  • MPQ172 MP (@MPQ172) reported

@EE EE network been struggling all week - what about BT Unbreakable !! What takes the biscuit is the complete lack of Customer care 👎🏻 been a customer since the days of Orange - time to leav EE

  • MacMackieMacMac #phonegrip ൱ᵃᒼᵏꜞᕪ ൱ᵃᒼ ൱ᵃᒼ (@MacMackieMacMac) reported

@EE Why did it take 6 hours for you to notice the outage, and would you care to be more specific about how many of us suffered. "A number" is an arrogant dismissal of the issue.

  • B16REE Ree (@B16REE) reported

@EE You guys are terrible. Not been able to make calls for months. Time I submit a claim for no service #EE

  • SeanQui95970135 Sean p (@SeanQui95970135) reported

@carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE But what would you expect? It's clearly stated in every mobile network's terms and conditions that liability is limited to the service provided and paid for. If someone loses an appointment for 100 pounds, a network is not going to credit that back. They'd all go out of business.
