@NatalieBeighton @jennifer2142 @EE Wi-fi calling has never been good. Dont matter of signal.

  • NM_Rdg NeilM (@NM_Rdg) reported

@EE I'm looking at your new contracts. Is the difference between "Excellent Speeds" and "Our best speeds" a case of 4G vs 5G? I might be interested in "Excellent Speeds" if it runs on the 5G Network with a capped speed but if it's just a 4G offering I'm not.

  • H1tenPatel Hiten Patel (@H1tenPatel) reported

@EE @goodzorr for what it's worth, prices have gone up but I'm getting no phone signal or data at the moment since some "network" updates happened in my area. Charges are going up but service is unfortunately going downhill. Sort it out @EE

  • SadiaAzam17 Sadia Azam (@SadiaAzam17) reported

@EE could you advise if there are network issues in High Wycombe? Currently experiencing poor-no signal.

  • AlexSAFC92 Alexander 🔴⚪️ (@AlexSAFC92) reported

What a shambles @bt_uk putting bill up 14.4% @EE putting bill up 10% @OctopusEnergy unit cost up 490% and bill more than doubled. Mortgage rates doubled. Fuel and Food up. Well done to everyone who supported lockdown, shut down the world, destroyed the economy. Great work

  • LillieofBombay Lillie-May 🍃 (@LillieofBombay) reported

I’m sorry but @EE are an absolute joke! I’ve been with them for absolute years and never had any issues. I received an email saying my phone bill will be increased by over £13 a month. I already pay £92 a month for my phone bill!!!

  • H1tenPatel Hiten Patel (@H1tenPatel) reported

For a few weeks now I've had crappy phone signal and data connectivity issues with @EE but it's impossible to try and get to speak to someone due to their new automated visual system.

  • jodiekate_96 Jode ✨ (@jodiekate_96) reported

@EE I know, I've been with EE for years but never has it gone up so much. £4.71 increase on a £30 per month contract is ridiculous #ripoff
