    @EE really unhappy with the service Iโ€™ve (not) received over last 2 days. I have now been cut off due to fraudulent activity on my account!! Leaving me without any way of being contacted. Spoke to 4 different people all have told me different version of events..

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE Iโ€™ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

    @ee Iโ€™m not happy, I took out broadband with you about 15 months ago, I was told I would get 10gig added to my mobile data. I have just realised this isnโ€™t the case and Iโ€™ve brought extra data that I should never have needed to buy!

    @EE Very disappointed on how you treat your loyal customers. Been with you since the Orange days. Yet you won't give me a fifth line due to a missed payment. Which I've paid. I'm due an upgrade so I may shop around and look elsewhere.

    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day ๐Ÿ˜… Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

    @EE Hi, my broadband is rubbish. Speeds are between 0.5 & 7mbps at present. Guaranteed speed of around 21. Tried all the checks and still slow. Please help! ๐Ÿ˜•

    @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

    @EE @GlastoFestFeed Are you joking? I'll never use EE in my life after that experience. Spoke to a lot of people who felt the same. The way you ran the network at Glastonbury was either incompetent or malevolent. You actually inspired me to make some posters for next glasto about how bad you are :)

    @EE Less than 1 week until my 4G broadband contract ends and itโ€™s been nothing but dreadful. The speed is like dial up 90โ€™s. The โ€œserviceโ€ is as consistent as the weather and the price is higher than the stars. I will never touch EE ever again or recommend them to anyone. Manure.

    @EE Who made the choice to only ***** new EE masts when you expected data usage to double for everyone this year? You're responsible for the entire network at @glastonbury but you made a choice to prioritise yr own customers in order to force others to use your service. That stinks.
