@EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

@EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

@EE #EE @5G Don’t believe the hype with EE 5G it’s awful in London. Worse than 4G I previously had. Constantly drops internet and very unreliable. Sorry I change to 5G but I believed the hype EE spun me. Never again will listen to them. Once bitten twice shy! EE 5G is BAD
