  @harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

  Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

  @CallaghanK79781 @EE It's a constant since they all got rid of 3G but they all treat us like we are stupid. They should pay us for using their networks now as we are ripped off for a service they don't provide anymore. I am lucky if I get 1 bar on a 4G signal. We now have to rely on shops wi-fi 😡

  @EE That’s total nonsense. One of my team have spoken to EE abd they’ve advised they’ve a significant technical issue in Europe. “A few minutes abd it’ll be resolved”…it’s not been resolved and as for the chat…should anyone, let alone a business account holder wait an hour!?

  @EE That virtual card you sent me doesn't work. Just tried to use it for a Sainsburys groceries delivery and it doesn't accept it saying "Payment will be taken on Invalid date, your order's delivery date."
