Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

@EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

@EE customer service, tech team and collections team are officially the worse I’ve ever dealt with. 28days without a working phone or phone line as the replacement phone they sent me was faulty. They deem this acceptable 👍🏾

@EE I can't see an option to reset my password for Internet site on MYEE. I want to buy something via shop it takes me to Internet page and diverts away from MYEE (which I sign into with PIN/fingerprint), I've forgotten my old password and when I click to reset the email never comes.
