Dear @EE Please can you fix my work iPhone. It's been down with 'no service' since yesterday and I'm having to wait for the IT department at work to liaise with you to find out why!

Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

@EE your voice and data coverage in Worcester is diabolical. The number of times I have full 4g signal but no data and either disconnects or atrocious call quality is ridiculous. It’s like a daily occurrence.

@stuartandersonn @EE You should try a wireless charger. it charges quicker, and you don’t have to worry about replacing a broken cable every 6 months. I bought a belkin one from eBay for £25, the same one as Apple charge £50 for (approximately).
