    @charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

    @EE the signal i get from you is terrible, 5G barely works when i have it, slow as anything and 4G is constantly slow most of the time

    @EE I ordered an upgrade for my phone last Saturday and it said usual despatch within 7 days. It’s been 8 days and I’ve had no phone and no update. I sent a DM yesterday afternoon and have not had a reply. Can you help?

    @EE can you please help me understand what's happened to my new phone? According to the dpd tracker, the parcel was refused at Birmingham and it's on its way back to you. However, my plan has been updated and I am being charged my new contract fee.

    @EE they told me on the phone that I had unlimited data and now they tell me my data has run out , IS IT UNLIMITED or NOT? I ring up customer servers and any option to speak to someone leads to an automatic disconnect, what nonsense!!

    @EE I've just ordered my phone upgrade but I have put my work address down as the delivery, thinking it wouldn't be delivered on a Sunday. It says it will be delivered tomorrow though, can I change the delivery address?
