    @EE fed up of next to no signal at my house! I just wanted to ring to cancel a contract which is now a rolling months contract! Can't wait to move on from you!!

    @EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

    @ee. How is it that a major town like #Canterbury can have non existent cellphone signal. It’s been terrible for years!

    @EE Problems connecting to the internet on my phone today. Tried a Software download but msg said "Couldn't download update Unable to update the software. A network or server error occurred. Try again later". Tried for hours now, tried switching on/off & various options. HELP!

    @EE I haven’t. Apparently yday it’s still showing as picked. I just want to know if there has been a status change in regards to delivery. I’m really upset by this and it’s been a month and still no iPad. As someone who’s upgraded I thought the service would be better

    Damn! I was so excited about my phone today and it hasn't arrived. :'( I appreciate @EE for doing everything they can for me right now but dude I was so excited. I should have my new handset by now :'(

    @EE I have a new phone with new sim and no signal. So I can’t call the helpline, chat with an advisor, ‘ask the EE community’ etc as it all requires mobile signal. I’ve switched my device off and back on. Any ideas?
