@EE No disrespect meant but I have spent 5 hours of my day trying to chat to them via the contact points on that link non of which connect with a support person. Only sales who LITTERALLY cut me off !! This is now getting beyond a joke. No one at EE is taking responsibility for this!

@EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

@EE Hi I am a business customer with 1 x telephone & 1 x night hawk sim ending with 432 purchased on 12 May. I’ve spent more than 3 hours today getting no where. The last EE business rep I spoke to said I have been sold the wrong product..

@EE Yeah that’s right. From what I can gather there is 2 EE masts locally. One seems to be either faulty or heavily congested with traffic hence the slow speeds?

@EE I made use of your offer of an extra 1GB with each top up you make earlier today (I am a PAYG user). However I am not sure the 1GB is active as it says it expires in 0 days in MyEE and I got a text saying I’d used 80% of my remaining data. Would appreciate some help

@EE I tweeted you a few days ago and I know things get busy but my mum needed help. She switched to pay monthly and unfortunately since then she gets intermittent dropping of service and cannot receive incoming calls properly. Can you please check everything is ok on her account?

@EE my 82 year old mum has had no phone & internet since Friday am. She contacted you as an emergency but no one has yet been to her to fix! This is a dreadful service to your customers especially a OAP! She has no data left on her phone now too. Why is she waiting so long?

@Hanah_x3 @snapchatsupport @EE I had similar experience when my account got hacked, I contacted them for more than a week, but they wouldn’t reply to me...not until I go referred to ethical_security01 on Instagram and they help me...they are expert at getting back access into any hacked accounts.

@EE what's going on with the signal in Lincoln area lately last 3-4 weeks I struggle indoors an last 2 day Ive got 1 bar of 3g outside? Normally have full 4g anywhere indoors it's not my phone as have several on account all the same problem, not what I expect when paying £100+pm

@EE Is there a fault at PH336AN internet is incredibly slow shows as 3bars of 4G but won’t perform a Speedtest, as is that slow.
