Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

@EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

@EE Hi.... You've charged me for a contract I've never actually had or used (it was cancelled & returned before I even received it) and therefore pushed me overdrawn. And I can't get through to you on phone at the minute.

@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

@EE I hope you can help me. When I try to use mobile data nothing happens,but when I try to ring out I get,"not registered on network". I did try to block one of my numbers due to I lost the sim card,but the lady stopped the wrong number. I did get the service back tho. Pls help

You’ve really let me down this week @O2 My signal in Blackpool has been terrible. Completely nothing at times. And other times virtually unusable. It’s the last straw. Been with you for nearly 20 years. This will be my last contract. @ee has 5G in places here.

@EE the email never came and the call that was being transferred from complaints to customer services went dead. With no way to directly contact the complaints team, I had to wait...20+ minutes. Here comes the U-turn. Complaints overuled by customer services. Utter disgrace!!!!!

@EE Hey EE, how about sorting your system so that when the weather gets above 25c your phone system doesn't go down? In the north east, and once again, can't make or receive phone calls.

@EE I have little, if any criticism of your staff, who all seem to have tried vet hard, but their hands are clearly tied by ineffective systems and processes. All they need is the ability to delegate upwards when a problem is beyond their ability to deal with.
