@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

been with @EE for 21 yrs they have been letting me down so bad recently the only thing going up is my Bill not the costumer service they was meant to call me back after being on hold over an 1hr.2 days later still waiting for a call back and guess what today the network is down

@EE I’m sure with the increase in revenue from EU roaming, this could be used to improve network service, not continually increasing the price. Is the 3.9% added after the 14.4% increase? Thought so.. 😔

@EE All of my household are on EE and not able to make or receive phone calls. LS27 area. Not even wifi calling is working. Seems it's affecting most of the UK from what i have read. Any idea what the problem is or when it's likely to be fixed?
