  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @EE Appalling service continues. 2 months of errors and agents never calling me back or making sure the mistakes made are sorted. Stressed and upset. No way to run a supposed award winning service. Total joke.

  @DerekAllan61 @EE I use Tesco the piggyback off O2 network. Never had any issues aff them and if you have a clubcard ye get a discount on monthly and fone rental, they do it as 2 separate contracts so can change the usage package you use when needed

  @EE appalling service from EE following a request for a home move for broadband. Acknowledged call made on 29th June. But apparently the move wasn’t confirmed?! Who calls and gives two addresses and a move date for it not to be booked? Now been told 12th aug!
