  @EE customer service, tech team and collections team are officially the worse I’ve ever dealt with. 28days without a working phone or phone line as the replacement phone they sent me was faulty. They deem this acceptable 👍🏾

  I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

  @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

  @charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light.   @_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.

  @EE Your broadband service is rubbish. It frequently drops out and tonight it dropped out half an hour ago and has still not come back. And the 4G backup is useless as it doesn’t work. Really fed up with this now.

  @EE Absolutely disgusted by your team. I’m in France driving to Switzerland & my service won’t work because you changed my price plan even though I’ve called twice to check roaming would be ok. I’ve got an 850km drive, no maps and your solution? Buy a sim and you’ll give me £20?

  @EE I was also promised a call by Tuesday at 11am and that never happened. Im cancelling the service, but I wish to speak to a manager, as its now becoming a legal matter which I am trying to avoid.

  @janettocornetto @EE Thanks! If you have any further problems with Google Maps, there's probably free apps on the Google Play Store (Open Street Map etc). Maybe very basic but better than no map at all.

  @vitaelectrical @EE I do, It was BT engineers made the connection error at the main exchange. EE are my broadband supplier point of contact who passed me to BT when a connection issue occurred
