    in case anyone thought living in the 'first world' means everything working perfectly, I have to step outside my front door into the cold to successfully make a phone call + after 2 frustrating hours in Munich airport I discovered @EE's roaming service is purely decorative 🙃

    @EE If you can fix the EE Wifi on London's Tube Network, then I'll engage in open dialogue. Otherwise I am simply wasting my time as I have complained about this on multiple occasions and nothing ever gets resolved. I am aware it piggybacks off of Virgin's Wifi, but even so....

    @EE Cool, it's just when you call the line doesn't actually even ring, it just drops the call. Very strange. Seems a couple of others are having the same problem.

    Hey @EE im in the usa. Visited store before left and told to add the roaming whichbi did. Only issue is no service on any carrier, same as my wifes phone on same account. So why does my daughters 02 phone work just fine?

    *******. I know things are going up but @EE a 9.3% increase in tariffs is a bit much isn’t it? I know there’s yearly increase but never has it been this much. Another case of consumers bearing the brunt of the hard times suffered by all 😤
