    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @EE If anyone is thinking of joining look forward to messed up bills and price plans . Cancelling all 4 lines tomorrow and making a formal complaint.😡

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @EE Well I see that EEs dreadful customer service has not changed. Was Miss sold a item. Never mind will return it and choose another network .

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @AledHughes84 @EE Mine has been rubbish for the last few months too… it is a shame as Iv been with EE for about 6 years and had no issues until I upgraded my phone last year… and the signal been rubbish since. Obviously not as bad as it is now…

    @EE How longs it gonna take? It’s been down since 1PM? Are you going to compensate us? Seen as we can’t use it but your going to still expect the full bill when it’s due? It’s no fair nearly 6 hours without a phone only using Wi-Fi it’s ridiculous.

    @webdarren @EE Yeah, got on the tram and had no signal all the way into Manchester and had 3G in Manchester. On WiFi now. Not sure if it’s working
