    @EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

    @EE your customer services is appalling. Can't get through on 150 so go in store to be told no can do call 150. Staff in the Tamworth store all need the sack! Rude is an understatement! Please someone contact me

    @mrmjprice @EE It was awful last night. As soon as we moved towards the village it started working. I presume the mast closest to the centre was saturated.

    What happened to @EE having the best coverage ?! Barely get 5G at home anymore when a few months ago before their ‘essential maintenance’ it was fine ?!!! Anyone else had a drop in signal from EE since like August

    Hey @EE Right now, 21:35 on a Friday evening, in the centre of Truro, this is the appalling state of my 4G connection. This is a regular occurrence, any time of day, but again I find myself so frustrated that I'm calling you out on Twitter. Many millions of users pay you huge amounts of money ... you really need to up your game for your customers. @Starlink is breathing down your neck now, and price comparison means many of us could very well switch providers if service doesn't improve.

    @seannyybt @EE Probably O2. Often asking people for priority codes for gig tickets so makes sense to have my own. Signal very similar round where I live. Few on Tesco who use O2 signal and no issues

    Has anyone tried switching from BT to EE on broadband recently? It is truly SHOCKING! I have never known such poor communication, shoddy service. They are in a mess. No update on complaint, only days until can get to ombudsman. Sort it out @EE #ee #broadband

    Power outage yesterday shows how vulnerable people living in OX29 8xx are due to @EE (& all other providers)'s failure to provide decent mobile coverage or even acknowledge there is an issue in #Hanborough.
