    @EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

    @EE No disrespect meant but I have spent 5 hours of my day trying to chat to them via the contact points on that link non of which connect with a support person. Only sales who LITTERALLY cut me off !! This is now getting beyond a joke. No one at EE is taking responsibility for this!

    @EE Hi I am a business customer with 1 x telephone & 1 x night hawk sim ending with 432 purchased on 12 May. I’ve spent more than 3 hours today getting no where. The last EE business rep I spoke to said I have been sold the wrong product..

    @EE No Service at all, last night or this morning. Can we fix this please. Once I leave the house and range of my WiFi my phone is useless to me.

    @EE I am really disappointed for ee , for over 1 weeks 6 agents from customer services lies to me I will get my phone within 7 days , and one of them even tell me that my phone is arrived and will be dispatched the next day, calling the next day and I found out actually it was

    @EE Are you still having internal issues activating new eSIMs? I can't activate my Apple Watch, and customer service last week told me there was an ongoing issue but no date for fixing it. Is there an update?

    @EE Hi. I’m not an EE customer but would like to top up my son’s EE phone. Can I have a number I can call from non EE mobile.The online payment isn’t working. Didn’t take me to the verification page for my card transaction. The website is no help. Urgently if possible.

    FINALLY new phone day after @ee cocking everything up… maybe I’ll get to upgrade without any problems at the end of this contract eh? 🤔
