@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE You sent around a guy to look at my Broadband that keeps dropping. It dropped 5 times whilst he was here. Then I get a message saying you called as the fault fixed. Is it hell! Either fix it or I'm cancelling my DD! You put the price up every yr yet nothing improves. EE is a joke

@XboxP3 @EE What a wasted opportunity. Wrong company for cloud streaming. Overpriced data plans where as other network providers offer far more reliable 5G infrastructure at lower prices. Clearly shows Microsoft don't understand the UK network providers.

@JezCorden @XboxP3 @EE Man I would love for xbox to do this with xfinity mobile and internet in the USA, xcloud eats up a **** ton of data about 5hours of Gaming uses up my entire 20gb 5g mobile data on my phone

@JezCorden @XboxP3 @EE You can already sign up to XGP Ultimate for £10 p/m on top of your plan. Maybe Xbox plan on introducing a Cloud Only service to be incorporated in EE's Smart Benefits with unlimited gaming data. Smart Benefits are addon's you may receive for free with your plan.

When we shift to a new property we faced the similar issue and we’re told to go for a higher package. We were so fed up with those services and we’re almost certain to discontinue the services but then EE engineer told us new broadband will work. @EE @CitizensAdvice
