    @EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

    @EE Very disappointed on how you treat your loyal customers. Been with you since the Orange days. Yet you won't give me a fifth line due to a missed payment. Which I've paid. I'm due an upgrade so I may shop around and look elsewhere.

    @EE Hi, my broadband is rubbish. Speeds are between 0.5 & 7mbps at present. Guaranteed speed of around 21. Tried all the checks and still slow. Please help! 😕

    @EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

    @EE No, it's still the same. It has been like this for around a week. I also seem to be losing connection completely about once a day, but restarting the hub solves this although not the speed issue. I disconnected the wires and reconnected and the speed hasn't improved.

    @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

    @EE Broadband has been totally down in PO14 3LR since 11am. Infuriating as I am working from home and every hour that passes is one I will have to make up later. Not easy with a newborn and a 4-year-old. Please sort it out ASAP and/or tell me when it will be fixed.

    @EE At the end - apparently they can't send an engineer out without them giving me £100! Sounds well dodgy to me! The guy's name was James Gordon ...or so he said! So I'm still waiting for a resolution .... and a complaints procedure! Contacting MP and BBC next! 2/2

    @EE I have a signal issue with my phone and have logged it twice on the app but no fault found. It says to call to speak about it further but the signal issue is so bad I can't call so how can I sort the issue?

    @EE your promo for the Chromebook when purchasing the Google pixel phones is an absolute scam. Went to claim today and there was a limited number that could be claimed. Why was this not communicated at point of sale? Was told I had to wait 14 days to claim. Help?

    @EE Well here's the thing. I am with you and I've never come close to those speeds. You sent an engineer who said there's nothing wrong and as long as I'm getting 200mb then that's acceptable. Well I'm not even getting that. I used to get 75mbs over wifi from a possible 80mbs.

My next door neighbour is in the same boat and she works for the NHS as an emergency attender and currently has NO web access because of your incompetence

    @carlitaswayy @BOFClareriviera @EE Update on the EE issue,having just spoken to Taxiworld they have confirmed the issue with the internet signal around CG and strand is a mast has gone down,EE has confirmed to them it is not a priority 😩So carry on with my plan B until EE resolve the issue.
