@olive_blacklab @EE Also have the same issue. The last few days the 4G has dropped off a cliff. All EE are saying is check static or your SIM card. What is wrong with your system? There’s clearly a national issue

Highly recommend NOT taking a phone either @EE. 27 minutes "in the queue" to get a 2 minute fix sorted to be hung up on then unable to join the queue because they're "too busy". Thanks very much for the waste of time and the ****** hold music.

Apologies that calls from @EE mobiles aren't getting through to us currently. EE are aware of the problem and it is out of our control. All other networks and landlines are unaffected.

@BarraIsland @EE Currently trying to explain in DMs that it's an everybody on the island issue not just my phone. Might be worth getting a few people to complain (again) to illustrate the point. Especially ones living and paying bills in the south end.
