Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England
@EE and frankly feels like I’m being penalised for EE’s internal errors. This entire experience has been draining – having to call EE nearly every day, receiving little resolution, and now dealing with long-term credit consequences through no fault of my own.
-
Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England
@jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

Nicola Jones (@Bould2007Jones) reported from Sittingbourne, England
@EE waiting to cancel contract mobile 10 mins plus waiting

Dominic moore (@DomJMoore) reported from Canterbury, England
@EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!
-
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England
@EE Absolutely disappointed. Took £78.52 after I switched to a £12 SIM-only deal. They forgot to change my contract, ran 2 hard credit searches in a month, wrecked my credit score, refunded me 80p, & now charging £20/month. 3 weeks of calls—no real help. Draining. 😞

@EE new customer here! Ordered sim only yesterday, i haven’t got access to account yet. Can I order another phone/number today and will that go to one account?
-
Mick Say (@micksay) reported from Herne Bay, England
@EE No disrespect meant but I have spent 5 hours of my day trying to chat to them via the contact points on that link non of which connect with a support person. Only sales who LITTERALLY cut me off !! This is now getting beyond a joke. No one at EE is taking responsibility for this!
-
Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England
@jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.

Colin Alderman (@ColinaldermanC) reported from Faversham, England
@EE By any standard, EE customer services appear to be in meltdown. Four hours to reply to a tweet? Calls not answered, web site not working, shops not open for customers to visit without an appointment (cannot be made as web site is down) As a long time customer, I’m very concerned

@EE Hi I am a business customer with 1 x telephone & 1 x night hawk sim ending with 432 purchased on 12 May. I’ve spent more than 3 hours today getting no where. The last EE business rep I spoke to said I have been sold the wrong product..
-
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England
@EE However, to my shock, EE deducted £78.52 from my account instead of the agreed £12. After contacting customer service repeatedly for nearly three weeks, I was informed that this happened because EE failed to switch me over to the SIM-only contract as agreed. Despite numerous

-
Neil Bloor (@neilbloor) reported from Sittingbourne, England
Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.
-
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England
@EE I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received over the past month. I was previously on a business contract that ended, and I chose to upgrade to a SIM-only deal at £12 per month. I agreed to the terms, signed the contract, and EE performed a hard search .....

edward price (@EdwdPrice) reported
@MarinaPurkiss @EE I had an electric company try and charge me 4 times the total existing meter reading as an estimate. That for a supply where I use almost nothing. Utilities and communications are operating like broken companies, presumably because they think they can just get away with it.
-
🕷️ (@UniversalEvent) reported
@EE @MarinaPurkiss I'm really sorry that your mum has been so let down by the service. Fixed that for you.
-
Andrew Stevenson (@Andrew_Stevenso) reported
@MarinaPurkiss @EE @EE send me bills for a home broadband service that they never installed because the Openreach engineers couldn't find an equipment cabinet, in fact they suggested I try Virgin. They've now put a debt collector on to it but I'm not paying for a service I haven't received.

_Lotusflower_ 🪷 (@lotusflowerldn) reported
@EE @MarinaPurkiss Don’t just look into. Refund her immediately with a written apology for abusing and defrauding the elderly. Your reply above is appalling too. Own it. Sorry we let your mum down with such poor service.
-
Chaoman (@AVSHorizons) reported
@EE @MarinaPurkiss Why do people need to tweet their issues publically to get basic customer service?
