@EE Have done. Engineer rectified some internet issues but only if all the equipment & main phone is in the bedroom as it's an external wall, wouldn't fix it in the office (even though that's less far into flat) because of Covid rules and said that can't be done until out of lockdown

@EE Well I've not been made aware of this help and that doesn't answer why EE feel it's OK to up there tariff in these uncertain times !! We are paying for 3 lines and are both Furloughed but need all 3 lines , can't reduce the tariff but thanks EE for costing us more money
