Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

The handset hasn't been blacklisted - that was checked at an EE store and by tech support. I took the contract out last Thursday online. (1/2)

That looks like a standard boiler-plate letter that would be sent out to anyone, otherwise you'd have been address Dear (name). I agree though that 'Dear Customer' would be better now.
