@EE Back in east London (E16, Canning Town). 1. After Airplane on/off 0.66 Mbps down 2. After restart 6.88 Mbps down (slower than normal 3’s speeds!) 3. I’m running iOS 13.1 on the device. FYI - I had no issues when at work at SE1.

@EE @kwakdonut 4G is enough for this earth. No one gives a shit about 5G. phones and technology are not everything .. your gonna loose a lot of customers if you switch to 5G #5gkills

@EE are you aware that reception in Bromley is awful. Constant call drops and and intermittent data service. It’s normally pretty bad, but today it’s unusable.

Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

C’mon @EE this is getting silly. Phone shows 4G but London, York, Edinburgh frequently now there is just no signal. Tried phone and Ipad, same on both. Its almost like you’re trying to force people onto 5G. The last few weeks its been next to useless

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE very unhappy with the recent customer service. I got overcharged £60. When I contacted CS they agreed I’ve be wrongly charged but never said anything about being refunded then I got cut off by them and now can’t get through to discuss this.

I've been to a 3 shop before lockdown for assistance, been promised 2 callbacks today by customer services. No calls have been made back to me. First payment is due in coming days and I'm still with @EE and no service has yet been provided by @ThreeUK. How do I escalate?
