A built-up area of 150k pop. Yet I’m lucky if I can get 1 bar signal & 3G data. Pls sort it out — it’s been this way for at least 10 years!

Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! I need a reliable SIM service being disabled with health issues to connect to my infusion pumps
