They insisted Iโd get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were โlostโ and they matched the original offer.

No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I donโt. You canโt record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup
