Calls not answered, web site not working, shops not open for customers to visit without an appointment (cannot be made as web site is down) As a long time customer, I’m very concerned

A built-up area of 150k pop. Yet I’m lucky if I can get 1 bar signal & 3G data. Pls sort it out — it’s been this way for at least 10 years!
