  @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

I hate the system we have to plough through just to get a civil answer to a problem these days. They call it progress I’d call it regress.
