Dogs**t service from @O2, spent months trying to change a direct debit date resulting in multiple late payments/being cut off because your customer service team can't follow simple instructions of when to take payment, nor do you have any online/app options to do this, also an absolute nightmare to get through to anyone. Contract cancelled. I'm off to @EE.

@MikeyNealey @EE Lucky you being able to cancel @EE full fibre. BT put us on EE rather than BT FF saying they're the same. After call, read the terms and conditions, and they're not the same, and wanted to cancel in 14 day cooling off period. They say cooling off only starts on install. Why?

@VodafoneUK Customer since 1985 that's 41 years but sadly last day tomorrow as getting a better Sim only deal. Your greed is astonishing. Shareholders must be happy, I can assure you customers are not. Same for @ee and @o2 customers all leaving networks.
