@minidvr @EE It’s the first time it’s been completely down since we’ve been here but they did take months fixing the dodgy line into the vicarage. Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.

I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

@ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.

Trying to buy at PS5 Through @EE is a laughing stock, says £10 upfront cost but then get to checkout and they want £210 upfront they when you fill in all your Info it crashes and does nothing. Great way to treat long standing customers

@PaulbernalUK @EE Since I have been with Zen I have never had that experience. They're upgrading my network to 900Mbps in a week and giving me practically free landline services, all for £62/month. Overkill maybe for your relative but they have much cheaper packages.
