EE Issues Reports Near West Bromwich, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in West Bromwich and nearby locations:

  • ForbesProducer Forbes Coleman (@ForbesProducer) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE ecotalk runs on your network. Can I use WiFi calling on their network? They have no info on their site.

  • MutliRaceMan Jean Thierry (@MutliRaceMan) reported from Birmingham, England

@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

  • dean_kavanagh Dean Kavanagh (@dean_kavanagh) reported from Solihull, England

@barbs_paul @EE Up there with @virginmedia, horrendous service for existing customers!

  • OoRITE_C4 C5 (@OoRITE_C4) reported from Birmingham, England

So @EE promised me a discount on a contract and now they're going back on their word. I'll be moving over to a new network.

  • DaniiJonesX Dannniiii😁 (@DaniiJonesX) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE so this may be a stupid question but why does an open reach engineer have to come out if I already have the box and line from a previous supplier. Can't they just do something on their end?

  • chailey_ Jonathan Whiteland (@chailey_) reported from Birmingham, England

Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

  • OoRITE_C4 C5 (@OoRITE_C4) reported from Birmingham, England

    @DeanBryan_ @EE Bun voda, they're the worst

  • APG1959 Tony G (@APG1959) reported from Birmingham, England

I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

  • ZSJaved123 Zee (@ZSJaved123) reported from Birmingham, England

What on earth is happening to your signal. Sort it out!!! @EE

  • LiamM_D Liam M-D (@LiamM_D) reported from Aldridge, England

@EE hello! Who is the best team to speak to about booster boxes? I have them setup in our business - not sure who the account holder is and we need troubleshooting help. Any ideas please?

  • Bizzle_187 Tally B (@Bizzle_187) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@EE wow, spoke to a representative today to see if they want to keep me as a customer but was offered no better deal or any attemp to keep me. May jus go back to @ThreeUK

  • Pattimwr Pat Murphy Wright (@Pattimwr) reported from Birmingham, England

@taratomes @EE We’ve been having similar issues 😡 repeatedly told to switch modem on & off!!

  • jonscott1980 jonathan scott (@jonscott1980) reported from Solihull, England

@EE poor experience with Expert delivery and your customer service.... Expert delivery via enjoy looks dodgy no verification of who I was only my name?? This after being cut off whilst holding first time I called.

  • DaniiJonesX Dannniiii😁 (@DaniiJonesX) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE is there a problem with the app? I'm on an upgrade anytime plan and was just looking to upgrade to the s21+ but now it's saying plans not available? I just had all the plans up and now they've disappeared?

  • upsiedasie upsie daisie (@upsiedasie) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

  • saritaverma11 Sarita (@saritaverma11) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

  • deb_fitzgerald deb fitzgerald (@deb_fitzgerald) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

  • originalstevieb Stevie B (@originalstevieb) reported from Cheslyn Hay, England

@EE Hi Russ, apologies - I didn’t get a notification telling me you’d replied to this. We only have telephone and broadband from yourselves but tend not to use the landline, so it’s only broadband I notice issues with.

  • conrad_noble Conrad Clinton Noble (@conrad_noble) reported from West Bromwich, England

@EE any sign of the xperia 5 iii coming to your network? As I am now within my early upgrade period and hoping for this handset.

  • DaniiJonesX Dannniiii😁 (@DaniiJonesX) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE BT sport not working on apple TV. Keeps telling me to contact EE to upgrade my subscription. I'm not happy paying for this if its not working?

  • blondecharm Helen (@blondecharm) reported

@timboxall @EE Probably a bit late now but Jess said our BT Wi-Fi kept going down yesterday closely followed by a power cut for a few seconds a while later. From bits I've seen online there were problems all over Worthing.

  • LoggieRrfc1 Allan Logan (@LoggieRrfc1) reported

@SwanyThaRed @ScotlandNT @EE Personally thought robbo had a crap game

  • mathertim Tim (@mathertim) reported

@anybassdrum @Ofcom @EE Also, EEs service has got a lot worse over the past couple of years. Anyway, have a nice night 👍

  • anybassdrum i am nobody (@anybassdrum) reported

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE It’s difficult. You enter a fixed term contract on a mobile phone and not a fixed line and therefore your service can and will vary between locations. It’s annoying when you have a poor signal at a location that’s important to you though…

  • DandyLion786 DandyLion (@DandyLion786) reported

@EE getting a ‘SIM card not registered’ error message. Only able to use my phone on Wi-Fi - not able to use your (poor) customer support through 150 or via another phone (just confirms other phone is fine). How do I contact you? @Ofcom

  • HantsHog50 BitToTheLeft (@HantsHog50) reported

@o2 why are you so rubbish at mobile networks? Consistently getting unstable @o2 connectivity. Constantly swapping between Edge, H+, 4G and no network all within 60secs. 4G is slower than Edge! Deeply regret switching from @EE and now paying 17.3% more for poorer service.

  • benjamincruise Benjamin Cruise (@benjamincruise) reported

I haven't been able to make any phone calls since Tuesday 21st March @EE this isn't exceptable. You've increased the prices and taken away any phone service!

  • leinadrevilo94 Dan (@leinadrevilo94) reported

@EE hi guys, I got an esim from a store and provided my home address. I got set up in the shop with full signal but when I get home I get no signal at all. Then I check the website coverage tool and low and behold - no coverage at all! I need to get this canceled. Please advise!!

  • DocTimLindsay Tim Lindsay (@DocTimLindsay) reported

@GNetworkComms down again... Just about ready to beg @EE to take me back.

  • sadieha40166032 sadie harper (@sadieha40166032) reported

@EE Hi Russ. I’m not sure the advisor was aware this can be resent. She said she can only send emails through outlook? I’m usually very pleased with the service from EE but today has altered that. Very unprofessional email too.
