    @jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.

    @EE down in Ashford today and when not connected to WiFi I have not mobile data at all not 4G or 3G nothing this is the second time in a week to have signal issues can you explain

    Cannot wait to swap my network over to @VodafoneUK as @EE signal is shockingly poor and it’s getting worse.

    Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

    @jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

    @EE yes this is about mobile internet connection, i dedicated my mobile for work, and this is really bad, EE knows Victoria Train station is crowded and lots people using network but i don’t care, i and others need demand good service any time and not just when home!

    @EE Hi I am a business customer with 1 x telephone & 1 x night hawk sim ending with 432 purchased on 12 May. I’ve spent more than 3 hours today getting no where. The last EE business rep I spoke to said I have been sold the wrong product..

    @EE No disrespect meant but I have spent 5 hours of my day trying to chat to them via the contact points on that link non of which connect with a support person. Only sales who LITTERALLY cut me off !! This is now getting beyond a joke. No one at EE is taking responsibility for this!

    @EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

    @EE I have had an awful experience with their business line, endless wrong bills that overcharge calls already included in packages. terrible network when abroad. Asked for a formal complaint and investigation which was never done. Just terrible!

    @EE I'm trying to do an add to plan and having difficulty as it says that I need to with you for at least 7 months, I've been with you for 8 years. There's no option on the 150 to get through to someone about this. Help!!

    @EE Tried ordering, my account is broken (claims you don't have my direct debit details, fairly sure you would have said something about the years of unpaid bills if that were the case). Now all sold out and my account still has the error. What a frustrating experience!
