In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

Well, when I say tried just tell me there sorry it's delayed and to keep checking my tracking link! Even got told that the tracking link would give me as much info as ee could over the phone, yet it can't tell me it's 14 days like they can!

I recently activated a USA travel bolt-on and travelled to the USA for 5 days where I utilised it (I note it included a shockingly bad 0.5mbps speed cap @EE are much better here)
