I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

Has been £5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.

angel (@fathersaph) reported@EE i’ve called already, had to sign a single document for a new phone on the in store ipad as the link was not working on my phone - your employee has taken it upon themselves to sign my print name to a document for insurance that i didn’t ask for. i am contacting the ombudsman.
