  @EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

  @EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

  @houseofbuck @EE Similar we installed and got 6-10mps when an agent told us we'd be able to stream and wfh on the package "sold" to us. The phone calls with and agent and senior manager were awful. She listened to the original call 1hr 15mins within 20 minutes end to wnd and declined complaint

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌
