Colin Alderman (@ColinaldermanC) reported from Faversham, England@EE By any standard, EE customer services appear to be in meltdown. Four hours to reply to a tweet? Simon Platman (@simonplatman) reported from Margate, EnglandDear @EE, I hear “EE” stands for Everything Everywhere. As far as I’m concerned, it should be “NN” — Nothing Nowhere. I’m in Thanet, Kent. A built-up area of 150k pop. Yet I’m lucky if I can get 1 bar signal & 3G data. Pls sort it out — it’s been this way for at least 10 years!

Jay-P-Gaming (@Xx_Jay_P_xX) reportedKind of weird that @EE have a shop willing to sell you phones in Stroud at GL5 1RR when for the last 6+ weeks you can’t even use their network there. No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?

-
Sam J (@samj2501) reported@EE @EE genuinely feel like I’m being punked every time I try and resolve a minor issue (caused my your employees) because it’s that insane how hard they seem to be making simple requests
