  @EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

  @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you.   @EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

  @iowrunningmum @EE But when this sort of thing happened to me when I worked there, if they said X, and there was a call on the date they said and what they said was credible (I.e. not saying you were offered free BB for life), I’d believe the customer.

  @EE I’ve already done this and I get told the same thing which is they don’t see no problems in my area but clearly there is because every time I leave the house my signal drops and I can’t even attempt to make a phone call as it just cuts off!

  Just had a power cut in #WestOxon. It's times like this you realise the importance of a usable mobile signal. It's a shame @EE and other providers don't recognise this and refuse to accept their signal here is not fit for purpose.

  @gary_mutimer @EE Total con. What's the use of being hassled by Plusnet to move to fibre broadband and getting a copper speed. Rank customer service. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

  @O2UK did I get a good deal because I can't get reception pretty much anywhere? Switched from @EE and frankly devistated. Had no idea EE were that far ahead of you in terms of network coverage.... (Took ages posting this because of the rubbish network ..)
