@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE what is happening in WA166RT? Mobile, 3G and 4G constantly appear to be down? Many months of messages stating that there is a problem then it’s fixed then hours later there’s another problem. #rural

@EE I was told on phoning again that there are 1.2 million mobile broadband dongles issued and over 50% have stopped working. After 6+ weeks, it's very annoying to have to spend my time chasing for a replacement/refund when clearly there is a BIG problem at your end.

@EE Help ! Stranded in NZ and just hit with £21 bill for one call, accidentally made by my wife, who is ill and recovering from surgery, worried in case there are any more ! She is on medication

@EE hoping i can get help as my ee account or even the ee website is hopeless,i live in l33 area and once again i was receiving texts about 2hrs after being sent and internet is non existent AGAIN.i am sick of paying for service that lately never works due to so called issues.

@EE There seems to be network issues this weekend around Llandudno, particularly near LL30 2DS. I had to use a nearby bus' free WiFi to send this.
