@EE and frankly feels like I’m being penalised for EE’s internal errors. This entire experience has been draining – having to call EE nearly every day, receiving little resolution, and now dealing with long-term credit consequences through no fault of my own.

@EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

Well @AnglianWater and @UKPowerNetworks getting the week off to a flying start, blocked sewer and no electricity wasn’t really how I was hoping #MondayMorning was going to start. Both problems reported online. (Thankfully @EE is still working).

A week after re-joining @EE, I already regret it. Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

@EE looking for new contract for my son, checking EE coverage, in particular at Waitrose, Newton Mearns & car park, G77 6GW. EE website says coverage excellent - it’s absolutely abysmal, (not a new thing,either!) no signal in store text/calls & cut out calling click & collect.

@EE Still not fixed, two weeks tomorrow with no internet, we are mid contract but we would like to cancel since your service is not fit for purpose and no fix ETA, who do we need to speak with to arrange this, we will be moving to #o2 as their 5G service is working in the area
