    @EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    I had to literally call @EE everyday this week for them to process my refund for MY money they stole from MY account. Said they processed it on Sunday, they never. Said they will do it Monday they NEVER, had to call Tuesday and they said they processed it But all now no money

    @EE sort your network out in Brentwood, it’s ridiculous, this has been going on for 2 years now & there’s still no resolution, my contract is nearly £100 per month & I can’t even use my phone for the simplest of functions to make & receive calls. This is effecting my business 🤬

    @EE EE you continued to charge me the same bill after my phone was paid off and I had to ring you FIVE times to get it resolved. Then recently I was charged £24 for a data add on offered to me at £10. I had to ring twice about that. Your customer service reps were extremely rude.
