@EE No disrespect meant but I have spent 5 hours of my day trying to chat to them via the contact points on that link non of which connect with a support person. Only sales who LITTERALLY cut me off !! This is now getting beyond a joke. No one at EE is taking responsibility for this!

Dear @EE, I hear “EE” stands for Everything Everywhere. As far as I’m concerned, it should be “NN” — Nothing Nowhere. I’m in Thanet, Kent. A built-up area of 150k pop. Yet I’m lucky if I can get 1 bar signal & 3G data. Pls sort it out — it’s been this way for at least 10 years!

@EE Hi Connor. My current eSIM works fine in my phone but the phone’s being swapped by Apple, so I need to transfer the eSIM. iOS 14 can do that directly but EE apparently doesn’t support it... hence I have to wait for a pack. Disappointing after all these years this isn’t digital.

@EE Hi. I got an upgraded phone but I didn't want to pay more than I was paying per month so opted for a refurbished Oppo. It has now gone on the blink after 1 month. Ideally I'd like to return it for another phone but your renewal deals are just awful. What can I do?
