  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

  @EE hi there I’ve been told I need to send back my WiFi router otherwise I’ll be charged however I’ve messaged service desk on here several times but they’re not responding!!!!! We didn’t receive any postage information or barcode to send the box back.

  @EE #billing Check your bills with EE!! After 39 years with BT we switched to EE in June. Never had any inaccuracies in my bills with BT. Ever since switching every bill has been wrong! Staff are friendly and helpful and sort it out but this shouldn’t happen.
