    @EE Raising the concern as EE guides refused to log for me when I called. I was mis-sold a sim card by sales guide and called EE as I was surprised to see the my current month bill. Im with EE (BB+Sim) for more than 4 years and EE is cheating their customer by lying. plz support.

    @EE This is appalling; your 15 minute call-back service has just passed half an hour! The guy in your Sutton branch shop said one of the apps had a virus causing my phone to not swipe up but having deleted many it's still a problem!

    @EE Your call centre wait times are a joke! I have been on hold for 40 minutes and it is impossible to get through (plus it is annoying that you are always changing your options). Very poor customer service! 👎

    @EE I called last Tuesday 8 July asked for a manager to call me, complaint was logged - yesterday as heard nothing called again and lady that was supposed to assist kept giggling on mute ! So I said I’m ending this call due to above and please get manager to call .still waiting!
