    @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. Iโ€™m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

    @EE really unhappy with the service Iโ€™ve (not) received over last 2 days. I have now been cut off due to fraudulent activity on my account!! Leaving me without any way of being contacted. Spoke to 4 different people all have told me different version of events..

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE Im sure they're aware of the problem as I received an SMS from EE a week ago, saying that they knew people were having problems connecting to devices like doorbells and they were looking into it, but heard nothing since. I'll call them tomorrow

    @Karlski420 @EE It's like their engineers don't test their website... layout shifts, terrible loading states, menu instantly showing without a delay, long loading times, bad animations and the list goes on

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 was so bad in Southampton that I moved to EE, which is a fair bit better. O2's 5G was even worse than its 4G.

    @EE absolutely joke of a broadband providerโ€ฆ wifi upgraded to fibre and doesnโ€™t work at all, canโ€™t even watch YouTube. Trying to get through to speak to a human and keep getting to a bot who says my service is working fine.. contact me asap please as Iโ€™m paying for a service

    @EE good evening , after trying all day to reach customer services and actually โ€œ speakโ€ to someone I am constantly directed to a message service that tells me all is working fine ๐Ÿ˜ฑ itโ€™s not or I would t be wasting my time . Iโ€™m losing the will to live and out of contract

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if thereโ€™s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

    @EE why are you like a third works BB provider? Your app is useless. You've sent me a text message a day for as long as I can remember tell me there's an issue that will be resolved in 14 hrs. You should be refunding me months of subs

    @EE I recently ordered full fibre with digital home phone incl a handset. The hub arrived last week with a note saying the handset would follow due to stock levels. Our service is now up and running, order marked as complete and the handset is on our bill but still not received.
