    @EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

    @EE Hey Jo, I've got the 5g full works :). I think I had apple music included with my current plan when I first got the phone for 6 months? Could that be the reason it's not working because apple use the mobile number as the apple ID and its obviously the same number I'm using?

    @EE love how you’ve switched off my current sim card before the new one has even arrived… not like I reply on my phone for work or anything. Like. Can’t even call you now either. No service. Typical. Literally do this every time.

    @EE Crap price increase though! "This means the price of all of your charges (including your price plan charges) will increase each year from March 2022 by the Consumer Price index (CPI) rate of inflation (5.4%) published in January that year plus 3.9%"
