  Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

  @charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light.   @mrmjprice @EE It was awful last night. As soon as we moved towards the village it started working. I presume the mast closest to the centre was saturated.

  @WeAreOpenreach Our service provider has done this twice whilst we've been on hold. Both times have resulted in assurances that it will be done in minimum 2 weeks. Both times have been lies. Im at my wits end @EE
