Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

  • LB797 LMB797 (@LB797) reported from Birmingham, England

@jpowell40 @EE I’m changing over in October. Take my number with me. I have asked them to solve my problem publicly instead on DM and I haven’t heard back from Monika at EE

@EE that’s the longest ass phone call ever, in the world, just to cancel a phone line when you get enough of my money - when someone says “too long, not going in to it, just cancel.” It really means “Shut up”

  • LB797 LMB797 (@LB797) reported from Birmingham, England

  • LB797 LMB797 (@LB797) reported from Birmingham, England

Bought unlimited calls from @EE Turns out it's a scam as it's only unlimited to "certain" numbers. Tried to phone customer service and was told it costs 25p per minute to speak to someone. JOKES. Disgusted. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

@EE I can't login to my account on your website - are you having problems ?

  • JessPhantasm 𝔊𝔥𝔬𝔰𝔱 𝔑𝔞𝔱𝔦𝔬𝔫 ⸮⸮ 👻🇷🇺 ⸮⸮ (@JessPhantasm) reported

@brightsider123 @EE That's the new improved USB-C. (slightly faster charging capability, and it plugs in either way up). Cheap fix - Buy a USB-A (the sort that plugs in most chargers) to C cable (Disadvantage, it may not charge as fast, fine if you charge overnight). Or buy a new USB-C charger.

  • nuunlimited nuunlimited (@nuunlimited) reported

@EE @gadgetgirlella I call and call and call and only ever get a recorded message but no support, no help with my billing query - you charged me twice for something and I want to know why?

  • liam06993 Liam (@liam06993) reported

  • brightsider123 Helen💙🔸#FBPE #ForeverEuropean (@brightsider123) reported

@nigib1 @EE The chargers never last long anyway.

  • nigib1 Nigel Gibson #ReInstateJeremyCorbyn (@nigib1) reported

@brightsider123 @EE ??? Never had a problem with chargers, it's the cables ime that break all too easily, sometimes only for data, not charging. Chargers are sometimes not powerful enough (typically old ones).

  • djbradshaw64 Dave Bradshaw 💙 #Iwillgetvaccinated (@djbradshaw64) reported

@FrancisL1 @brightsider123 @EE USB-c Wireless not bad. Bought an Anker one off Amazon I think only about £12-15
