OMFG @EE is a joke! Have my phone and teenagers phone (mine for longer than I’ve had both my children!!!) I ask them to change my sim to PAYG at the end of my contract telling them I’m moving abroad but want to keep my sim & number. That will be no problem Mrs C…

Interesting. @EE agree a price plan. Put me on a different price plan. Complaint raised. Confirmation back on agreed plan (although I can’t now upgrade if I wanted to which wasn’t agreed) and My EE still says £12 not £5. PLEASE tell me you haven’t messed up again!

@EE so apparently if you take more than hour to make up your mind on a deal that is offered to you then you just keep changing the offers? Disgusting customer service if that's what you call it

@EE I’m trying to use my PAC code on your transfer form (despite already giving it to you when I signed up for a sim) and your site won’t recognise it. Please help. First impressions aren’t good

@EE Thanks Craig B. Interesting that customer support at 150 didn't know about this, and said I should go to the store for a replacment QR code. I have had a look now, and in fact the option is there. You forgot to mention however that there is a charge of 50p for this.

@EE Super impressed with you Full Fibre Max 900 product. However concerned that a firmware or system issue with router will not allow upload speeds greater that 50mg with line stating 120mg is possible.
