@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

@virginmedia Yes, they are unable to help, the team said they would call back, no call back has been made..... it is now day 13 and we are paying for a phone that has not been delivered by @YodelOnline and should have been replaced by now from Virgin media. Wish I stuck with @EE.
