    £16 added to my bill by @EE .. for trying to call... THEM! And they never even answered! Back to Vodafone come July!

    @EE I have never been so disappointed with your customer service, I wanted to upgrade and was offered prices much much higher than other networks despite being a customer for 10 years and when I questioned this I was told it’s because you’re a better network and can charge more!

    @EE Hi ee, I am in South korea at the mo and I am trying to use my English sim card to send a text or call home to keep the number active. I have 15£ credit but there is a korean voicemessage when I try calling a UK mobile number saying that my number is temporarily disabled help!

    My iPhone 12 has died after 6 months with a black screen of death Shoddy @Apple devices & even shoddier customer service from @EE with a lovely offer of a 3 week+ repair. That's what you pay £500 a year+ for🤨 So wont be able to access me for a while via my mobile or WhatsApp
