@EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

@EE Hi - the signal light is blue for a second then turns red. All other lights are blue. Yet on my iPhone and my laptop it is saying that the wi-fi is connected (albeit weak connection). When I try to connect to the internet or any apps it says ‘no connection’

Service from @EE past 6 months since moving house so bad I can't put it into appropriate words. No signal, no 4G, broadband dropping out multiple times/day. 20 hours plus on phone to them. Refunds not given when promised; fobbed off; stories changed, £600 to them for this. #ee
