    @EE Yes we have we keep getting a text each day to say the issue is not resolved . My partner is about to look at an upgrade or a new phone she can't as your APP does not work , so she is most probably leaving @EE , as your on line APP is to out it bluntly "useless"

    @EE By any standard, EE customer services appear to be in meltdown. Four hours to reply to a tweet? Calls not answered, web site not working, shops not open for customers to visit without an appointment (cannot be made as web site is down) As a long time customer, I’m very concerned

    @EE I think after the service she has had recently she will be leaving and looking for another network , it's not just the upgrade it's not being able to see what your using on your account , I am afraid to say @EE are not doing themselves any favours with these two customers

    Just spoke to @EE senior customer relations , basically been told there is nothing I can do to sort this mess out with the APP @Ofcom I will be looking to help and guidance from you to sort this mess out , I can't leave @EE as I am only half way through my contact #useless

    All I want to do is download a new eSIM as this is meant to resolve the issue. But I can’t activate the new eSIM because the ONLY way to receive the activation code is via text… which I have no access to because I have no service. @EE

    @EE @BAFTA @FrankieBridge Absolutely rubbish. Sign up a week ago and Sim not arrived. Customer service is an automated recording that hung up. Then you receive email about direct debit when you dont even have a sim card. Pathetic

    @EE On top of the 10% inflation rate. I’m not debating what you’re ‘allowed’ to do i’m criticizing what you have decided to do in what are already tough times for people financially. I barely get a signal in the rural North. You’re in the same conversations as ‘Shell’ now.

    So my bill is due with @ee. But the payment service is down. And on top of this there is no one in the office to process a payment. BUT on top of that the 5G speeds have been so slow the last week or so…

    @EE is over a month of no broadband as the infrastructure is still being discussed. Why offer something you cannot deliver? And before you send the generic “have you contacted someone in EE” YES I HAVE REPEATEDLY and get pawned off to different deps. (This problem since 2014)
