One of your masts in Kendal was broken 18 months ago. It still is but you can't mend it "because of Covid". When can I expect a normal service? #EE

Martin Ricketts (@martin1ricketts) reported4 visits, 2 each from EE and open reach. 3 new routers a new master socket, multiple phone calls to and from EE technical department….still have the same issue, ….first visit was 9th October, 30 days to get it fixed which means 7 days left or we are leaving @EE
