@EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

@EE Hi I am a business customer with 1 x telephone & 1 x night hawk sim ending with 432 purchased on 12 May. I’ve spent more than 3 hours today getting no where. The last EE business rep I spoke to said I have been sold the wrong product..

@EE No disrespect meant but I have spent 5 hours of my day trying to chat to them via the contact points on that link non of which connect with a support person. Only sales who LITTERALLY cut me off !! This is now getting beyond a joke. No one at EE is taking responsibility for this!

@EE Why should I have to waste time in a queue calling for you inadequacy? Your engineer turned up on Monday and luckily my other half could get home to meet him. The week before you came on the Wednesday when it was booked for Thursday and never told us so we missed apt spot

@EE Hi Suzie, luckily one of your online chat colleagues sorted the upgrade for me as the website refuses to work. This definitely needs sorting as looking at your EE community page I am not the only customer with this issue. I have the EE app and get exactly the same issue there!

Trying to make a call from a train in the UK is just a waste of time. I know this but I still attempted it this evening. Lost the signal and the call dropped just at a critical moment. Times that by a zillion and dip it in something brown @EE 😠

@EE What do you suggest now, some stuff has gone from the phone, and still no keyboard told me to buy a new phone, I can't afford one on Universal Credit, can you help in anyway, when bill is do could do that on laptop which I am on now, and pack renewel either ring or laptop
