    @BenNeenan @EE They've tried to help me on here! Well, when I say tried just tell me there sorry it's delayed and to keep checking my tracking link! Even got told that the tracking link would give me as much info as ee could over the phone, yet it can't tell me it's 14 days like they can!

    @EE poor crappy service and very rude customer service from youโ€™re shrewsbury duty manger who then reply donโ€™t put on any social media Thanks for poor service will be not recommended your company to anybody

    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day ๐Ÿ˜… Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

    @EE Signal in TF5 area is poor and getting worse. So many no signal spots when Iโ€™m walking the dog. Sort 4g across the whole country before playing with 5g please.

    @EE Think it's best we leave this, as we're just going round in circles with the same shit answers for the last few days but no actual help to many customers, yet the delays get longer

    So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

    @EE nearly every day in my area in wales thereโ€™s an issue. We rely on EE mobile internet for WiFi calling and internet. Yet everyday thereโ€™s an issue. And no compensation for the hideous price we pay for this. In the 21st century this should be efficient, fast and reliable.

    Appalling service from @EE who have TWICE in the space of 4 weeks dispatched equipment to addresses I donโ€™t live at. Including today two hours after being assured no equipment would be sent. After years of recommending service I am now doing the opposite. Avoid!!

    @EE App doesn't work ... Why or how would I contact you through the App if it's not working? I'm not sitting on the phone to tell you your App is **** and needs fixing, I've just done that on here. Let me know when it's fixed!

    @EE @WeAreOpenreach The order was placed ages ago the equipment fitted but connection to post outside couldn't be made as there is an issue with it we were informed along with our nextdoor neighbour we could ask if they could use the electricity pole to run the cable

    @EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

    Went into an @EE store yesterday, safe to say service with a smile was not what I received. Thankfully my apple watch ultra finishes next month and i can pay off my device as mazuma have offered me enough to pay it off. Not only that but my wifes sim and daughters phone can go to
