    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE I have my PAC code from EE. How long does it take to switch over to a new network ?

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @AledHughes84 @EE My signal is non existent when I phone they tell me no1 else is complaining about signal issues, run through a list of setting to change on phone. still get no signal they tell me use WiFi calling 😡 im paying for a contract but cant have full conversion without being cut off 😒

    @EE disgracefull service, no signal/data since early afternoon and no sign of improvement, when will this be sorted ffs. Uk’s shittiest network
