Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

My 4G has been ridiculously slow since 5G was turned on. I haven’t had 5G once and live in central Birmingham. Funny that @EE.

@EE I’ve been with EE for many many years pay monthly (never missed a payment ect) and I’ve upgraded and they’ve said I have to pay a security deposit for line rental along with my bill... I’m so confused what this is for...

@EE your voice and data coverage in Worcester is diabolical. The number of times I have full 4g signal but no data and either disconnects or atrocious call quality is ridiculous. It’s like a daily occurrence.

@EE IVE BEEN IN UR STORE 45 MINS NOW ADVISOR TRYING TO FIX MY GALAXY WATCH IT SHOULDNT TAKE THIS LONG WOULD RATHER A REFUND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE TOLD ME ITS BEING INVESTIGATED I HAVENT GOT TIME FOR U TO INVESTIGATE IT JUST TAKE THE WATCH BACK WASTING MY TIME IN HERE SORT IT OUT

@EE I just need to get the handset replaced as it won't register on the network. Every time I try to register it on the network manually, it says the network isn't available. 3 SIMS that work in other phones have been tried in this handset, but none of them worked in it. (2/2)

So @EE has taken 50 pound to top up children’s phones got proof from bank they reversed and took the money but kept telling me card has been declined shocking no one to answer the phones customer service shocking.

@EE WATCH WAS EVENTUALLY RETURNED AFTER ADVISOR FAFFED ABOUT WITH IT IN THE BACK FOR AN HOUR TRYING TO FIX, HE ALSO FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY SIM BACK SO I THEN HAD TO RETURN BACK TO THE STORE AFTER SETTING OFF HOME

@EE I've had a problem for the last week now, a message comes up intermittently saying that mobile data has temporarily been switched off by the operator. This has affected using certain sites like WhatsApp & Twitter while I'm out.

@EE The SIM won't work in it, but the SIM works in my old phone. It registers that the SIM card is in, but it says Emergency Calls Only. The handset hasn't been blacklisted - that was checked at an EE store and by tech support. I took the contract out last Thursday online. (1/2)

@EE BT sold you to me as solution for tethering my phone&laptop, thus avoiding me buying their dongle. The phone you sold me via BT says I can't turn off both SIMS, thus the phone downloaded stuff I'd not have downloaded at that time, forcing me to spend what I didn't need to.
