    I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

    I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

    @Ofcom I really need help with an issues that has been going on with @EE fir months now. I have been paying for a server e that is barely working in my area and not been offered any part of my bill money back even when I’ve asked. I have had to resort to moving networks....

    @EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

    @EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

    @minxhoney @EE @bt_uk @MartinSLewis @EE love to give you the spill even in the shop, then when you get your first bill realise it’s a load of rubbish. Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

    @EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

    My mum Margaret is not that long back from the Town here in Glasgow to @EE to get her Mobile phones fixed. My mum got her Grey Mobile phone fixed on this day her Red One had to be sent away to get fixed as it's not working properly at all. So my mum doesn't know when she get it.

    @EE hi, is there any reason I should keep getting the message "no mobile data service, temporarily turned off by your operator for SIM1"? Other people in the same location I know are getting the same message on different networks.

    @EE your phone signal and 4g service is getting worse. Cant even make a call in my house anymore had to dust of the old landline phone.

    @EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

    @EE no service in my area for 16 hours now and I can’t contact you to set my handset up for WiFi calls. How am I supposed to find out when service will be restored? All I get on your website it that there is a known issue in my area.

    @EE some of the worst customer service you’ll ever come across. An hour and a half waiting online, transferred 6 times. Now been waiting g for an hour. When I close@my chat, nothing gets saved and the whole process starts again.
