    @EE No disrespect meant but I have spent 5 hours of my day trying to chat to them via the contact points on that link non of which connect with a support person. Only sales who LITTERALLY cut me off !! This is now getting beyond a joke. No one at EE is taking responsibility for this!

    @EE I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received over the past month. I was previously on a business contract that ended, and I chose to upgrade to a SIM-only deal at £12 per month. I agreed to the terms, signed the contract, and EE performed a hard search .....

    @EE By any standard, EE customer services appear to be in meltdown. Four hours to reply to a tweet? Calls not answered, web site not working, shops not open for customers to visit without an appointment (cannot be made as web site is down) As a long time customer, I’m very concerned

    @EE for that does not charge still, a complaint that they have deadlocked without being taken seriously, a social media team who are to chicken to reply to any tweets they get a customer relations person to ring stating anymore and I'm being block so overall being honest about

    @LetDogsBeDogs @EE We’ve been having problems for weeks … sent 2 engineers out and still internet drops out - service is not fit for purpose will be cancelling my DD !!!
