@EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

@FXKT_GEIST @EE EE should be ok as Virgin used to use that and I had no problem but Virgin now changed to Vodaphone network and its atrocious. If have not luck with EE try Tesco sim only internet connection on my mobile is better than the Virgin media one.

@EE where can I make a complaint pls? Despite me putting my correct address for my phone to be delivered, you missed off my house number and the poor DPD driver had to knock at every house. I was lucky to have received it!!!
