@EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

Hey @EE what on earth is wrong with your customer service line, iv been trying to get through for the past few days and iv been on hold for half an hour and then it cuts me off, all I want to do is upgrade my phone, but I might be get second thoughts now 😒
