    @EE U need to get a grip.with your new staff at kidderminster ee store as they a terrible, making pensions feel stupid case they want a phone not any crap the staff wanted to sell. After 15yr + I'm ready to leav EE over it. Trying to force cheaper weaker phone, more money 😡🤔

    @EE Trying to use your perks to upgrade my wifes phone you wouldn't allow the discount unless it was a new number. So we went to vodafone and she got an Iphone 12 for less than what you were selling an Iphone 11. Your loss and her gain. As for signal, her 5g batters mine.

    @MarcAllera @EE @bt_uk Feeling extremely perturbed after viewing EE’s latest advert where Kevin Bacon is remotely shaving Tom Ellis’ face on a mountain range. EE’s claim of network coverage anywhere but yet no coverage in NN12 8PL - we have no stable WiFi connection and only 2G mobile connection! 😡

    @ee years and been a loyal customer means not much. deals on ee are becoming extortionate, think this will be my last contract with you. The fact you rang me and tried to increase what I paid with crappy add ons last week only proves this.

    @EE 😡 had 1 of my worst experience with EE staff at kidderminster store. I had 2 line been with ee over 14yrs. 2nd line is for my mother who was with me. We booked appointment 4 her upgrade. To find staff un helpful also forceable sales tactic. Trying to downgrade my mom phone

    @EE So EE staff in kidderminster trying to tell customers now samsungs med range Phone at all so downgrade instead, then making said customers feel stupid cause they want the phone they want, with lines like Android are all the same. Why not take a A12 over A71 its a downgrade😡🤔

    @EE I was a loyal Orange customer. Trying to get any customer service during the transition to EE was an absolute **** shower. I’ve switched to O2 4 years ago and absolutely no complaints.
