@EE - I need to speak to someone urgently regarding a messed up PAC transfer. Your Bromsgrove branch has transferred my daughters number to the Vodaphone network by mistake. We spoke to your technical team and she was promised a call back between 3 and 4 today but nobody rang.

Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

@EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

@EE customer service, tech team and collections team are officially the worse I’ve ever dealt with. 28days without a working phone or phone line as the replacement phone they sent me was faulty. They deem this acceptable 👍🏾

@EE No, it's still the same. It has been like this for around a week. I also seem to be losing connection completely about once a day, but restarting the hub solves this although not the speed issue. I disconnected the wires and reconnected and the speed hasn't improved.

@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

@EE hi there,since upgrading, the BT sport large screen £5 service was unexpectedly removed and I can't re add it via 150 sms. I have BT sport as smart benefit. Tried calling but was just sent a link which said I'm not eligible for this service. BT sport app still works fine

@virginmedia how do I get hold of anyone to discuss and cancel my broadband? You have delayed installation twice. I did find a number but gave up after 30 mins. The text I received says reply with ‘CHAT’ and that does not work. I should have listened to the @EE guy!!

What a con! I was trying to top up with @EE but landed on the #OnTopUp website by mistake, which didn't make it plain they were separate, charged a hefty fee and signed me up for a monthly subscription I never asked for! Why does @EE even take vouchers from this dodgy operator?

@EE Hi, I upgraded a phone on my plan online on 08.10.2022. I have since received an email advising the handset is not available & was asked to call. Every day I have been on hold from 45mins-1.5hours and the line disconnects each time, any help would be appreciated.

@EE hope you can help, was expecting my new phone 3 days ago being delivered by dpd but I've not received it yet. All I keep getting from dpd is there is an issue with your parcel and its being held at the depot in Gloucester.
