If @EE have admitted that a manager has taken your personal details and account information and subsequently called you off his personal phone and therefore the call about my complaint was not recorded, isn’t that breaking data protection? On said call he took details about my

@EE why am I keep losing my connectivity, not only me but all of my family who are with EE? Obviously not all are in the same place geographically while it happens , but it's quite often. Anyone else giving problems.
