Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Burntwood and nearby locations:

  • karu1402 🇪🇺🔸Karl ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) 🔸🇪🇺 (@karu1402) reported from Tamworth District, England

@EE No, it's still the same. It has been like this for around a week. I also seem to be losing connection completely about once a day, but restarting the hub solves this although not the speed issue. I disconnected the wires and reconnected and the speed hasn't improved.

  • OoRITE_C4 C5 (@OoRITE_C4) reported from Birmingham, England

So @EE promised me a discount on a contract and now they're going back on their word. I'll be moving over to a new network.

  • Nikki_Jayne7 Nikki Jayne (@Nikki_Jayne7) reported from Tamworth District, England

@EE why does your live chat never work?! It says it’s open but you go through the details and it’s “busy”. Infuriating.

  • MutliRaceMan Jean Thierry (@MutliRaceMan) reported from Birmingham, England

@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

  • cazman3011 caroline palmer (@cazman3011) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

  • DanJennings9 Dan Jennings (@DanJennings9) reported from Burntwood, England

@EE - sort the signal in Burntwood - WS7 - will you? It’s a bloody joke. Can’t even make a f*ing phone call without it cutting out!

  • Jarrook Jody (@Jarrook) reported from Wolverhampton, England

Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

  • TheDivineFrog Frog Princess 🐸 (@TheDivineFrog) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE getting REALLY fed up of constantly having no service at home because of continuous ‘service issues’ in my area. Can’t make WiFi calls to doctors, companies etc 😡😡😡😡😡

  • SarahKeery1 Sarah Keery (@SarahKeery1) reported from Cannock Chase, England

@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

  • ZachariahED Zac Davies (@ZachariahED) reported from Walsall Wood, England

@EE I’ve been waiting on an upgrade delivery for nearly a month, as well as a separate delivery of a new MagSafe charger that you’ve already billed me for. Can’t get through to your service desk. Please help.

  • Chezzels2 Chezzels (@Chezzels2) reported from Cannock Chase, England

@EE @RitaOra Even worse, 2 COVID rules were broken. U should have actually been in quarantine Rita!! Shocking behaviour from someone in the public eye and intolerable that EE haven't done a thing about it.

  • ForbesProducer Forbes Coleman (@ForbesProducer) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE ecotalk runs on your network. Can I use WiFi calling on their network? They have no info on their site.

  • OoRITE_C4 C5 (@OoRITE_C4) reported from Birmingham, England

    @DeanBryan_ @EE Bun voda, they're the worst

  • Bizzle_187 Tally B (@Bizzle_187) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@EE wow, spoke to a representative today to see if they want to keep me as a customer but was offered no better deal or any attemp to keep me. May jus go back to @ThreeUK

  • leecadallan Lee CadwalladerAllan (@leecadallan) reported from Burntwood, England

  • donnak2002 Donna (@donnak2002) reported from Walsall Wood, England

@EE hey guys, I’ve been having issues with my 4g router at home but my 4g on phone is working? Is there an issue!? I’m working from home and hot spotting isn’t ideal?!

  • matthew_74 Matthew Sparks (@matthew_74) reported from West Bromwich, England

@EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

  • AstaLunaMoon ✨Moon✨ (@AstaLunaMoon) reported

@EE WHATS HAPPENING WITH THE APP? Tells me to log in for security purposes this will happen from time to time, I do so and now it says there’s a problem and to come back later. Shoddy!!!

  • william_usher William Usher (@william_usher) reported

@EE So the router changes to yellow signaling an issue, we have to then manually reset the router

  • davwheat_ David Wheatley (@davwheat_) reported

Thankfully the UK is starting to deploy the 700 MHz spectrum, but for 5G usage. The reasoning behind it is to provide good 5G coverage as quickly as possible, but 4G 700 MHz may have been a better option, especially with @EE's Emergency Service Network.

  • TheD1ceMan Dice (@TheD1ceMan) reported

Hey @VodafoneUK I'm getting 4Mbps on 4G with you guys (and frequently no data at all) and 50Mbps with @EE at the same location. Waiting weeks for "engineers to fix it" is getting tiresome. Looks like I'll be moving when my contract is up.

  • J_owatson Jake Watson (@J_owatson) reported

@EE Broadband issues, incredibly unreliable restarts every 45minutes and speeds drop every day at an exponential rate. We've had 2 new routers + plus another one which is on the way.

  • tattie_reads paperbackandproud (@tattie_reads) reported

hello @EE you haven't replied my message from 3 hours ago. my sim card isn't working and is not registered to a network. idk what this means and I need your assistance to solve this

  • halseyb Ben Halsey (@halseyb) reported

@EE Can my organisation pay to add our website to your list of sites that EE customers are not charged for. We have introduced new mobile technology since Covid but have a unique problem we are looking to solve.

  • arthur_haynes Arthur Haynes (@arthur_haynes) reported

@ee Really #disappointed by your customer loyalty and inability to offer my partner and I the same sim only contracts. All seems like a bit of a #scam when customer services say that my deal is ‘specially chosen’ for me as if I’m the chosen one, and can’t match for her #goodbye

  • man_of_gwent Stephen Davies (@man_of_gwent) reported from Abergavenny, Wales

@EE have you got any idea when the signal issue will be rectified in Abergavenny please?

  • ChloeHoughton5 Chloe. (@ChloeHoughton5) reported

@EE I did not sit on hold for 25 mins for you to hang up on me
