@EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

Well @AnglianWater and @UKPowerNetworks getting the week off to a flying start, blocked sewer and no electricity wasn’t really how I was hoping #MondayMorning was going to start. Both problems reported online. (Thankfully @EE is still working).

A week after re-joining @EE, I already regret it. Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

@EE and frankly feels like I’m being penalised for EE’s internal errors. This entire experience has been draining – having to call EE nearly every day, receiving little resolution, and now dealing with long-term credit consequences through no fault of my own.

@EE I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received over the past month. I was previously on a business contract that ended, and I chose to upgrade to a SIM-only deal at £12 per month. I agreed to the terms, signed the contract, and EE performed a hard search .....

Hello @EE It's going to be tough for a lot of people trying to learn online with only a PAYG 4G connection. You could really help by scrapping expiry of data packs, so they at least get what they paid for, rather than losing big chunks of it just because the calendar changed.

So @SkyUK broadband goes down AGAIN, so I switch to my @EE mobile data, which doesn't actually work because there's no signal in my area. So switch back to #skybroadband & turn on wifi calling to get a f'n signal, but that's still down, so back to #EE and it's now groundhog day.
