Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

I can get calls but I can’t get any 4g at all. 3 yrs of complaining. 2 hours today bouncing around the worst phone system of any company. Around in loops and cut off 4 times. Should never have left @EE

I didn't want to make a claim, I called to check my insurance, and it turns out the idiot/liar/blagger in the shop didn't put insurance on. So they told me to **** off n get insured elsewhere.
