    @EE Hi, has the Volte option been removed from the iPhone 12? I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

    I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

    @EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

    @EE BT sport not working on apple TV. Keeps telling me to contact EE to upgrade my subscription. I'm not happy paying for this if its not working?

    @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @EE is there a problem with the app? I'm on an upgrade anytime plan and was just looking to upgrade to the s21+ but now it's saying plans not available? I just had all the plans up and now they've disappeared?

    Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

    @EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

    @EE Hi Russ, apologies - I didn’t get a notification telling me you’d replied to this. We only have telephone and broadband from yourselves but tend not to use the landline, so it’s only broadband I notice issues with.

    Why is everything with @EE such a ballache? Upgrade early, for no early upgrade fee... yet when you go to the website, it adds the charge. 'Call customer services' they say. No. Fix your website. I don't want to be on the phone with somebody trying to upsell other products.

    @EE Yes I’ve seen and am an active participant in that thread. Where more information has come from customers like myself than has from EE Doesn’t really help fix the issue though does it. Nor have I had any kind of response to my complaint on the matter

    @lukepatchett @EE Yes- having exactly the same issues and have tried contacting EE all weekend!! Let me know if you find a way to upgrade!!! I found same plan £20 cheaper with EE on a diff website; I'm tempted to go through them. Their 1-2 week wait will probably be the same time for EE!

    @EE I can't really have a dialog now- I'm working until about 6pm. Hence why I was trying all weekend when I was free. It won't let me pick iPhone 13 pro as a option. It says you e sent me a message on my app but when I open it there is nothing there. Upgrade link doesn't work.

    @EE 11 days later, having contacted you on 4 seperate occasions, and being promised a call back from a manager on all 4 occasions - I am still waiting for one? When can I expect a call? Awful customer service to deal with a problem in billing which is your mistake!!
