    @EE I ordered an upgrade for my phone last Saturday and it said usual despatch within 7 days. It’s been 8 days and I’ve had no phone and no update. I sent a DM yesterday afternoon and have not had a reply. Can you help?

    @EE the signal i get from you is terrible, 5G barely works when i have it, slow as anything and 4G is constantly slow most of the time

    @EE my friend is vulnerable and lives alone she has no access to her phone or internet she is based Coventry tried the EEcoverage it’s saying there isn’t an issue.

    @EE I get that, but ee needs to better manage expectations. To tell someone their device will "usually be dispatched in 24 hours" and then it's a month down the line is dismal. The comms have been terrible.

    @andyxl987 @EE I did, i got through to someone from EE who informed BT that it was not working. The next day i tried to set up my BT ID and this time using a different email address to the one i originally used to get on it actually worked this time.

    ordered a new phone from EE and delivery has been delayed multiple times. Rang up today & the lady spoke to the EE customer service team who told her to tell me to ring them directly. Tried to do this straight after but they immediately barred my number! @EE fuming

    @MarcAllera @EE Haven’t been with EE that long, unfortunately I find the network extremely unreliable in many places. Sometimes no signal, where on a competitor I received a strong signal. Out just now and the signal is jumping 4G, E, no signal 3G. I’m a patient person, 2028 not far away
