Hey @EE what on earth is wrong with your customer service line, iv been trying to get through for the past few days and iv been on hold for half an hour and then it cuts me off, all I want to do is upgrade my phone, but I might be get second thoughts now 😒

@EE Myself, wife and friends in West Cumbria are having problems with slow 4G. We all used to have good download speeds and it was quick but over the past few months it’s been terrible. Spoke to EE and they suggested it was my phone but it can’t be if lots of others are affected!

1/2 Awful customer service from @EE been a loyal customer with them for more than 15 years and when asked to leave a pay as you go contract 6 months early due connectivity issues making it impossible to speak to clients. They will not consider waving the £100 fee!

@mouthwaite @EE My son tried to cancel his contract after the expiry term of its 2 year period and despite saying it was cancelled EE continued taking the DD. He then cancelled the direct DD and they issued bailiffs 😤. He now has no credit rating - 😡🤬and You can’t get to speak to anyone
