  I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

  @EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

  @EE How do I permanently turn my voicemail off? I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

  @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

  @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it
