@EE So a webchat as a potential new customer (instant, although the webchat for upgrades is apparently too busy to respond 🙄) tells me that this is very much compatible with F&F. So that rules out this strange justification for ripping off existing customers...

@EE my wifi is not great at being picked up upstairs in my house, If i turn my WiFi off on my mobile my EE 4G is literally 1bar and slow is there anyway as a good will gesture you could send me a signal booster.

@EE Now you’ve had a good nights sleep, can you do something about your 4G at EX22 7JN. Service has been extremely poor this week. Constantly disappearing, fluctuating DL and UL speed. Some of us rely on it for business and it’s simply not good enough.

@EE But you can enter homes of people who are not shielding? That’s why I was looking up the equality act 2010. People who are shielding are at higher risk of bad outcome if they get Covid but no greater risk of contracting or passing Covid than someone without those health issues.
