered a refund and yet still not revived months later! Disgraceful
