If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

This hasn't been resolved no, they say I have to wait for an engineer to come on the 2nd October! My daughter has to work from home again from Sunday coming due to government covid announcement.
