Iโm on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

I was with BT but they couldnโt offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but itโs been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best
