Davie G π¬π§ (@fredbeare) reportedDo @EE have any actual humans, other than those on commission in sales, working for them? Almost as bad as Virgin Media, certainly worse than @BT who seemed to have taken the worst from both companies and merged. Are there no good comms companies out there?
-
Alan Royston (@pagechord) reported@EE - Been going through problems with @EE for weeks, your transition to digital landlines is shambolic. The newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline still doesn't work. Told you'll need to order landline again, awaiting further call Mon, Aug 10th. Appalling service!

Fuse Energy (@fuseenergy) reported@AnjaliS53393221 @EE Hi Anjali! We're sorry to hear that. Many of our customers are seeing that our website is blocked due to potential malicious activity. We have checked thoroughly for faults on our end and can't see anything that would call for us to have this flag. We have been talking to the EE technical team and haven't been able to progress or come to a resolution. @EE we would greatly appreciate a deeper look into the reason so many of your customers are experiencing this issue - some of them have made contact but haven't been able to come to a resolution.
-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE another day goes by and still no resolution- your organisation really is the worst Iβve ever had the displeasure of having to have a service forced on me that isnβt fit for purpose, Iβm fed up with sorry, Iβm fed up of the whole damn saga - your service deserves every single one of these piles and yes Itβs now 18 π©π©π©π©π©π©π©π©π©π©π©π©π©π©π©π©π©π©

James Bowen (@SirCHUCKY) reported@EE, very refreshing to cancel a new TV contract and not even have someone trying to negotiate so I stay. I have 5 phone lines, a tablet and broadband with you already and the red carpet was rolled out when I said the word cancel. At least @skytv put the effort in.
