    @EE ordered phone 4/2, still not here, you’ve ‘tried’ t9 deliver twice, have wrong address apparently (your mistake) and refuse to redeliver today even though DPD say they can - appalling customer service, do I need to cancel my contract?

    @EE @Knocker1981x This is an untrue statement, a customer going through financial hardship is being constantly harassed by your company and it’s partners for amounts that you’ve stated aren’t owed. How is this being understanding on vulnerable customers. Message me for evidence
