    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

    @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

    @EE your customer support is shocking. For the 3rd month in a row I’ve had a randomly large amount of mobile data disappear from my account on the day it renews. Your live chat is crap, and your wait times are unacceptable for anybody that actually has anything to do. Any help?

    Dear @EE . Kindest, most polite of suggestions. If a paying customer needs to make a claim for a stolen phone. Perhaps suggesting calling a number isn't the best port of call? Perhaps suggesting 'asking to borrow your partner's phone' also doesn't work? I live with my dog.
