    @EE really disappointing that you’ve scrapped the early upgrade fees to all the £60+ monthly phone plans but not to the plan I’d like to upgrade to. Been a loyal customer for 8+ years. Very disappointing when you’re already more expensive than the competition!

  • Stevereid96Reid Ste Reid (@Stevereid96Reid) reported

    @EE Go a mile outside of Belfast and your signal is Billy Wright !

  • James_Albins (Qui-Gon) Jim Albins (@James_Albins) reported

    @EE So you’re saying your network is only of any use if you own a robotic arm on top of a mountain which you want to use to shave celebrities? Seems a bit too niche for me

  • tmw1000 Tina Walsh (@tmw1000) reported

    .@EE another 'problem near home' which will take around 15 hours to fix. That's at least 10 in a couple of months.

  • Jon_HullViking Jonathan (@Jon_HullViking) reported

    Back on my old phone and the new one is going back. @ee you were so helpful today, give yourself a pat on the back. It was a Huawei- never upgrade to Huawei....

    @EE EE are terrible

  • DeanoBrown2010 Dean Brown (@DeanoBrown2010) reported

    @EE Thanks for the advice. However, an hour (and four staff members) later, I've been told you simply can't do me a better deal. So after 10 years of loyalty I need to pay more money or go elsewhere. I'm sorry, but your customer service is tragic.

  • Wasabiyum Flossie (@Wasabiyum) reported

    @EE Best not send Tom to The Lake District. Signal is shocking there.
