@JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

@UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

@IvyTenebrae @EE I've had 5G in Junction and Deganwy and even visiting my mum in the middle of Anglesey. It's faster than my home fibre broadband so I hope they're getting around to Llandudno soon. Especially for when all the tourists descend and signal grinds to a halt.

@EE Kellie from the customer service billing team is rude and should not be in such a role if she is unable to talk to customers and refuses to signpost them to other departments. Forcing customers to hang up and call back (knowing call wait times) to wind them up. Disgusting

Shocking service from @EE. They should spend more time/money focusing on the customer rather than very unfunny Kevin Bacon ads
