  @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

  @EE Hi, has the Volte option been removed from the iPhone 12? I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

  @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you.   @EE As I've said, I've already tried around 20 times, and I've already said this 150 simply doesn't work, hence cannot be a legitimate number. How many more times must I try?? If one has to have a mobile contract with EE than this would explain it.

  @VisionsofGold @EE @SamsungMobile No such thing as loyalty for existing customers. I’ve been with EE since they were one2one. In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead it’s higher costs and poor customer service.

  @EE Nope!! Doesn’t work ! Gets me through to a bot, to report a FAULT , and then it tells me that an engineer has been booked for Wednesday . No one to fix my unbreakable wifi .. Utterly disappointing - unable to work or enjoy my paid subscriptions for 5 days .. Dreadful..

  @LeilaniDowding @EE Copper lines are being fazed out, they just won’t exist anymore. All communication will be over the internet, if the WiFi goes down or the there is a power outage then you just won’t be able to contact anyone. Scary.

  @EE my daughter signed up for your broadband on the basis of getting an iPad for £100. She has an email promising a text/email after the cooling off period. This has never materialised. She’s been into store & called and your staff couldn’t be more unhelpful.

  @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them
