  @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

  Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

  @EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

  @EE No my contract is up Dec 27. Just trying to sort the issue out without having to buy a 3rd party router. I need to be able to prioritise online gaming but that cant be done on a smart hub 2. To get a 3rd party router and set up is a challenge.

  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)
