  @EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

  @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!
