@charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

@EE I’ve been trying repeatedly to top up my 93 yr old Uncle’s mobile phone by credit card. Call 150 from his phone, select option 1 for PAYG top up, then option 1 again for top up by credit card. No response! Your menu system just hangs! Is it broken?

So my sensible pay monthly plan with @EE has not worked! I topped up and received that it was successful however I have been unable to contact them! This is my only phone and I am seriously let down by them now telling me I have insufficient credit when I have surplus 💔🌹

@EE As I am fully aware as a customer that you do an annual price increase it has been little by little year on year. To then jump up by that much is a disgrace. That is hardly keeping the customer informed as I receive a letter a month before when I can't really do anything 1/2
