@EE Hi Russ, apologies - I didn’t get a notification telling me you’d replied to this. We only have telephone and broadband from yourselves but tend not to use the landline, so it’s only broadband I notice issues with.

@EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

@EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

@EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

@EE If you hold on to the copper phone lines and keep the old plug in phones (which currently you can still purchase) you can still make phone calls to the emergency services etc if there is a power cut. With the new digital phones and the fibre broadband you can't.

@TeamYouTube @ee couldn’t believe it either and tried desperately to help me but all we could think to do was to try texting my old phone number in a month or so in case it’s sim has been purchased and it’s new owner is willing to help. This “loophole to lose everything” needs to be looked at

@EE I’m in the USA on holiday any trying to get my wife’s e-sim activated. It is messaging the verification code to get number but that is not working as that is the same number we are trying to activate. Please help as her phone effectively not working.

@jonbvn @EE Exactly my point. If you hang on to the copper lines you can plug in the old phones and power cuts don't affect you.
