    @EE Hi Russ, apologies - I didn’t get a notification telling me you’d replied to this. We only have telephone and broadband from yourselves but tend not to use the landline, so it’s only broadband I notice issues with.

    @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

    @EE I’m having lots of problems with the hotspot/connectivity on my iPhone 12. Devices connect but then drop after a few minutes. This is happening on several devices including CarPlay in my car. Please can you advise

    If Sky mobile is ran by @O2 then they need a new provider because damn, there data is shite!!!!! Shouldn’t take up to five minutes to download an app on 4G, yet my wife who’s on @EE can download an app within seconds!!!
