@mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@LucyGoBag @virginmedia Tell me about it. To make a data protection complaint to @ee Data Protection team, there was no email address or phone number, just a webform hidden through several clicks on their website, or the option of a postal address.

@EE are you *************** with this price rise? £2.50 a month extra for what? Infrastructure that is crippling! Signal that is getting worse by the month. I spend more time on the phone asking someone if they can hear me rather than having a chat. Time to look elsewhere!

@EE how can you not help a vulnerable person with children to not have access to their phone. My daughter been on the chat all day to supposed vulnerable team and just keeps getting told “not available on her account” wth a customer of ee for 6 years , I’ve been a customer for 15

@atutka @EE Had the same problem for over 4 weeks. Call and ask them (they refer to a specialist team who’ll call you back) to reset your EE App profile
