Mick Say (@micksay) reported from Herne Bay, England@EE No disrespect meant but I have spent 5 hours of my day trying to chat to them via the contact points on that link non of which connect with a support person. Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England@EE Absolutely disappointed. Took £78.52 after I switched to a £12 SIM-only deal. They forgot to change my contract, ran 2 hard credit searches in a month, wrecked my credit score, refunded me 80p, & now charging £20/month. 3 weeks of calls—no real help. Draining. 😞
-
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England@EE and frankly feels like I’m being penalised for EE’s internal errors. This entire experience has been draining – having to call EE nearly every day, receiving little resolution, and now dealing with long-term credit consequences through no fault of my own.
