  I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

  @EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

  DPD deliveries are so impractical. @EE you need to offer an in store collection option! Delivering large orders during work hours when people arent home doesnt work, especially since DPD doesnt let you pick a day after 5 days. Theyve already failed a Saturday delivery today 😤

  One mast serves the entire area and when that goes down, they then cannot get approval from the landowner to repair said infrastructure and you are lucky if you have one bar of signal. @EE get it sorted!!

  @EE I’ve found that I can never sign in to my account either online or app since I’ve added tv to my account , I already had broadband, I was advised to change my email address as it may of been a glitch and then link my account number to it which I did and worked once , no good

  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  @bt @EE @openreach the worst companies on this planet to deal with, awaiting broadband since February with escalation after escalation, simply brilliantly rubbish. A customer for 40 years and they really do not care

  @EE is it true that you can not provide internet for several days through no fault of the customer but the customer isn’t allowed to not provide payment? Is it also true that you don’t provide any compensation for loss of earnings due to you not providing internet?
