@EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

@EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

@EE Recently moved to 3 because EE prices are set too high. We don't need 25gb and we don't want 5G. In York the 5G signal radius is tiny so I won't pay a premium price for a basic service. Be realistic
