@EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

@EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

  • Chezzels2 Chezzels (@Chezzels2) reported from Cannock Chase, England

@EE @RitaOra Even worse, 2 COVID rules were broken. U should have actually been in quarantine Rita!! Shocking behaviour from someone in the public eye and intolerable that EE haven't done a thing about it.

  • SarahKeery1 Sarah Keery (@SarahKeery1) reported from Cannock Chase, England

@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

  • SarahKeery1 Sarah Keery (@SarahKeery1) reported from Cannock Chase, England

  • ZachariahED Zac Davies (@ZachariahED) reported from Walsall Wood, England

  • DanJennings9 Dan Jennings (@DanJennings9) reported from Burntwood, England

@EE - sort the signal in Burntwood - WS7 - will you? It’s a bloody joke. Can’t even make a f*ing phone call without it cutting out!

  • MutliRaceMan Jean Thierry (@MutliRaceMan) reported from Birmingham, England

@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

  • nicole118nicole nicole (@nicole118nicole) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE I’m still having issues, can’t log into my account

Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • isabellaHYZOVA Izzy H (@isabellaHYZOVA) reported

@EE not had a response to this tweet from friday (poor). Can you please assess this situation and see how you can rectify it. Having to wait 2 weeks for wifi because EE sent the incorrect routers is not acceptable, EE appear to be making no attempt to resolve this at pace

  • RLNcott RichardN (@RLNcott) reported

@EE Our BrightBox died this morning and I put the SmartHUB back only to have it restart 3 times in 1.5 hrs. After about ummm I don’t know 5 minutes I decided to switch the power supplies out and bang running for 7hrs no issues. Then I found this on your forum from 2019…

  • MattGarrould Matt (@MattGarrould) reported

@Mattsthespirit @EE That's literally the only thing I haven't tried, everything was fine until a few weeks ago, I let it go thinking they may be doing maintenance but it's been going on too long now, haven't dropped my phone so damage isn't the cause. I'll try replacing the sim. Thanks

  • AnselSpear Edders (@AnselSpear) reported

@EE Please confirm progress of down transmitter in Portsmouth PO1. Been about 8 day when I can only use wi-fi calling at home. Your colleague confirmed a problem.

  • caranthir23 Яmƒ (@caranthir23) reported

@England @_DeclanRice @EE This gonna be so stupid when they get KOed in the next round

  • feyipuk Phil (@feyipuk) reported

@EE What got sorted? I left a tourist attraction having had barely any signal. If I'd been wanting to play #WizardsUnite (do you still sponsor?) I'd have been stuck on the loading screen. I get there are places that have bad reception, just having such a large area seemed odd.

  • DoddyDodds DoddyDodds (@DoddyDodds) reported

@EE I'm with those pointing out poor coverage. Sending this via WiFi but if I leave the house very hit & miss. 5G you're having a laugh. I'm in that remote area half way between Birmingham & Leicester & 3km from a motorway.

  • Ginger___Gaming GG (@Ginger___Gaming) reported

@EE My new phone and contract was miss sold to me under the guise that 5G worked in my area. 5G was at a staggering 0.57 Mbps not even 1Mbps, my 4G phone is quicker which has had its speeds slowed down since beginning of the contract…? I wonder why since 5G is now a thing or not???

  • chris7of9 CHRIS ROSS (@chris7of9) reported

@KayBurley @EE You are stupid and keep proving it. UK pulled out therefore new rules potentially for everything to do with Europe. Does that give you a clue?

  • jesperg29 jesperg29🇩🇰🇬🇧 (@jesperg29) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE You really are a pathetic little person. You spread lies, you called attempts to bring facts into the debate for project fear, and now this? Own your ****!
