Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE You could if you wanted to. They could call me, verify me, send a one time PIN, confirm I'm the a/c holder. Just like they do on inbound. Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE @EE Suppose I owed EE loads of money and I said this other person will pay off the debt for me, but they fail to do so? Would you think my debt is their responsibility, or mine? The gift cards are EE's responsibility, not some 3rd party.

-
Phoenix Rahman (@Phoenixrahman) reported@VisionsofGold @EE @SamsungMobile No such thing as loyalty for existing customers. Iโve been with EE since they were one2one. In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead itโs higher costs and poor customer service.
-
Hay (@sisterhaze) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It wasn't that long ago that fibre optic cables where laid down for landlines phones. What happens to all these cables?
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
