@EE Hi, my broadband is rubbish. Speeds are between 0.5 & 7mbps at present. Guaranteed speed of around 21. Tried all the checks and still slow. Please help! 😕

@EE @glastonbury Fantastic! Must have made bundles of cash too! Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say it’s too expensive to do? Just give locals the decent 4G data signal they pay for.Not even asking for 5G!

@EE Hi Russ, apologies - I didn’t get a notification telling me you’d replied to this. We only have telephone and broadband from yourselves but tend not to use the landline, so it’s only broadband I notice issues with.

@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

I have got to say, other companies can learn from @EE's customer service! Phoned up with what I thought was an odd request, the agent on the phone said "Nope that's fine, we can do that" and in less than a minute she had sorted my problem! Thank's Amber from the Business team!
