    @JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

    @mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

    @EE great work guys. Advertise an offer that closes at midnight tonight, then start a pre-planned maintenance outage at 2200. That’s quite a few sales scuppered I’ll wager.

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

    @UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

    @EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

    @ryanstanley22 @EE I think a lot of people will have a shock when they find they can’t upgrade tomorrow (without paying a fee) and without changing contract never will be able to again on launch day now. A gesture of goodwill would go a long way here.

    @ee Can you advise what ports and MTU are required in order for Wifi Calling to function? And any particular wifi ISP router settings that may need adjusting to allow wifi calling to work for an EE mobile customer?

    @EE I’m in BS49 area where my coverage has been p***poor for over 4 weeks.Only info received is you’re working on the issues should be fixed with in 16hours….Really not good enough.When will this area be fixed?????
