@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

Hey @EE what on earth is wrong with your customer service line, iv been trying to get through for the past few days and iv been on hold for half an hour and then it cuts me off, all I want to do is upgrade my phone, but I might be get second thoughts now 😒

@EE Ordered a watch-only eSIM. Took quite a bit of explaining to your own customer reps to explain the concept - of something you sell. Finally managed to get it done after speaking with 5 people. The gent told me it would take an hour to set up and to watch my email. 6 hours later I called back to be told it might take 24 hours. 30 hours later, I still have nothing. I can see the number in my account, however, so it's provisioned, but still no eSIM. Meanwhile, I've had to reset my account three times now because every time I log in, you treat it as a suspicious login. That's whether I use the app or the website. I can't imagine eSIM provisioning is outside your wheelhouse, being a phone provider and all, but my actual experience suggests otherwise.
