    @EE I just need to get the handset replaced as it won't register on the network. Every time I try to register it on the network manually, it says the network isn't available. 3 SIMS that work in other phones have been tried in this handset, but none of them worked in it. (2/2)

    @EE I've had a problem for the last week now, a message comes up intermittently saying that mobile data has temporarily been switched off by the operator. This has affected using certain sites like WhatsApp & Twitter while I'm out.

    @EE I’m having issues with my broadband. The connection on it is terrible, it’s drops in and out all day. At the moment I can’t even stream Netflix on one device. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. It’s been like this for 4 days now

    So @EE has taken 50 pound to top up children’s phones got proof from bank they reversed and took the money but kept telling me card has been declined shocking no one to answer the phones customer service shocking.

    @EE IVE BEEN IN UR STORE 45 MINS NOW ADVISOR TRYING TO FIX MY GALAXY WATCH IT SHOULDNT TAKE THIS LONG WOULD RATHER A REFUND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE TOLD ME ITS BEING INVESTIGATED I HAVENT GOT TIME FOR U TO INVESTIGATE IT JUST TAKE THE WATCH BACK WASTING MY TIME IN HERE SORT IT OUT

    @EE why, for the second day running, do I not have enough signal to make a phone call!? I have one bar of signal, sometimes two. I live in a large city not out in the sticks. What’s going on?

    @EE Then to add insult to injury calling me mate last time I checked they wasn’t on my friends list and I’m sure you ask the customer what they prefer to be called, or is that not the case anymore.

    @EE The SIM won't work in it, but the SIM works in my old phone. It registers that the SIM card is in, but it says Emergency Calls Only. The handset hasn't been blacklisted - that was checked at an EE store and by tech support. I took the contract out last Thursday online. (1/2)

    @EE I swear since you upgraded us to full fibre we've had more buffering and less ability to watch and load simple things like iPlayer. Not a happy customer.

    @EE your customer service towards customers that have YEARS of honouring contracts is probably the worst thing ive ever come across, i cant even get my stolen phone replaced. Its the most unprofessional and disgusting service ive ever had

    @EE I’ve tried calling you - no one seems able to help me. BT say I don’t owe them any money. Your broadband didn’t work in my new house, I returned the equipment and cancelled the contract in good time.

    @EE has the network been down the past few days , i cant seem to use any mobile data. ive had signal and 5G but it dosnt seem to work or load anything pages, or texts,calls over WiFi, on my data. ive restarted my phone multiple times, ive also tried the airplane mode trick
