  @EE Signal in TF5 area is poor and getting worse. So many no signal spots when I’m walking the dog. Sort 4g across the whole country before playing with 5g please.

  @charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

  Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

  @EE Your customer service used to be good. Then BT got involved. Now its all text messages and **** arsing about. I remember when I could call speak to a very helpful Irish person. Now its just about pleasing shareholders and not the paying customer. Good riddance wankers.

For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), is broken on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

  @LouNfu @EE They have areas which show perfect 5G cover yet data is slow or non existent- Shrewsbury SY3 is poor - I have raised this and they say “we have no reports of a fault” - it isn’t a “fault” It’s been like it for years! Same around SY22 - what you see ain’t what you get!
