The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.
