Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

Rang @O2 because my signal is constantly poor, they won’t let me out of a one year contract for free and are trying to force me to pay £160 to do so where as @EE let me out of a TWO year contract for free after much help. Sort it out @O2 your network is poor at best.

Very disappointing customer service from @EE . Called to cancel my SIM card and could not be the attitude of “Jay” (I am sure it wasn’t his real name) it was so inappropriate. I advise him I want to complain and he could not careless.
