    @EE The SIM won't work in it, but the SIM works in my old phone. It registers that the SIM card is in, but it says Emergency Calls Only. The handset hasn't been blacklisted - that was checked at an EE store and by tech support. I took the contract out last Thursday online. (1/2)

    @EE I just need to get the handset replaced as it won't register on the network. Every time I try to register it on the network manually, it says the network isn't available. 3 SIMS that work in other phones have been tried in this handset, but none of them worked in it. (2/2)

    @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

    @EE Hi, my broadband is rubbish. Speeds are between 0.5 & 7mbps at present. Guaranteed speed of around 21. Tried all the checks and still slow. Please help! 😕

    @EE WATCH WAS EVENTUALLY RETURNED AFTER ADVISOR FAFFED ABOUT WITH IT IN THE BACK FOR AN HOUR TRYING TO FIX, HE ALSO FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY SIM BACK SO I THEN HAD TO RETURN BACK TO THE STORE AFTER SETTING OFF HOME

    @lerrosja @EE With moving house have you checked the coverage map to see theres a decent signal there? Also there is a site where you can check where your local transmitter is so you can face your dongle that way.

    1/2 @btsport @EE can you please sort out your customer service I signed my new contract with bt sport as smart benefit and after more than a month I am still waiting for my I'd to be verified. Not good enough. Keep being promised some one will call me back to resolve in 48 hour

    @lerrosja @EE Is EE who you have your phone contract with? Just remember if you have crap phone signal generally then it’ll likely translate to these wifi boxes, depends on the network though.
