    I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.

    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    @EE By any standard, EE customer services appear to be in meltdown. Four hours to reply to a tweet? Calls not answered, web site not working, shops not open for customers to visit without an appointment (cannot be made as web site is down) As a long time customer, I’m very concerned

    Well @AnglianWater and @UKPowerNetworks getting the week off to a flying start, blocked sewer and no electricity wasn’t really how I was hoping #MondayMorning was going to start. Both problems reported online. (Thankfully @EE is still working).

    @EE hi, why is my 4g basically never working? i always have 1-2 bars and it’s extremely slow... i pay £88 a month and if i don’t have a secure wifi connection i get very little data that i’m able to use.

    @ee is the worst service ever, internet was fine, they put in new lines across the roads 2 weeks ago... nothing but problems since... rang up, sent someone over.. nothing they can do... now my stream cuts out midstream yet again 4th time in a row. Can't believe this!!!!!
