  @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey.   Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..
