Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! ๐ค

In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day ๐ Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

You're responsible for the entire network at @glastonbury but you made a choice to prioritise yr own customers in order to force others to use your service. That stinks.
