@EE your website tells us all how we can spend more money with you but nothing that allows us to take a contract payment holiday because of loss of earning, unable to get furloughed or universal credit and may not be able to meet next months payment please help

@EE No Service at all, last night or this morning. Can we fix this please. Once I leave the house and range of my WiFi my phone is useless to me.

@EE Samsung J600 to A41 - new SIM was sent tuesday evening when I realised the problem but I didn't expect my old phone to stop working while I was waiting! It stopped yesterday morning.

@EE want EE to recognise what a brill advisor Erica Keating (ireland) is. I rang up as frustrated with the blatant contradiction from previous advisors today. She is a credit to EE. Was a bad day cos of EE but Erica made me smile. Thank you Erica

@EE @MarcAllera @rootmetrics BT upgraded my new iPhone11 mobile to EE. BT stated better deals apparently🤔 Signal is appalling. Still having to use my old BT iPhone7. Fabulous signal. Had new EE iPhone11 a week. Old phone number has still not moved over. NOT happy. I now have a contract and unable to leave
