@EE I think after the service she has had recently she will be leaving and looking for another network , it's not just the upgrade it's not being able to see what your using on your account , I am afraid to say @EE are not doing themselves any favours with these two customers

@Ofcom perhaps take a look @EE and there terrible service from there APP , a week later and still not able to log into our account , I wish that my renewal date was sooner as I would definitely leave EE #USELESS

@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

@EE Yes we have we keep getting a text each day to say the issue is not resolved . My partner is about to look at an upgrade or a new phone she can't as your APP does not work , so she is most probably leaving @EE , as your on line APP is to out it bluntly "useless"

My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

Just spoke to @EE senior customer relations , basically been told there is nothing I can do to sort this mess out with the APP @Ofcom I will be looking to help and guidance from you to sort this mess out , I can't leave @EE as I am only half way through my contact #useless

@_biggerstaff If they do, they make no mention of this on the @EE website or help centre. I don’t see why they would charge for an eSIM transfer.

Day two of no WiFi in Cheriton, I’m officially out of personal hotspot allowance… today is gonna be another long one. Sort it out @EE , businesses and people working from home depend on this service 😭

Due to my ongoing issues with @EE I am looking at termination of my contract , there customer service is useless and there use of the on line APP is non existent , can I leave without paying a stupid leaving fee , because of this please #useless #ee #NeverAgain

Pretty rubbish service @EE Ordered my new iPhone on 26th Sept and delivery has been pushed back twice, now expected 9th November. Should have went elsewhere rather than upgrading! And I can’t get in contact when I try to call you!!

I paid my @EE bill, but I had to go for another option (press 1,2,3 etc) because I was on the phone for a ******* hour and 10 mins, no one would pickup, When the lady did answer(from another option) she made the excuse that the computers were down, no updates about this. 1/2
