    @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

    @EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

    @EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @EE customer service, tech team and collections team are officially the worse I’ve ever dealt with. 28days without a working phone or phone line as the replacement phone they sent me was faulty. They deem this acceptable 👍🏾

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE getting REALLY fed up of constantly having no service at home because of continuous ‘service issues’ in my area. Can’t make WiFi calls to doctors, companies etc 😡😡😡😡😡

    @EE after waiting for a call back that never came I ring you about my delayed for a month iPhone 12 Pro. Officially, they can't even tell me if i'm going to get it before Christmas. So it's gone from within 21days, to 28 days to now "we don't know" Blinding Service #ee well done

    @EE please help. I have changed my email address on your website. I tried to sign in and it wouldn’t let me. I changed my password and your site sent me a link to my new address then sent an email to my old email address. I can’t log in.
