    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

    @EE I am experiencing issues with your network. The speed is very slow almost like it is 3g speeds or maybe even slower. I have an unlimited 4g package with yourselves. Can you look into this?

    @EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

    @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

    @EE @EE Firstly, I've been with EE, and it's forebearers since 2000. The service in Great Barr/Sandwell area, disruption notified by text a week ago - 24 hours essential maintenance? - simply appalling, you should have been honest and said 24 DAYS! Compensation! #nothingnowhere

    @EE We received the QR code, scanned it but still have no data or signal since this morning. One person on chat told us we would get within 24 hours, another person told us we used the wrong QR code as a new one had been sent. We cannot call as no signal

    @EE Recently moved to 3 because EE prices are set too high. We don't need 25gb and we don't want 5G. In York the 5G signal radius is tiny so I won't pay a premium price for a basic service. Be realistic
