    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE customer service, tech team and collections team are officially the worse I’ve ever dealt with. 28days without a working phone or phone line as the replacement phone they sent me was faulty. They deem this acceptable 👍🏾

    @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @EE Still only got edge 5 days now- not good enough and feels like you are not bothered. If you cannot fix it then just say so so I can hold you in breach of contract and move to another provider.

    @EE Found out today after years of being a customer how bad your customer service is, I got an Apple Watch 5 from you which broke down and have had 3 different promises about fixing it before today when told you won’t now fix it!!!! Absolute joke!!!
