Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

@EE Signal in TF5 area is poor and getting worse. So many no signal spots when I’m walking the dog. Sort 4g across the whole country before playing with 5g please.

@EE @EE The there is not signal in central Glastonbury since the storm. And before, the connection was not good either. The engineers are not fixing the problem. Your clients in Glastonbury should not pay the bill for a service that we are not able to use since almost 1 month ago.

@EE You have total disregard for your customers. Your WiFi is extremely poor during the day and at night it completely shuts down. I’ve had enough of your incompetence and will be leaving to sign up to your competitors - they have better value for money and customer satisfaction.
