Hey @EE what on earth is wrong with your customer service line, iv been trying to get through for the past few days and iv been on hold for half an hour and then it cuts me off, all I want to do is upgrade my phone, but I might be get second thoughts now 😒

@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

@EE moving house has been an absolute nightmare. Started in August upteen errors, extra payments taken, account closure charges... Now corrected. Incorrect deliveries, Managers not calling back as agreed. Finally resolved dispute today with help of Laura. EE please do better 😭

@EE No. I'm sick of calling, and calling, and calling to be fobbed off. 16 days since my tech order was "delivered".. Not to me it wasn't. Where's my replacement?? Where's my refund??? Pathetic way to treat customers.

@EE customer service has got to be the worst I have ever dealt with. Absolute jokes. Getting conflicting information and when challenged nothing they can do. Owe money back to me and I have to wait 3 weeks!!! Shocking!!!
