    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

    @EE hi, I’m trying to change my direct debit date but not having much luck. I called 150 to but the automated service just set me up a new direct debit ! All I simply want to do is change the date ?

    @EE We do not it’s FTTP only I think it’s an exchange problem as we have an LOS light on it’s been reported already just need to know if it’s a wider network issue

    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    FFS! Just called @1pMobile again, this time the recorded message "All our agents are really busy!" Looks like they are all down the pub. I'll look elsewhere. Definitely leaving @ee after 30 years!

    @EE It’s more than concerning and there’s no point in getting the return checked because it’s already been confirmed as never being received. I’ve had services suspended because of this and none of it is my fault. I cannot do anything about it it’s unfair. Why was I not informed earlier so I could have made a claim with Royal Mail. The handset is gone through no fault of mine and now I’m liable for it. Even though it was sent recorded but now because it’s been over the time limit I can’t do anything, plus who keeps receipt’s this long.
