  Started new job & get 1st wage end of July. Phoned direct debit companies such as @EE and asked for a payment break until I receive wages, they were great. However, I called Creations @CurrysServices @currys who advised me to let direct debits go unpaid. Very poor and let down!

  That’s the filthiest mobile operator , ever. They lie and let down customers. Trusted account closure, promised to do so, months later, they continue to charge.!!!!! When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌
