    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

    @EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

    @EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @ee it seems like your #iPhone launch policy is to insist you can fulfil #release day delivery to all your customers and then let almost all of them down. I was given a delivery time by one staff member and told “100%” by another. It’s borderline criminal. Tell me I’m wrong…

    Someone please explain to me why @EE has a 30 day cancellation notice period for a one month contract? What happens if I make an order in February? Do I have to call and say "I want to cancel a number that doesn't exist yet but theoretically might in two days"? That's absurd.

    So now thanks to @ee I don’t have a new phone, can’t open a new contract with the deals I want, can’t revert back to my old contact to close it. So now have to spend 36 months paying for a phone I’ll never receive.
