-
nicola-louise (@emerald_nlt) reported from North Dorset District, England@EE hi!👋🏻 having some issues with devices on my network…making the children very unhappy on Easter holidays during their iPad window! 🫠 please help!
-
Basic with Life (@Joses_World) reportedI’ve been with @EE for over 20 years, I have 4 lines and I’ve never been late with my bill. So why is it that @O2 and @VodafoneUK have better deals for me then #ee #eeupgrade? Where’s the loyalty?
-
Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported@EE your network is **** I will be leaving at the end of the contract after 15 years, your network is getting worse and yet you put your prices up
-
Tony Crystal (@TonyCrystals) reported@TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.
-
cass 💖🇮🇱 (@sassycassyL) reported@WoodUksparky137 @EE on my last contract renewal I decided to do a sim only contract then PX my phone with back market for a nearly new one, my contract with EE went from nearly 70 a month to 22, I'll never buy the phone with contract again
-
Dirtypawz_ (@Dirtypawz__) reported@TheWobblyGamer @EE My EE has been solid tbh, touch wood. Contract up in November and I'm still switching as I'm sick of their price hikes. I pay a stupid ammount for 1Gbps. I'm going to either zen brrroardband or UFibre, half the price for the same and no mid contract price hikes.
-
S Esq (@__sine_nomine) reported@WoodUksparky137 @EE Never ever buy a phone with a contract on a finance agreement. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.
-
Steve Jay 🚫 by CRT 🏴 (Starmer out)!! (@s1l2j) reported@EE this is my internet yet again. It’s absolutely rubbish, and I even pay extra for preferential signal. Diabolical service, and only word spaghetti rather than a fix! The postcode is Nn7 3fg
-
Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@EE @O2 @O2 whats your sales number please I have contract sim but never use it we are dire customer service so I'm moving to o2 entirely
-
Colin Bassett (@SkyAtNight0000) reported@EE How is this a marketing preference? How did i ever agree to receive notifications for mailbox messages every 15 minutes when I have never had a text message ever. It's a constant nuisance call which are unlawful. Stop them now! If I call i will just cancel & close my account.
