    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

    @EE Why is EE network broadcasting on CNN that it is offering unlimited free data till October. Last I checked you’re giving unlimited data but it is NOT free!

    @virginmedia @virginmedia what crappie service you provide full of nonsense and lies told today a fault was fixed 6am still presits told last night was gonna be fixed by 6pm clearly wasn't today told check @EE coverage checker shows no faults so decided to chance calling them they couldn't

    @AmaniSchneider1 @EE Then there support shouldn’t say we have passed the information down. I worked in a mobile store for over 10 years. Daily briefing was a big deal to know the deals and top sellers will be and any information. From this no one reads the briefs

    @EE The only place I can use my phone at home is upstairs in my room stood by the window and I get 2 bars with down load of speeds of only 4mbps. Down stairs is jumps form 1 bar to no devices with less that 1mbps down load speed. Really poor
