    @EE I’ve tried DM but got the standard automatic reply - I think you have a problem as my Husband and I both use EE and neither can phone out on our phones using Wi-Fi calling or 3G etc

    @EE How do I escalate a complaint ? I have been lied to my a member of EE customer service . But surprise surprise EE cannot find any recording of it.

    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @EE Well I see that EEs dreadful customer service has not changed. Was Miss sold a item. Never mind will return it and choose another network .

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @MarcAllera @EE Meanwhile, people, where I stay, are lucky to get 4g ( 1 bar ) outside ( often drops to 1 bar H+ ) and need to pray to keep a signal indoors. 02 manages a full signal in the same area from the same main mast, so it is an EE/BT problem.

    @harlequin_1963 @MarcAllera @EE I used to make a twenty-five minute train journey between two towns less than 20 miles apart. Had no phone signal for the majority of that journey

    @EE smart hub management only work on apple not pc platform down stream speed goe crazy all the time never stable since bad storms also cant get hold of tech support for boad band on the week end its shut down

    @EE It’s an on going issue in the area and is highlighted on several websites on google for outage checking... However I have tried rebooting and nothing! But it is intermittent at the minute

    @EE I can’t see how to do this in the app it only offers an upgrade option not a new product. I want to order an additional Sim monthly contact with the 10% discount for existing customer

    Hooray! 16working days..... And Twitter comments later.... @EE finally unlocked my phone!! They did waive the unlocking fee and apologise for the delay, but I will never buy an EE locked phone again.
