Thank you @EE for making this lockdown even more inconvenient. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

@EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

Neighbour has new BT in, @skytv internet goes down...... coincidence. I THINK NOT! And I now have 2gb of 4g to last me 6 days (thank god for @EE. and my data, it’s avoided a lot of meltdowns from my SEN brother)
