Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.

Gav Marten (@gavmarten) reported@BidSurreal @EE @TomTugendhat It’s mainly because our 4G mast equipment is old and oversubscribed. They aren’t updating them, blaming slow networks on delayed 5G rollout. However, 4G speeds are decent enough for most tasks.
