Hannah Warren 🇪🇺💀🎃👻 (@HannahW333) reported from Shrewsbury, England@EE I've been trying to reset my password for the My EE app for ages, but when you're taken to the 'reset my password' section after the email is sent to you, the website just says its not working now. Any idea when this is due to be working again?

Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@hbafilmshorts @ThreeUK @EE EE do support Apple Watch. This graphic is just for international roaming. Could be that EE will be supporting it but it’s just missing off the graphic
-
Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, EnglandSo 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

-
Chris Shepherd CIHCM (@MscChris) reported from Admaston, EnglandHave been chatting to @EE this week due to 29% call drop rate and have come across a new phrase - ‘cell breathing’. I think that’s technical bs for terrible signal. At least they said they’ll be improving the masts in September 2020!! #whatdoipayfor #ThursdayThoughts
-
Shaun Jenks 📸 📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@BenObi2000 @VodafoneUK @EE I also believe I may be wrong but the EE does not support UMTS on the esim but Vodafone does. Shouldn’t be an issue really as 4G LTE is pretty much everywhere now.
-
Stewwwperman (@stewwwperman) reported from Wellington, England@EE Hi Mark. All is well, normal service resumed a couple of hours after my tweet and there have been no issues since 👍 Thanks.
-
Chris Shepherd CIHCM (@MscChris) reported from Admaston, England@EE Oh yes. Restart phone. Turn airplane mode on and off. Turn off auto network selection and turn back on etc. I live in Telford, not the middle of bloomin Cumbria!
-
Chris Shepherd CIHCM (@MscChris) reported from Admaston, England@EE Signal in TF5 area is poor and getting worse. So many no signal spots when I’m walking the dog. Sort 4g across the whole country before playing with 5g please.

MindTheGap (@mindthegap2018) reported@EE @mjpeterz22 How can I request some help?
-
Jo Oliver 💜🇬🇧 (@BagFleaBag) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Yes, it’s usually days if it’s a bad storm and that’s in southern England and not that rural, my friend on a quieter month had no electricity for 2 weeks and no internet for a month the other year after a big storm.
-
S (@Sarah_FireHorse) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE So the answer seems to be an emergency generator. Or you can plug starlink into a car adapter - that’s another emergency option, run it off your car battery.
-
VisionsofGold (@VisionsofGold) reportedSo @ee after calling 150 the answer is no. 18 years of customer loyalty gets you nothing. Couldn't even waive the early upgrade fee. A real shame. Better to wait until the end of the contract and leave? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp
-
jess .ᐟ ⋆。°✩ (@MEENAJUTLAS) reported@TomMason111076 @EE had the same thing, still not working. had to pay via 150
-
micka9990 (@Michael66108716) reported@EE Can you give me a number straight to customer support , be 10x easier if you had online chat like most suppliers have
-
Ludwig Van B's (@ChoralSymphony) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE already happened in Wolverhampton with my parents. All comms in now reliant on the internet, mobiles. Dad's on the emergency roster for energy, cos of oxygen machines, but it's soooo cack-handed. The govt is always blindsided by tech and the lobbyists money. They are all morons
-
ByNiels (@by_niels21222) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE That network will not be maintained. It is dead. Starlink may be a solution worth while looking at.
-
Paul Jones (@Wrexham1978) reported@sophie_reed98 @EE @ee are terrible for rewarding loyalty. I left after 30 yrs & am getting the terms elsewhere for a fifth of the price.

À𝕓á𝕪ọ̀𝕞í (@TheDealEnvoy) reported🚨 Scam alert. Be careful out there. Hackers are getting really sophisticated. Just had an unsolicited call from 01438 989236 claiming to be @EE customer service. Sounded professional. Said they had a promotion that would bring my monthly bill down. Asked for my last name, then said I’d get a code from @EE and should read it out to “verify” I was the account holder. Checked the number that called and the number that sent the text. Instantly knew it was a scam. Called @EE myself on the official number and reported it. Never give anyone a code sent to your phone. Hang up and call the company directly.
