Just spoke to @EE senior customer relations , basically been told there is nothing I can do to sort this mess out with the APP @Ofcom I will be looking to help and guidance from you to sort this mess out , I can't leave @EE as I am only half way through my contact #useless

@jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.

@Ofcom perhaps take a look @EE and there terrible service from there APP , a week later and still not able to log into our account , I wish that my renewal date was sooner as I would definitely leave EE #USELESS

Due to my ongoing issues with @EE I am looking at termination of my contract , there customer service is useless and there use of the on line APP is non existent , can I leave without paying a stupid leaving fee , because of this please #useless #ee #NeverAgain

@jmcomms @EE Since about the end of August, only get signal on EE through London Tunnel 1 for now, nothing on o2 or Three, I don’t have Vodafone to check. It’s a welcome addition, the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras drive me insane having no mobile signal.

@EE Sorry for the delay in replying but I’ve struggled for signal whilst at work today to. The 2 places I spend the most time at are the places I can’t really use my phone

@EE Yes we have we keep getting a text each day to say the issue is not resolved . My partner is about to look at an upgrade or a new phone she can't as your APP does not work , so she is most probably leaving @EE , as your on line APP is to out it bluntly "useless"

@EE I think after the service she has had recently she will be leaving and looking for another network , it's not just the upgrade it's not being able to see what your using on your account , I am afraid to say @EE are not doing themselves any favours with these two customers

Just had the worst experience of customer service ever by @EE. Been with them 10 years and never stressed for discount once but at the opportunity to do the right thing, you outright say “No, we know it's UNFAIR”. It's a shame you're integrity doesn't match your high coverage.

@EE - My broadband has been garbage for the past 3 weeks. HA1 postcode. Is there an outage and when will it be fixed... I can just about use mobile hotspot on your EE 4G as the internet service here is so bad. Message back ASAP.
