@ee. How is it that a major town like #Canterbury can have non existent cellphone signal. It’s been terrible for years!

  • NigelBack Nigel Back (@NigelBack) reported from Faversham, England

Cannot wait to swap my network over to @VodafoneUK as @EE signal is shockingly poor and it’s getting worse.

  • BadmusAyoola Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England

@EE and frankly feels like I’m being penalised for EE’s internal errors. This entire experience has been draining – having to call EE nearly every day, receiving little resolution, and now dealing with long-term credit consequences through no fault of my own.

  • micksay Mick Say (@micksay) reported from Herne Bay, England

@EE Hi I am a business customer with 1 x telephone & 1 x night hawk sim ending with 432 purchased on 12 May. I’ve spent more than 3 hours today getting no where. The last EE business rep I spoke to said I have been sold the wrong product..

  • ColinaldermanC Colin Alderman (@ColinaldermanC) reported from Faversham, England

@EE By any standard, EE customer services appear to be in meltdown. Four hours to reply to a tweet? Calls not answered, web site not working, shops not open for customers to visit without an appointment (cannot be made as web site is down) As a long time customer, I’m very concerned

  • DomJMoore Dominic moore (@DomJMoore) reported from Canterbury, England

@EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

  • micksay Mick Say (@micksay) reported from Herne Bay, England

@EE No disrespect meant but I have spent 5 hours of my day trying to chat to them via the contact points on that link non of which connect with a support person. Only sales who LITTERALLY cut me off !! This is now getting beyond a joke. No one at EE is taking responsibility for this!

  • BadmusAyoola Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England

@EE I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received over the past month. I was previously on a business contract that ended, and I chose to upgrade to a SIM-only deal at £12 per month. I agreed to the terms, signed the contract, and EE performed a hard search .....

  • NigelBack Nigel Back (@NigelBack) reported from Faversham, England

@EE Sorry for the delay in replying but I’ve struggled for signal whilst at work today to. The 2 places I spend the most time at are the places I can’t really use my phone

  • GingerZedhead Ginger Bennett (@GingerZedhead) reported from Chestfield, England

Wow! @EE phone contract in April and find they are still billing for my watch! Can’t cancel on line and on chat no email! :-(

  • ColinaldermanC Colin Alderman (@ColinaldermanC) reported from Faversham, England

@EE struggling to make contact with EE this afternoon. Long delays on phone, website appears to be down, no response to twitter dm. Is anyone there??

  • BadmusAyoola Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England

@EE However, to my shock, EE deducted £78.52 from my account instead of the agreed £12. After contacting customer service repeatedly for nearly three weeks, I was informed that this happened because EE failed to switch me over to the SIM-only contract as agreed. Despite numerous

  • tony1hazell Tony Hazell (@tony1hazell) reported

@EE Rach, that is nonsense. How can a customer know what CPI will be up to 2 years in advance? EE/BT is tying people into long term contracts with unknown price rises. And a weak regulator is letting you get away with it

  • MNorvock @gtfcmick (@MNorvock) reported

@EE Yeah stop upping the cost of my bill by a stupid amount. Cost of living crisis 🙄

  • keith_arnold3 Keith arnold (@keith_arnold3) reported

@EE The worst, if you're on a new tariff. Suffer Two of these inflation boss pay rises. You are then held hostage into a contract because it says there is a rise in it. But not how much by. Will cost you over £1000 to cancel your contract. Utter disgraceful. Most expensive network.

  • superhighimpact Edd Gardner (@superhighimpact) reported

@EE Its OK though as i was made aware of by your rude and argumentative customer service rep you need all that money just to keep the lights on with all these fuel increases. I guess the billions in profit BT made last year simply wasn't enough and the customer simply had to pay

  • DionysiosMalas Dionysis Malas (@DionysiosMalas) reported

@EE I’m in Hong Kong and my eSim doesn’t connect to any network. I tried all network partner providers of @EE in HK but still no luck

  • Jimboalvey James Alvey (@Jimboalvey) reported

@EE my contract runs until June 2024 and my increase is around £12 a month. To avoid this increase, can I pay a lump sum now to void the increase. I have no desire to cancel my contract, but saving £180 is my aim. James
