@EE Oh yes. Restart phone. Turn airplane mode on and off. Turn off auto network selection and turn back on etc. I live in Telford, not the middle of bloomin Cumbria!

Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE Also, trying to register for unlimited NHS data and it keep taking me to the sorry there was a problem page when it times out

@BenNeenan @EE They've tried to help me on here! Well, when I say tried just tell me there sorry it's delayed and to keep checking my tracking link! Even got told that the tracking link would give me as much info as ee could over the phone, yet it can't tell me it's 14 days like they can!

@EE Just rung up and advised it's within the 14 days still but if I order now on the phone I can have one tomorrow... to then be told they do that with the stock they have and I'll have to wait! Shambolic service

@EE Signal in TF5 area is poor and getting worse. So many no signal spots when I’m walking the dog. Sort 4g across the whole country before playing with 5g please.

Have been chatting to @EE this week due to 29% call drop rate and have come across a new phrase - ‘cell breathing’. I think that’s technical bs for terrible signal. At least they said they’ll be improving the masts in September 2020!! #whatdoipayfor #ThursdayThoughts

So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

@EE 3rd attempt at 150 call (Wed 10:35 am) this time the call was disconnected after 17 min, "This office is now closed" ??? Try to call again 150, this time "the service is not available". Either all customer service agent are on holiday or something is going very badly wrong.

Trying to get through to @EE is nigh on impossible! Attempted to cancel an add-on on FRIDAY with the most incompetent person ever, and have had no follow up email. Now they cut me off when trying to continue the process. If the phones won't work, can you help me here please? 🙏

@EE EE you pride yourself on customer service but charge two different upgrades to two people in the same household, with the same circumstances on the same day, claim there is nothing you can do, ask me to call back to discuss but leave me on hold for 50 mins!!

@EE Just to be clear - I have not “preordered”. I ordered a phone that was in stock and usually despatched in 1 working day. The fact you have no idea on delivery dates is shocking, as is the amount of online complaints regarding this sort of issues. Please can you escalate this?
