  ffs @EE sort your 150 crap out. Trying to pay my bill Option 1, to pay your bill, Option 2 to pay someone else's bill or Press star for something else. Doesn't let you press star just repeats that same options over & over. so can you get someone from EE to call me.

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
