C’mon @EE this is getting silly. Phone shows 4G but London, York, Edinburgh frequently now there is just no signal. Tried phone and Ipad, same on both. Its almost like you’re trying to force people onto 5G. The last few weeks its been next to useless

I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

@EE Back in east London (E16, Canning Town). 1. After Airplane on/off 0.66 Mbps down 2. After restart 6.88 Mbps down (slower than normal 3’s speeds!) 3. I’m running iOS 13.1 on the device. FYI - I had no issues when at work at SE1.

@EE how do i cancel an upgrade i ordered yesterday? I asked for the Samsung S21+ and after double checking my order you have put through the S21 not S21+. I would have never have agreed the monthly cost had i realised as i can easily get the S21 cheaper on other networks.

Trying to set up an @EE data sim should not be so difficult! Think I am going to have a look at another network. Either their network or web pages are very slow, neither of which bodes well for future usage. 🙄

Well the @EE phone MOT was a giant waste of my time! The battery has issues but called for the MOT AFTER the warranty has ended so can’t do anything about it. Maybe the MOT should be at 6 months so there’s time to fix issues! Also got no clean, polish or £10 off accessories!
