@EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

@officialsouthn @EE 2/2 second the chanel, third the engineer came (from BT that they sent) he told me I'm the 10th person on that day from EE with the same connection problem etc yesterday the final solution is to upgrade and pay 50£ a month for 4G

@EE FAO EE Engineering Network team. An elderly neighbour has asked me to ask if there is a problem with LANDLINES in PR4 2ND. No dial tone no broadband. Landline is dead. Other neighbours report intermittent service, v poor internet.

@EE why is my EE smart hub going down about 3-4 times every day, it goes down for around 2hours each time, I have tried factory resetting, restarting the router, unplugging and plugging back in. But nothing works, I do not pay £29 a month to not be able to use it.

@EE Received a txt, contacted your unhelpful customer service and was categorically told it's government policy for EE to rise prices with inflation? The complaint was closed after Helen in your Exec Office rudely ended the call after 2mins. EE's customer experience is horrific!
