    I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

    @EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

    @EE my friend is vulnerable and lives alone she has no access to her phone or internet she is based Coventry tried the EEcoverage it’s saying there isn’t an issue.

    Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

    @abigailb @EE This is extraordinary: Cust service weren’t able to fix the issue overnight, so they raised the credit limit on my account to £10K so we can turn your service back on. Took 2 calls and 20 mins of waiting. No comms, nothing from @EE, no apology
