    Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

    @EE WATCH WAS EVENTUALLY RETURNED AFTER ADVISOR FAFFED ABOUT WITH IT IN THE BACK FOR AN HOUR TRYING TO FIX, HE ALSO FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY SIM BACK SO I THEN HAD TO RETURN BACK TO THE STORE AFTER SETTING OFF HOME

    @EE I've had a problem for the last week now, a message comes up intermittently saying that mobile data has temporarily been switched off by the operator. This has affected using certain sites like WhatsApp & Twitter while I'm out.

    @PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

    @EE full strength 4g signal at B5 7QU and no bandwidth at all. Come on EE. Put 50p in the meter. We’re paying enough for the data! #ripoff

    One of the worst things i have ever done is move from @EE mobile to @virginmedia mobile as 4g is slower than a slug... currently getting 0.48mbps even my school internet was 2mb 15 years ago pdl 😡😡

    @virginmedia It’s only been in the past few weeks that it’s gotten so bad. I was getting updates 2 weeks ago from @EE saying they were doing work in my area, but have heard nothing since. Shame you don’t have wi-fi calling

    My 4G has been ridiculously slow since 5G was turned on. I haven’t had 5G once and live in central Birmingham. Funny that @EE.

    So @EE has taken 50 pound to top up children’s phones got proof from bank they reversed and took the money but kept telling me card has been declined shocking no one to answer the phones customer service shocking.

    @EE I’ve been with EE for many many years pay monthly (never missed a payment ect) and I’ve upgraded and they’ve said I have to pay a security deposit for line rental along with my bill... I’m so confused what this is for...

    @Connor17529176 @ROSSNIC @EE I come away From EE as got too expensive and used Uswitch to look for a sim only deal. I am now paying £10 pcm unlimited text and min and 35gig which rolls over and it’s with virgin who piggy back off the EE network. Proper smart way to save a few quid. Have never had an issue.

    @EE @claraamfo EE broad band is doing my head in! It’s terrible, keeps having to puff, the Internet connection keeps breaking. I have phone EE numerous times, they have sent engineers out but problem is not fixed. Credit to EE for quick response when I phoned but problem is still there.

    @EE @Toplock7 EE, you know this is a daily problem for lots of your customers. A daily one for me also! Can’t make calls or stay online in most parts of my home. The suggestion you offered was to upgrade! What kind of service is that?

    @EE @EE I left you last year as you proper took the pee with prices and constant hikes. Looks like nothings changed after reading your customers reviews. You really need to revise your customer operations and pricing. Ps good luck cus your gonna need it.
