@EE Signal in TF5 area is poor and getting worse. So many no signal spots when I’m walking the dog. Sort 4g across the whole country before playing with 5g please.

@EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE time consuming and frustrating experience! Customer service awful/ non existent. Wrong/broken phone & nom delivery of device or returns bag & now I’m being billed.Send me the bag so I can return the broken phone and then leave me alone. I’ll find another provider.

@EE Honestly I've never known signal as bad. Can't go in any building without signal loss, can't have more than a few minutes call without hang ups. Atrocious for 2022. Newest phone out and still awful. Tried on other phones and awful. Can't be just me,anyone else? Need to switch
