@EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

@EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

@EE It was very intermittent and slow. Connecting to free WiFi was fine but using data roaming and mobile data it would just come up no Internet. Will double check things today with it all on my account.

@EE Already put in official complaint, I will send details in PM. I called Thurs night I was told my account had the feature added plus I followed instructions to send SPORT to 150 but if not working call back in 24 hours which I did but tech guy telling me extra cost involved.
