  @charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light.   @BenNeenan @EE They've tried to help me on here! Well, when I say tried just tell me there sorry it's delayed and to keep checking my tracking link! Even got told that the tracking link would give me as much info as ee could over the phone, yet it can't tell me it's 14 days like they can!

  @BenObi2000 @VodafoneUK @EE I also believe I may be wrong but the EE does not support UMTS on the esim but Vodafone does. Shouldn’t be an issue really as 4G LTE is pretty much everywhere now.

  So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

  @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

  @EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

  @WirralRanger @EE Almost every big company is a pain in the arse for customer service. From personal experience I exempt Sky tv and @firstdirect as being pretty decent. Virgin is awful.

  So today has been a new low for @EE a staff member has refused to connect me to there cancellation team and then telling me I don’t have the right to cancel. As a consumer we all have the right to cancel if we are not getting the service that we pay for!!. @Ofcom
