Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey.   I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

  @EE Hi, is it normal for a £165 bill for equipment being returned, added to the bill in advance of receipt of the equipment. £165 charge, reduce the cost by £65. If that's not profiteering by stealth, you are truly unfit for purpose. @MartinSLewis disabled people need support

  @EE It is terrible that I couldn't pay my bill on time. I phoned up & spoke to a very nice gentleman who said I was allowed to pay on 22/5/26. Yet you sent me an email saying you've tried to take dd again & it failed so I've been charged £12. I'm seriously considering leaving EE.

  @EE I’ve got an delivery today the chat bot is being zero help keeps saying something about 24 hours but it’s on its way DPD looks like even though I put home delivery it’s being sent else where all together and now it’s giving me an headache and I don’t now what too do

  @EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years
