@EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

@EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

@EE Given that I couldn't validate my account and if my sim was delivered to someone else by mistake and they could perform validation and therefore pretend to be me, it seemed very sensible to cancel the direct debit immediately from a security perspective.

@ee is there an issue sending text messages. I keep getting "message failed to send". I can send imessages without a problem though.
