  @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

  @EE what’s going on in Bury St Edmunds with your network- your mast behind FarmFoods at IP32 7be has no transmission equipment on it for some reason creating a not spot in a busy town. Yet when you log a fault you claim ‘no fault found’. Please investigate due to impact!

  @EE That’s total nonsense. One of my team have spoken to EE abd they’ve advised they’ve a significant technical issue in Europe. “A few minutes abd it’ll be resolved”…it’s not been resolved and as for the chat…should anyone, let alone a business account holder wait an hour!?
