  @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you.   @WoodUksparky137 @EE Never ever buy a phone with a contract on a finance agreement. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.

  @TheWobblyGamer @EE I’ve had the exact same experience. I was with BT but they couldn’t offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but it’s been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best

  @EE your wifi box is so bad! Gave and promised false hope and trust but no the wifi service never seems to connect, always cuts off, just all around problems. Might just have to look into getting virgin media

  I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus
