  • Hathor32563459 Hathor (@Hathor32563459) reported

@EE, a communications company, that refuse to communicate, unless you are rich enough to pay over £50 p.m. Cue the copy pasted 'sorry you feel that way' dismissal, demands for DM, that they won't read, and leaving me with a barely functioning signal.

@andy_simpleton @EE @O2 I changed from ee to O2 a few weeks ago. Working great here in Spain and Portugal with no problems. Lol is still with ee because she has £30 credit and nothing but trouble over here. 30 minute phone call still hasn't sorted problem.

  • velykorodnyy Andriy Velykorodnyy (@velykorodnyy) reported

@EE I have made a few calls to Ukraine between 26/02 and 01/03 and see charges on my account on EE. @EE can you help please? Thank you.

  • deadstar37 Vicky 💙 (@deadstar37) reported

@EE Your a fantastic company and the service I’ve had has always been amazing. I’m just frustrated that I end up paying more each year in the contract, when realistically it should be going down as the phone I have is older

  • deadstar37 Vicky 💙 (@deadstar37) reported

@EE The increase inline with everything I get but the extra to help others should be optional. I’m the 3 years of my contract it would result in around £10 more overall then what I signed up for
