Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy
