@EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

@EE I just need to get the handset replaced as it won't register on the network. Every time I try to register it on the network manually, it says the network isn't available. 3 SIMS that work in other phones have been tried in this handset, but none of them worked in it. (2/2)

@EE The SIM won't work in it, but the SIM works in my old phone. It registers that the SIM card is in, but it says Emergency Calls Only. The handset hasn't been blacklisted - that was checked at an EE store and by tech support. I took the contract out last Thursday online. (1/2)

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

@eww_williams @EE Same! apparently it's a known problem others have reported, was told to keep trying over next 48-72 hours... i'm in 12 day cooling off period so fingers crossed it's sorted before i have to go elsewhere

@EE I spoke to an EE advisor earlier this week to cancel 4 x SIMs on my A/C within the 14 day cooling off period after numerous errors in setting the account up. 3 of the SIMs seem to have been cancelled but 1 is still remaining pls can you help to sort this?

At what point are @EE going to start my for my broadband with KCOM because I have never got a signal. Upped my internet package because I’ve usually got 0 bars of signal and have to use WiFi calling to make any kind of phone call Absolute joke, pay £78 a month for this ****🥴

@eww_williams @EE Same! Speaking to customer services today, seems it's a known problem, multiple tickets raised... i was told to keep trying and they hope to have it resolved in 48-72 hours... i've just joined EE so only have 2 weeks to decide whether to stay..
