Well, when I say tried just tell me there sorry it's delayed and to keep checking my tracking link! Even got told that the tracking link would give me as much info as ee could over the phone, yet it can't tell me it's 14 days like they can!

Today you send me a text message to say there was an issue and ask me to contact a representative on the live chat. There was no issue. You have kept me online for 1h45m for the sole purpose of first trying to also sell me an additional tablet, then broadband and when that didn't work either, a watch. After refusing all of the above and finally being allowed to leave the chat, I find you have charged me an additional £7 for a phone/screen cleaner I did not ask for and do not require. Your website is also terrible and impossible to navigate efficiently. This is not good customer service at all :(

Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. And no compensation for the hideous price we pay for this. In the 21st century this should be efficient, fast and reliable.
