  @KellyHatfieldx @EE No big company cares about you or your service. Their full responsibility extends to grabbing your money. After that any 'correspondence' is reducing their profit on your transaction. Thats why they have AI and bots designed to make you so frustrated that you will just give up.

  @EE finally after 18 days I can stop posting piles of 💩 18 days it has taken to get my WiFi service that was great through BT to be transferred over to their partner EE - now just need to check everything works as it should including my TNT sports - let’s see shall we !!!!

  @EE Your agent was supposed to email me the bill's and the non existent emails I never received telling me the line was going to be cut off, I still have not received them. This problem is above your agent's pay grade, in fact I don't understand why you have a customer service.
