I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

@EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

My problems with online access continue. My EE WiFi device is not connecting to the service . I was unable to buy more data for the 4G option despite @EE claim that they keep people connected. I had no service for 2 days ( 4G reloads today)

@EE I am having problems with my EE mobile WiFi box. It turns on ( all 4 lights showing) but then does not go through the sequence of going off and on again. This started Saturday and still not corrected. I did have data on this device so that not the reason.

@EE Your customer service is shocking! I was on hold yesterday to your Channel Returns department for 45 mins before being disconnected. I'm on hold again 25 mins, I want to cancel an upgrade I was miss-sold. Get more staff. The form is not suitable I want to speak to a human.
