Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

Been getting regular spam phone calls from numbers which are (I think) obviously spoofing the number as the first 8 digits perfectly match my own. Last 3 always change. I’m registered with TPS. Calls either silent or play nonsense recorded msg. Help?

Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>
