    @harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

    @EE That’s non sense 6 months and then charge almost 10 pounds , I have another 5 months left and I am forced to paid roaming fees. It is a stupid polic then I am recommending anyone not to join @EE

    @EE I had a watch and sim only, upgrade to p30 pro and the nightmare started . I am Peru and Ecuador and you don’t cover them and buying a phone is pointless (don’t understand why your customer service team advise that )

    @EE Finally out of the store! Tablets/system.. they had to switch to the main computer but that was slow too.. think it was credit check was slow or problematic because it wasn’t working on the tablet 2/3 times.

    @EE your customer service is great when entering a new contract but when I opted to exercise my rights under the 14 day cooling off law I experienced defensive, rude and inconsiderate staff - and you didn’t know you have a shop in enfield....

    @EE can you tell me, why my signal is really, really bad in the IG2 6px area, all my friends think am talking underwater, and this is from a iPhone X, not good bring back one2one, had no problems then 😢😢👎🏾

    @O2 what a shambles! 2hours to sort an upgrade and a new customer, only to find the figures quoted are wrong! Tried to sort it today to be told customer services can't see the upgrade details. What sort of company do you run, may as well just leave and go to @EE

    @EE I've had a brand new router and also a brand new port of the wall for the cable to go in to, and yet I'm still having these problems, I literally live right next to an EE mast and it's still awful

    @EE You can't even get a signal at Skipsea Sands, Cayton Bay so good luck with a video call. Its hard enough trying to send a text.

    @EE @EE I’m in AB55 and totally reliant on your 4G broadband with aerial. The service drops out at least a couple of times a day, sometimes for hours on end. Other times, speed is very slow - it’s a joke that you call yourself reliable. If only #whenitcounts came to giving a service
