@EE your customer services is appalling. Can't get through on 150 so go in store to be told no can do call 150. Staff in the Tamworth store all need the sack! Rude is an understatement! Please someone contact me

@EE what’s going on with service in south derby DE73. Shows I have 4g and minimum 2 bars, speed is <10mbit and that’s if it decides to connect at all. calls have been dodgy for weeks. Recent work should have been done by now…

@EE I did that and they just told me that they’re all charged before they’re given out so that there was nothing they could do. Very poor, it didn’t last any longer than the 5,000 version we have but it was too late to swap that so now we’re almost without power

@Plusnet @EE Not impressed, not able to get incoming calls or texts since Wednesday. No communication from either company to advise of issues. Hours wasted trying to fix what I thought was fault with phone. When will this be fixed? Number is emergency contact for kids.
