Even got told that the tracking link would give me as much info as ee could over the phone, yet it can't tell me it's 14 days like they can!

In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
