Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

There were problems with scanning my ID but they got that sorted ASAP I had rung EE earlier in the day so we just needed the sun and they couldn’t have been more helpful it was the Manager and another nice guy 👏👏

Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

The switch over is on you @EE not us but we’re having to suffer because of it and had to sign up to a new contract that apparently, we can leave at any time

Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! But yet theyre telling me its damaged and was when it was sent & it wasnt

Been an EE customer for many years. I have full details of call on 1 July when I ordered broadband including full name of call handler but EE no help
