  @EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey.   @EE Despite your helpful Tech 1 team telling me my problem with you activating my Apple TV trial without actually giving me any means to actually use it was in hand and elevated to Tech 2 - the call back and resolution in 24 hrs still hasn't happened. Not very good really!

  @DinaGlyphs @EE MSO is an OpenReach issue. It means you, and likely any neighbours using OpenReach, are affected. EE can’t speed it along. OpenReach will fix it, but it’s up to OpenReach to fix unfortunately
