@virginmedia I’m not a technician, can you guys just let me leave my contract after this. Terrible customer service, even worse service, waiting to join @EE but stuck in a contract that only seems to work one way. You really are a shambles.

@_biggerstaff If they do, they make no mention of this on the @EE website or help centre. I don’t see why they would charge for an eSIM transfer.

@EE @EE how dare you treat my mother with your appalling service! WHO is a pensioner wanting to close her contract & YOU not only cut her phone off, lock her out of her phone BUT also close her EE account because she has changed providers!! DISGUSTING!!

Dear @EE, I hear “EE” stands for Everything Everywhere. As far as I’m concerned, it should be “NN” — Nothing Nowhere. I’m in Thanet, Kent. A built-up area of 150k pop. Yet I’m lucky if I can get 1 bar signal & 3G data. Pls sort it out — it’s been this way for at least 10 years!

Just spoke to @EE senior customer relations , basically been told there is nothing I can do to sort this mess out with the APP @Ofcom I will be looking to help and guidance from you to sort this mess out , I can't leave @EE as I am only half way through my contact #useless

@EE I think after the service she has had recently she will be leaving and looking for another network , it's not just the upgrade it's not being able to see what your using on your account , I am afraid to say @EE are not doing themselves any favours with these two customers

@EE Yes we have we keep getting a text each day to say the issue is not resolved . My partner is about to look at an upgrade or a new phone she can't as your APP does not work , so she is most probably leaving @EE , as your on line APP is to out it bluntly "useless"

Due to my ongoing issues with @EE I am looking at termination of my contract , there customer service is useless and there use of the on line APP is non existent , can I leave without paying a stupid leaving fee , because of this please #useless #ee #NeverAgain

@Ofcom perhaps take a look @EE and there terrible service from there APP , a week later and still not able to log into our account , I wish that my renewal date was sooner as I would definitely leave EE #USELESS

@seatzie Oh that’s amazing. I’m pay 22 for sim only on three but it does not work. I never have reception. I fancy @EE as they seem to always be good at festivals etc.

@EE - my household phone signals have all dropped to 1 bar for the last month when in the house (CR5) - now we can’t even hold a phone call without issues after three years of perfect signal - what’s changed? I’m out of contract so looking to change provider if no quick fix.
