  @EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

  @EE Exactly which means I should be able to pay either off at any time but according to @EE I can't pay up and leave the service and keep paying for the phone (which is a credit agreement). I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!

  @EE I cannot call 150. Your website complaint form is broken and blocking me. Under consumer rights, you must provide a written alternative to log a complaint. Please provide a direct email address for the Complaints Team or escalate my DM internally. If you refuse, please issue
