  @markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

  Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

  @EE Finally out of the store! Tablets/system.. they had to switch to the main computer but that was slow too.. think it was credit check was slow or problematic because it wasn’t working on the tablet 2/3 times.

  @harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

  @EE I’m in Montenegro and I’ve bought a zone 1 day pass for £6 but calls out are blocked and calls in go to voicemail. All my phone settings are correct. I can’t call support and support can’t call me. I badly need to call and receive calls from the UK. Please help!
