  @PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

  @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

  @EE @DavidSu99220975 We had 4 day outage last week, we did all the chasing zero communication from EE and not an apology in sight!! “For 13 years running we are number 1 on customer service” I don’t think so!! Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!

  @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.
