-
Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England
@jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.
-
Neil Bloor (@neilbloor) reported from Sittingbourne, England
Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.
-
Mick Say (@micksay) reported from Herne Bay, England
@EE Hi I am a business customer with 1 x telephone & 1 x night hawk sim ending with 432 purchased on 12 May. I’ve spent more than 3 hours today getting no where. The last EE business rep I spoke to said I have been sold the wrong product..
-
Nigel Back (@NigelBack) reported from Faversham, England
@EE Sorry for the delay in replying but I’ve struggled for signal whilst at work today to. The 2 places I spend the most time at are the places I can’t really use my phone
-
Mick Say (@micksay) reported from Herne Bay, England
@EE No disrespect meant but I have spent 5 hours of my day trying to chat to them via the contact points on that link non of which connect with a support person. Only sales who LITTERALLY cut me off !! This is now getting beyond a joke. No one at EE is taking responsibility for this!
-
Ginger Bennett (@GingerZedhead) reported from Chestfield, England
Wow! @EE phone contract in April and find they are still billing for my watch! Can’t cancel on line and on chat no email! :-(
-
Nigel Back (@NigelBack) reported from Faversham, England
Cannot wait to swap my network over to @VodafoneUK as @EE signal is shockingly poor and it’s getting worse.
-
Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England
@jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.
-
Duncan mcdougall (@duncztwitte) reported from Ashford, England

-
Colin Alderman (@ColinaldermanC) reported from Faversham, England
@EE By any standard, EE customer services appear to be in meltdown. Four hours to reply to a tweet? Calls not answered, web site not working, shops not open for customers to visit without an appointment (cannot be made as web site is down) As a long time customer, I’m very concerned
-
Craig Brisley CTC (@CtcCraig) reported from Ashford, England

-
Dominic moore (@DomJMoore) reported from Canterbury, England
@EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!
-
Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported from Chestfield, England
@ee. How is it that a major town like #Canterbury can have non existent cellphone signal. It’s been terrible for years!

Scotch Square Sausage (@sssausage1488) reported
@EE @Ofcom what's your view on this? I know there aren't any regulations as such for broadband but don't companies voluntarily sign up to a code of conduct which states that what my mother is experiencing isn't good practice and she should be allowed to cancel?
-
BeeDee (@BlairD) reported
@Milkyone Perhaps one piece of advice he gave was useful. Get your mum onto a different network. @EE don't deserve her money.
-
Jay See (@JaySeeDeCaux) reported
@EE left Vodafone because of the service and not impressed with EEs so far. On hold for 30 minutes twice and no response on Twitter while waiting for a SIM to go live. I've emailed returns already so unless some magic happens say goodbye to my money.
-
Charley_xox (@ApatheticWhore) reported
I don't think it's very good practice to keep someone on hold for 45 minutes, talk for 5 minutes then put them back on hold for 25 minutes, to ultimately be hung up on because the offices were closed. Without resolution... not very impressed. @EE

Miss Hillsmith (@MissHillsmith) reported

@EE if my contract has finished can I just ring and cancel anytime? Your upgrade deals are too expensive for me so want to go elsewhere.
