    @EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

    @EE really unhappy with the service I’ve (not) received over last 2 days. I have now been cut off due to fraudulent activity on my account!! Leaving me without any way of being contacted. Spoke to 4 different people all have told me different version of events..

    @EE I just need to get the handset replaced as it won't register on the network. Every time I try to register it on the network manually, it says the network isn't available. 3 SIMS that work in other phones have been tried in this handset, but none of them worked in it. (2/2)

    @EE The SIM won't work in it, but the SIM works in my old phone. It registers that the SIM card is in, but it says Emergency Calls Only. The handset hasn't been blacklisted - that was checked at an EE store and by tech support. I took the contract out last Thursday online. (1/2)

    These attacks on communication masts are disgraceful and those responsible need to be bought to justice. Here in #Lozells, @EE service is being hindered by a damaged mast too.

    @EE - Hello. I'm on a 5G contract and have had zero network signal today, emergency calls only. My Wife is also on EE, and she has a full signal. Please help.

    @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

    @EE Very disappointed on how you treat your loyal customers. Been with you since the Orange days. Yet you won't give me a fifth line due to a missed payment. Which I've paid. I'm due an upgrade so I may shop around and look elsewhere.

    @blazinfuriez @xboxuk @EE I don’t mean a vr headset where you use your phone but a legit vr headset like the oculus quest 2 with brand new vr games that can help expand Microsoft into a new generation of gaming.

    @EE why is it if I cancel an out of date contract and get a new contract it is cheaper than if I just upgrade the old contract . - could someone explain
