@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

@StevieMQuinn03 @seanmcdonald01 @EE Aye. I’m a stubborn eijit. EE are not the cheapest but customer service the best. I’ve fell out with vodaphone, sky, but and virgin due to this yet have stuck with EE for years possibly over a decade. Wish they were cheaper though

@EE is there a problem in NR7 with Broadband? I've had no Internet for a couple of days. The broadband light on my router is red. Rebooting the router and plugging the dsl cable/filter into the test socket has not helped.

@DClark_Bland @EE Not meaning to hop on, but I had one of these at 16:30, went to log in to my EE account and that told me it was locked too for security purposes. And since then I've had issues with other websites having people log in to my accounts. Just keep an eye on your other accounts
