Only sales who LITTERALLY cut me off !! This is now getting beyond a joke. No one at EE is taking responsibility for this!

Tom (@tommo_bfc) reported@woodylad83 @EE That requires too much common sense mate. I don't think any of us would have had a problem with that at all. Apparently, they're not sure if the code comes in the box and that is part of the hold up because they're not allowed to open the stock and check.
