-
Colin Alderman (@ColinaldermanC) reported from Faversham, England@EE By any standard, EE customer services appear to be in meltdown. Four hours to reply to a tweet? Calls not answered, web site not working, shops not open for customers to visit without an appointment (cannot be made as web site is down) As a long time customer, I’m very concerned
-
SprostonCharlatan🌱 (@mrs_harket) reported from Rayleigh, EnglandWhy is the @EE site always so slow and awful?

Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England@EE I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received over the past month. I was previously on a business contract that ended, and I chose to upgrade to a SIM-only deal at £12 per month. I agreed to the terms, signed the contract, and EE performed a hard search .....
-
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England@EE Absolutely disappointed. Took £78.52 after I switched to a £12 SIM-only deal. They forgot to change my contract, ran 2 hard credit searches in a month, wrecked my credit score, refunded me 80p, & now charging £20/month. 3 weeks of calls—no real help. Draining. 😞
-
Colin Alderman (@ColinaldermanC) reported from Faversham, England@EE struggling to make contact with EE this afternoon. Long delays on phone, website appears to be down, no response to twitter dm. Is anyone there??
-
Rahim Shivji (@RahShivji) reported from Gillingham, EnglandI was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.
-
Wayne Hunt (@WHunt2002) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England@EE Someone contacted me through my wife’s number. The line kept breaking up so asked if they could call my number. They never did....
-
Dominic moore (@DomJMoore) reported from Canterbury, England@EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!
-
😎🐥Christine Taylor🐣🐤 (@nannychrisMa) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England@EE just had great customer service from Tylor who helped me out effortlessly with my sim issues!! 😊
-
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England@EE and frankly feels like I’m being penalised for EE’s internal errors. This entire experience has been draining – having to call EE nearly every day, receiving little resolution, and now dealing with long-term credit consequences through no fault of my own.
EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
AMBER LAMPS (@prinxecharles) reportedHave no idea why @EE use DPD for deliveries. Every single time there’s always an issue with drivers just not going to addresses taking a picture then walking away. Just the absolute worst
-
Jonathon (@J_onathon) reported@EE I will “reach out” tomorrow, but having just been discharged from hospital after major abdominal surgery I don’t have much strength at present! You have also had the gall to send me a bill for a service I’ve yet to receive, meanwhile statutory compensation accrues at £6.46 per day
-
Abdullah lodhi (@alodh15) reported@EE @EE @WeAreOpenreach Still without any broadband, no Internet connection and its coming upto 3 months. Absolutely terrible. No one has any idea of when it will be fixed. There is so much miscommunication between EE & openreach, its the customer's who suffer!
-
Chris Dee (@chrisdee2016) reported@EE @WeAreOpenreach Neighbour was connected via the post today we have now been told to cancel and re submit the order and have to wait yet again till it can be sorted after waiting two years the whole street has it apart from our property after being on the list two years !
-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE so now two weeks since my BT broadband was changed to the faster 1.6 mb option and since the 22nd of July - 2whole weeks ago all I have had is apology after apology as to why when transferring from BT to EE things still haven’t been set up correctly- now I have to wait another 5 working days - so another week for a service was promised would be up and running after midnight on 23rd July - absolutely appalling service from a provider who apparently has been voted the vast for the last 25 year what a pile of 💩
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @EE If I’m paying for a network, I’m paying for a service. PAYG or contract shouldn’t determine whether I get the best network my phone supports. basic network capabilities shouldn’t be reserved for the most expensive plans.
-
None Superior (@nonesuperior) reported@Ofcom I am concerned that @EE sales approach is not genuinely customer-first. They make advisors force SIMO plans on customers rather dan a meaningful assessment of the customer’s actual needs & circumstances. This is making advisors put customers in unbearable conditions. Do better!
-
Scott Mackie (@smacktoid) reported@EE Nah, I’m fed up talking to your teams. I’ve spent something like 6-8 hours either in store or using your online support to get a device returned while you steal my money. I should start charging you.
-
Martin Winstanley (@soupisready) reported@EE Your customer retention process has failed this week. initial transfer ok but no promised callback, no additional callback after escalation and a promise of another callback and promise of a line manager being copied in, latest promised callback from technical. didn’t happen
-
Stuart Williamson (@ellakerris) reported@EE @danfotoman1 @ee are so ****, i used to have 7 phones and 2 i pads with them, i`m finally down to 1 phone and i still feel like they are ripping me off. good luck you`ll need it
