  I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

  @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

  Switchin wifi provider. This other company gotta lot to answer to really, even if they still working on it. No internet for 3 weeks as a paying customer is bangers. Jus glad there was thee @EE ppl there today. 50£ gift card. To shhhpend any where. Unlimited data sim. 20£ off for a whiile.
