Day two of no WiFi in Cheriton, I’m officially out of personal hotspot allowance… today is gonna be another long one. Sort it out @EE , businesses and people working from home depend on this service 😭

@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

Due to my ongoing issues with @EE I am looking at termination of my contract , there customer service is useless and there use of the on line APP is non existent , can I leave without paying a stupid leaving fee , because of this please #useless #ee #NeverAgain

Just spoke to @EE senior customer relations , basically been told there is nothing I can do to sort this mess out with the APP @Ofcom I will be looking to help and guidance from you to sort this mess out , I can't leave @EE as I am only half way through my contact #useless

@EE Yes we have we keep getting a text each day to say the issue is not resolved . My partner is about to look at an upgrade or a new phone she can't as your APP does not work , so she is most probably leaving @EE , as your on line APP is to out it bluntly "useless"

@EE I think after the service she has had recently she will be leaving and looking for another network , it's not just the upgrade it's not being able to see what your using on your account , I am afraid to say @EE are not doing themselves any favours with these two customers

@EE A 10% discount wouldn't cover it either, given that the majority of the cost of a contract is the value of the phone itself. Feels very much like you are scamming loyal customers because they forgot to cancel/change their contract after it ended

@BassmanBowman @EE There was a time my account was locked, So I tried changing the password to give me access which continued for a long time after contacting support and no response, I contacted @unihacksupport and they got me back to my account. I think they can help you too
