  @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you.   I have made multiple complaints to @EE and even though I told them the signal is not good where I live and that I need the fibre, they insisted on sending me a mini WiFi hub as a show of "good faith" it was supposed to arrive today, guess what, it never did, such poor service

  @EE this service is getting worse! Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! Why is this work never done at like 0100-0500 when it's less likely to be used!! Never had this issue with BT 😡

  @EE Lymington staff said no phone account could be opened in my home address unless bank card is registered at my address. Theyre ALLOWING A FRAUDSTER TO USE MY HOME ADDRESS! They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help

  @EE Didnt do anything. Im awaiting broadband from yourselves activated on thursday. The 4G back up is useless as there is no signal No signal on my s26 outside It is unacceptable in a major city not to have any signal at all
