    @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

    @EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

    @EE I’ve been waiting on an upgrade delivery for nearly a month, as well as a separate delivery of a new MagSafe charger that you’ve already billed me for. Can’t get through to your service desk. Please help.

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE getting REALLY fed up of constantly having no service at home because of continuous ‘service issues’ in my area. Can’t make WiFi calls to doctors, companies etc 😡😡😡😡😡

    @EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

    @EE moving house has been an absolute nightmare. Started in August upteen errors, extra payments taken, account closure charges... Now corrected. Incorrect deliveries, Managers not calling back as agreed. Finally resolved dispute today with help of Laura. EE please do better 😭

    @EE No. I'm sick of calling, and calling, and calling to be fobbed off. 16 days since my tech order was "delivered".. Not to me it wasn't. Where's my replacement?? Where's my refund??? Pathetic way to treat customers.

    @EE so dissapointed with ee today been nearly 20 years ive been with them 3 phone lines on the account . Come across couldn't care less they coul not sort out a deal . Told me id get a better deal if I was a new customer absolutely ridiculous

    , @EE One of your Customer Service agents has just made a massive error when I tried to renew three broadband accounts. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and been told one won't be available until Saturday, so I'm reaching out to you to see if you can put right his error?

    @EE I bought a sim free iPhone from your website, but haven’t had an email confirmation of the order. I can see the payment on my credit card, so I know it’s gone through. Are you having technical problems?
