C’mon @EE this is getting silly. Phone shows 4G but London, York, Edinburgh frequently now there is just no signal. Tried phone and Ipad, same on both. Its almost like you’re trying to force people onto 5G. The last few weeks its been next to useless

I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

@EE Back in east London (E16, Canning Town). 1. After Airplane on/off 0.66 Mbps down 2. After restart 6.88 Mbps down (slower than normal 3’s speeds!) 3. I’m running iOS 13.1 on the device. FYI - I had no issues when at work at SE1.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE your customer service is great when entering a new contract but when I opted to exercise my rights under the 14 day cooling off law I experienced defensive, rude and inconsiderate staff - and you didn’t know you have a shop in enfield....

@harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

@EE...ongoing problems in our area. Lots of other EE customers in our town are also struggling, no network or intermittent network for days at a time - discussions all over our local town facebook group. I cant make calls, cant even call you to discuss or use your chat. Help!

How is this for disgusting customer service. I have Broadband speed of 0.16 due to a landline fault. I’ve had 3 appointments with @openreach this week which no ones bothered to turn up to & have now had to rebook for next week! @ee can’t even seem to be bothered to reply @Ofcom

Hi @EE. On your website, it says the iPhone 12 Pro Max (Pacific Blue, 256gb) is in stock and ‘usually despatched within 1 day’. I’m an existing customer, who ordered and paid for it on 14/12, and an expected delivery date is not even specified on my order. Can you explain, pls?
