@EE Hi, my broadband is rubbish. Speeds are between 0.5 & 7mbps at present. Guaranteed speed of around 21. Tried all the checks and still slow. Please help! 😕

@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

@EE @glastonbury Hi there, I just wan to leave EE after one year of contract, and they dont allow me because I still have 1 year left, so they make me pay £300 to leave them. Since this one year that I have the service (even the wifi and my boyfriend cellphone) never worked how its supossed.
