The bloke I spoke to was talking to me like I was taking the money from his pocket. Used to be a good network but losing my patience with them now.

It takes a ******* eternity & 9 times out of 10 there is a fault in the system & it tells you to try again later. This is common practice but only with the EE website, not with anyone else's websites. YOU ARE *************** OUT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS, CUSTOMERS WHO ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH A COMPANY WHOSE POLICY IS TO ONLY EMPLOY RETARDED SPASTICS & INTELLECTUAL CRIPPLES.     So I have moved and have tried EE for internet. The promises most definitely do not match the service and to add insult to injury they want me to spend money for more equipment so they can supply what they said they would in the first place! Best provider, I think not. @EE
