-
Carl Jones (@Jones123Carl) reported from Shrewsbury, England@EE It's already been sorted by a great rep called Shannon online! Shame it came around after getting a text saying your order is on track after catching the phone support lying on several occasions. Proved with stats from Samsung
-
Chris Shepherd CIHCM (@MscChris) reported from Admaston, EnglandHave been chatting to @EE this week due to 29% call drop rate and have come across a new phrase - ‘cell breathing’. I think that’s technical bs for terrible signal. At least they said they’ll be improving the masts in September 2020!! #whatdoipayfor #ThursdayThoughts
-

-
Charles Thomas (@revCTStAndrews) reported from Albrighton, England@charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...
-
Carl Jones (@Jones123Carl) reported from Shrewsbury, England@EE Just rung up and advised it's within the 14 days still but if I order now on the phone I can have one tomorrow... to then be told they do that with the stock they have and I'll have to wait! Shambolic service
-
Stewwwperman (@stewwwperman) reported from Wellington, England@EE Hi Mark. All is well, normal service resumed a couple of hours after my tweet and there have been no issues since 👍 Thanks.
-
Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@hbafilmshorts @ThreeUK @EE EE do support Apple Watch. This graphic is just for international roaming. Could be that EE will be supporting it but it’s just missing off the graphic

Hannah Warren 🇪🇺💀🎃👻 (@HannahW333) reported from Shrewsbury, England@EE I've been trying to reset my password for the My EE app for ages, but when you're taken to the 'reset my password' section after the email is sent to you, the website just says its not working now. Any idea when this is due to be working again?

-
Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@nikolajht @EE Might have been. Either way EE do seem to be slow on the uptake of both compared with Voda and O2

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Andrew Berry (@andrewsberry68) reported@EE it one thing claim to have the best service but it's now been waiting to speak to someone for 23mins, not a good service
-
ʍ ʍ ӄɦǟռ (@MMKUK1) reported@Ofcom Dear ofcom, Kindly do the same with @EE. They failed to provide a proper service at both my home and office addresses. They even acknowledged the fault and issued credit because of it, yet later admitted the issue cannot be fixed due to local black spots. Despite this, they still refused to cancel my contract without penalty. That is deeply unfair and unacceptable.
-
TRUTH (@paulamobi) reported@England @EE The funniest thing about the 'high-value' men and women lecturing people on this app is that none of you are actually married or in stable relationships. You're just single people who read three paragraphs of a self-help book and decided to open a school."
-
Hazard Hyena (@hazardhyena) reported@TheBeardedNardo @EE To as a customer for such personal information its not right and should not be tolerated
-
Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@Stsantek @virginmedia Newsflash, @EE is also ridiculous with shady contracts. I hope you never get to cross hairs with them.
-
sunil bedi (@colnbrook1) reported@EE Hi there The link you have sent does not work - have tried other connections and still fails - no point now as I am arriving back to U.K. tomorrow- this is soooo disappointing and I would like to be compensated. Really has caused me issues
-
Harry (@Harry_White96) reported@EE internet struggling at half 10 at night with just my Xbox connected to it is a ******* joke. I'm paying for an apartment WiFi "optimiser". Reported this so many times but just get sent to a bullshit AI chat that doesn't help
-
Gordon Gotch (@gordongotch57) reported@EE Wh=hy can't I login to my business account? Website keeps taking me around in circles!
-
Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported@EE If only I could get someone to phone me and talk through the problem instead of bots it would be a start, it’s very poor to say the least @Ofcom might be my next hope to get this ongoing issue sorted
-
Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reported@EE Yes, I have just made a complaint in regards to this. You are very clearly trying to funnel any contact that may result in a loss of finance to EE, towards your call centre where people who suffer with anxiety can be bullied and pressured into products/services they don't want.
