@EE I’ve just upgraded and was assured my discount (that states it cannot be removed and has followed me through 6 upgrades thus far) would carry over and I’ve just had my bill through and no discount had been applied. Please help

@EE the signal from the base station at the Water Tower in Ely (coordinates 52.395494, 0.252948) has been going off at around 8.45am and coming back at around 3.45pm all this week. Is this planned work? If so, when will it finish?

@EE really am sick and tired of this service we put up with crap whilst people a few yards away get 70mbs. Same old excuses same old instruction restart router turn devices off and on. The difference is 10mbs or 70mbs what dont you get when we are fed up
