    @EE Hi, every day without fail, at 13:00-13:01, my broadband connection drops out. Very frustrating when on a call. Do you do some maintenance at this time? Any ideas? Thanks

    @VillanAston @EE It's not a common fault we're aware of, but if you're struggling to get signal even outdoors in the postcodes you've provided, it's the only possible explanation we can think of, given the other troubleshooting steps we've already carried out. 1/2

    Terrible service from @EE who say they can’t refund me for June despite me having had no service and calling them in June to report it. They said I should have called in May ahead of their billing cycle?! And local area fault is still ongoing after 3 months.

    @EE can somebody please help me apply a student discount to a new line I have made 3 phone calls now the last assuring me it was sorted and it’s not. I’m not prepared to make a 4th call about the same issue. Thank you

    @VillanAston @EE Hi Alexander, the network issue only arose on 20/07. Before that, we hadn't detected any issues in your area. Our coverage checker suggests limited service indoors here, though. Apple only offers a 12-month warranty, sadly. Have you tried performing a network reset? - Rory

    @VillanAston @EE We wouldn't consider compensation for any time before 20/07, as there's been no issue with our network during this time. As advised, our coverage checker has always advised you'll only receive marginal coverage indoors, so that's not something we'd offer compensation for. - Rory
