@EE no network all day around Taunton ta1 and ta2 post codes. Not great when you are paying for a service that you aren’t able to access

Really wish we'd stuck with our old BT broadband. @EE is **** by comparison; we need boosters all over the house, signal keeps dropping and I still can get wifi in the garage. Absolute waste of our time switching over to something which was (falsely) promised to be better.

@EE I rely on my EE SIM for UK 2FA (banking, HMRC). SMS has stopped working abroad with no warning. I cannot log in to My EE to get help because SMS is broken — and I keep getting automated replies telling me to log in. This is a support deadlock. Please check my DM.

@EE is it too much to ask to actually speak to a human? I’ve been poorly advised by one of your reps on a WiFi setup, but now I’ve bought and paid for it, it’s impossible to get through to speak to anyone about how crap it is. How on earth do I get a human on the phone please?

@TalkTalk @EE Still no alternative from @TalkTalk! Completely horrific customer service support. 4 days without any internet/mobile data, and no closer to a resolution. Would be helpful if you had a number that actually leads to a real person!? Fed up of being cut off by your automated number
