@EE Oh yes. Restart phone. Turn airplane mode on and off. Turn off auto network selection and turn back on etc. I live in Telford, not the middle of bloomin Cumbria!

Have been chatting to @EE this week due to 29% call drop rate and have come across a new phrase - ‘cell breathing’. I think that’s technical bs for terrible signal. At least they said they’ll be improving the masts in September 2020!! #whatdoipayfor #ThursdayThoughts

@EE I've been trying to reset my password for the My EE app for ages, but when you're taken to the 'reset my password' section after the email is sent to you, the website just says its not working now. Any idea when this is due to be working again?

Hey @EE, I know @VodafoneUK will start to charge whoever uses the phone abroad more than at the UK (for English people living abroad is a big issue). Are your rules towards this usage abroad changing as well?

@EE It definitely says it is closed and to call back during normal opening hours can’t even get put on hold - bit naughty really. I’ve been having issues with speed and connectivity - regraded again to Smart WiFi and that’s made it worse
