    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @EE I’ve tried DM but got the standard automatic reply - I think you have a problem as my Husband and I both use EE and neither can phone out on our phones using Wi-Fi calling or 3G etc

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @lincsbirder2019 @EE I told them I wasn’t paying anywhere near £50 when I can get a new iPhone 13 for around £40. The absolute best she could do, apparently, was £49 which would increase mid-contract anyway! Keeping me on £51 after contract is awful - just for usage when the phone is paid! 🤯🤯🤯

    @electricpetrol @EE To be fair they are normally very good. Issue with a phone forced an contract change which, until the new phone for another user is dispatched, means I have no internet on my phone. Couldn’t have come at a worse week or two.

    @EE Hi, I’m having some issues with my ESIM. My phone was working perfectly yesterday. Receiving and sending calls plus data use and I can’t do any of that today.

    @EE I barely can play I do any research on the internet without taking 2 minutes to load or sometimes not even connecting to the webpage app or streaming service, totally unsatisfactory.

    @EE been with EE over 15 years and this is the worst service I’ve ever had. Waiting over 5 working days for an upfront payment for an upgrade I had to do THREE times because of your systems. Waited a week for a new phone too. Ridiculous
