    @EE No disrespect meant but I have spent 5 hours of my day trying to chat to them via the contact points on that link non of which connect with a support person. Only sales who LITTERALLY cut me off !! This is now getting beyond a joke. No one at EE is taking responsibility for this!

    @EE hi, just upgraded to a 5G iPhone 12 and yet to see 5G network.. seem to be getting 3G & and barely 4G

    Dear @EE, I hear “EE” stands for Everything Everywhere. As far as I’m concerned, it should be “NN” — Nothing Nowhere. I’m in Thanet, Kent. A built-up area of 150k pop. Yet I’m lucky if I can get 1 bar signal & 3G data. Pls sort it out — it’s been this way for at least 10 years!

    @EE Hi I am a business customer with 1 x telephone & 1 x night hawk sim ending with 432 purchased on 12 May. I’ve spent more than 3 hours today getting no where. The last EE business rep I spoke to said I have been sold the wrong product..

    @_biggerstaff If they do, they make no mention of this on the @EE website or help centre. I don’t see why they would charge for an eSIM transfer.

    @EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

    @EE Yep, I've registered interest already but looks like @EE aren't interested in stocking products customers want. Being lied to by EE staff, seeing other companies dropping stock,... it's happening so regularly that it's gone beyond annoying. Customer service is shot

    @EE It just doesn’t seem fair, when my daughter got her new phone last Dec she got earphones in the box and now my fosterson needs to pay to buy his own. If the customer has to pay, EE being more sustainable doesn’t really make sense, your just putting that cost onto the customer!

    Absolutely horrible customer service from @EE Most other retailers have had #PS5 stock drops multiple times, nothing from EE. Their social media post the same generic replies to customers queries. Their chat agents have advised stock will be available today but guess what 🤬

    @SonyUK @EE @Android #AndroidHelp I'm intermittently being locked out of my XZ2 (phone requiring PIN; PIN confirm button not showing; PIN registering after 4 digits, which is too few) - is this a known issue? Any advice?
