    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

    @charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

    @EE I've been trying to reset my password for the My EE app for ages, but when you're taken to the 'reset my password' section after the email is sent to you, the website just says its not working now. Any idea when this is due to be working again?

    customer service differs to change DD date only @HSBC_UK 20 mins on line chat, 2 different forms (not avail on app) neither allow date change, on call/hold for 12 minutes to customer services. Time 40 mins. @EE log on to app, select change DD, enter date, job done. Time 40 secs🙄
