@EE Well I see that EEs dreadful customer service has not changed. Was Miss sold a item. Never mind will return it and choose another network .

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@EE NOT happy Tuesday. Got sent a faulty router. A known issue but no one on chat thought to say so only found out when called. Got sent a new one, stayed off work to receive it - still faulty. A customer for 20 years and APPALLED by this terrible quality & service #dontuseEE

@EE Sort on out the 3G , 4G first, staying at the holiday inn near the excel centre in London, EE COVERAGE is useless , can’t even make a call on your mobile using the network… come on sort it out please
