    So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @EE Just rung up and advised it's within the 14 days still but if I order now on the phone I can have one tomorrow... to then be told they do that with the stock they have and I'll have to wait! Shambolic service

    @BenNeenan @EE They've tried to help me on here! Well, when I say tried just tell me there sorry it's delayed and to keep checking my tracking link! Even got told that the tracking link would give me as much info as ee could over the phone, yet it can't tell me it's 14 days like they can!

    @EE It's already been sorted by a great rep called Shannon online! Shame it came around after getting a text saying your order is on track after catching the phone support lying on several occasions. Proved with stats from Samsung

    @BenObi2000 @VodafoneUK @EE I also believe I may be wrong but the EE does not support UMTS on the esim but Vodafone does. Shouldn’t be an issue really as 4G LTE is pretty much everywhere now.

    @EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

    @EE I'm currently with you for Internet and you have been pretty good apart from the low speeds but that is the line issue not yours. But those packages are really expensive, I get unlimited dl now for around £20. I stream with Netflix etc so would need the £50 bundle to safe

    @salihughes @EE When that happens my service provider sends ME the details for payment (reference, etc). They should never ask those details from you. 👍

    @EE as I don't want to mess around with this happening again. I want a different handset. Terrible customer service of a long term customer. Ee refusing an acceptable option. I will be starting to look around for other providers this week, and WILL NOT be paying the early end fee

    @EE utterly appalling customer service. I have a fault with my handset for the 2nd time. The Bristol Cribbs store said it was a known issue with the handset last time, which turns out that they flat out lied to my face. I do not want a repair of this handset, or replacement...

    @OnePlus_Support Simple enough question DM is far too private everyone needs to know this answer Your Customers would like an answer also in case their phone was lost or stolen. IF my phone was stolen how would i go about having it blocked instantly since it is not tied to a network like @EE

    @brokenpromithes @EE @TIDALSupport I had the same problem with my provider before some weeks. I made a "mtr" and have seen that a router in the middle had a big paket loss. So the provider changed the Level3 carrier to another and it was working fine after some days...

    @EE Such dreadful service!! Was on hold for 15mins trying to get through to your upgrades team before giving up! Makes me wonder why I'm upgrading at all, maybe l should be talking to your leaving team. Worst part is, it's probably the same team for both! #TimeToLeave
