@charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

@EE @glastonbury Fantastic! Must have made bundles of cash too! Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say it’s too expensive to do? Just give locals the decent 4G data signal they pay for.Not even asking for 5G!

@HuaweiMobileUK Thanks @HuaweiMobileUK Model is Mate 40 Pro, region UK, service provider is @EE build number is 12.0.0.228. I have a P40 Pro which received May patch 3 weeks ago but according to news sources the Mate 40 Pro was supposed to get the updates first. Cant be stuck on Feb 2022.

@EE this is absolutely ridiculous! I have now had no WiFi for 48 hours! I reported the issue I have had with my Modem not turning White and an Openreach engineer is due out in 2-3 days but as of yet no update on if the issue has been solved. I want this months bill discounted! 😤

@EE sent my phone off to be fixed with a battery charging issue and they've damaged the screen and said they can't fix it under warranty, the screen was in perfect condition Is there someone who can resolve this please

@EE I’m in the US at the moment. I paid to terminate my Pay Monthly contract. My number is now inactive but I was hoping to keep it as a PAYG. Is there a way I can get my number back? I can’t call 150 & the chat option doesn’t come up for me.
