@EE Sent phone back part of upgrade deal last Fri (16th) but it's taken a week on the "48 hr" Royal Mail service (!). Tracking said it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but wasn't. Today's a strike day - will you still be able to honour the deal when it finally arrives?

@EE Hi, can you please help with an order? I contacted via phone not long after the order was placed and told the email I received was a scam. But now apparently DOD tried to deliver to the completely wrong address?

Absolutely terrible customer service from @EE - noone except 2 staff in store. Stood for 5 mins before being acknowledged then another 5 before one even spoke to me - to be told I needed to wait another 10 mins til someone else finished lunch! Obvs I walked out to go elsewhere!
