@PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

So @EE has taken 50 pound to top up children’s phones got proof from bank they reversed and took the money but kept telling me card has been declined shocking no one to answer the phones customer service shocking.

@EE I’ve been with EE for many many years pay monthly (never missed a payment ect) and I’ve upgraded and they’ve said I have to pay a security deposit for line rental along with my bill... I’m so confused what this is for...

@EE I've had a problem for the last week now, a message comes up intermittently saying that mobile data has temporarily been switched off by the operator. This has affected using certain sites like WhatsApp & Twitter while I'm out.

@virginmedia It’s only been in the past few weeks that it’s gotten so bad. I was getting updates 2 weeks ago from @EE saying they were doing work in my area, but have heard nothing since. Shame you don’t have wi-fi calling

One of the worst things i have ever done is move from @EE mobile to @virginmedia mobile as 4g is slower than a slug... currently getting 0.48mbps even my school internet was 2mb 15 years ago pdl 😡😡

Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

When 4G was introduced 3G went terrible.. now 5G is here, 4G is terrible. Talk about ways to get the customer to sign into more expensive data plans @EE #5G #5gishere #4G

@EE Broadband issues in Bournemouth? Weeks of intermittent service, buffering etc and today no internet at all. Usual "no problems detected in your area" message. Spoke to EE yesterday advised to get longer cable in spite of 14mgb detected instead of 49. Unable to work AGAIN!
