    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @LukeelkinsTV @EE Hello, I’m afraid that if it’s not within the warranty period that Apple gives you for a year, there will be a cost for service. However, the cost will be determined based on the inspection of the phone. Apple support on Twitter would be able to look into your options,1/2

    @EE I’m not asked to top up more. I have noted over many years now, that there has to be more than the top up in the account for me to successfully purchase it... difficult to pin down at what point over the purchase price it works... around £1-3 more than purchase price.

    @EE Having suffered a loss of service yesterday I was told normal service would be resumed this morning but it has not. Contact is impossible because the call keeps ending and the Web chat is not available. #losingcustomers

    I DUNNO IF ANYONE ELSE HAS THIS PROBLEM WITH @EE BUT OUR ROUTER ALWAYS SEEMS TO HAVE PROBLEMS @ STUPID O CLOCK AT NIGHT , RARELY DURING THE DAY.

    @ee Really #disappointed by your customer loyalty and inability to offer my partner and I the same sim only contracts. All seems like a bit of a #scam when customer services say that my deal is ‘specially chosen’ for me as if I’m the chosen one, and can’t match for her #goodbye
