I’ve just spoken to EE as my contract is ending on my iPhone. Don’t want an upgrade so just a sim deal. Contract includes my wife’s phone. Spoke to Scott in Scotland & he was so helpful. @EE Saving £40 a month. Thanks. Considering the virus 🦠 good service getting answered.

@minxhoney @EE @bt_uk @MartinSLewis @EE love to give you the spill even in the shop, then when you get your first bill realise it’s a load of rubbish. Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

@EE my earpiece on my mobile isn't working. I can't hear a thing when receiving incoming calls. I've been told I can take it back to store to get fixed and have a loan phone but yet 3 of my local stores don't have any. I can't go without a phone. Help me please....

@EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

@EE Hey, tried to call twice and you answered after 30min then hung up while investigating. My phone bill is contracted to be £57 - month 1 £87 - month 2 £45 - month 3 £74 There have been NO add ons or service charged calls. I also traded old 📱 but you have no record of that?

@FionaRhiannon @Lil_EmR @EE I got my issue sorted. It still drops but it reconnects after restarting my phone. They sorted mines by telling me to switch off the wifi and go to network settings. Once there, turn off automatic network selection and it SHOULD come up with a list. Pick one and it should connect
