  @EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

  @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you.   Why is it I reside 12 miles North from the centre of Cardiff and have 2 sim cards in my phone on different networks but only receive a 5G and 4G signal? I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is. I am guessing there are still insufficient 5G masts outside of Cardiff. @EE @tescomobile

  @EE I tried to cancel my recent upgrade order within the 14 day period. However I was told I would revert to being in a 24 month contract. I don't think that's legal but means I will need to sever my @BT contact completely. At this point there has still been no equipment delivered.

  @EE @sophie_reed98 I never understand why companies reply with “contact our team & they will assist” good customer service starts with EE taking the lead to contact the customer & directly assist the customer, if EE or any company value loyalty make the effort to keep your customers, it’s just lazy
