    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    @EE Nope, no time frame given. And considering we have been waiting since the end of Nov for this I think this is awful customer service. Maybe we should switch provider this Nov to someone who fulfills their promises to their customers?

    @EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

    @EE that feeling when salesman in the store calls you “my friend” and you’re trying to stop a sudden urge to slap him; and then “manager” when you complain about it tells you off and bans from the shop. Cherry on the cake - customer service tells you they cannot register (cont.)

    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    Well @AnglianWater and @UKPowerNetworks getting the week off to a flying start, blocked sewer and no electricity wasn’t really how I was hoping #MondayMorning was going to start. Both problems reported online. (Thankfully @EE is still working).

    Hi @EE Could you please tell me where I should send a complaint to. Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.

    @EE so disappointed with this service . I have 3 mobile contracts with you which I've always been happy with....I them brought over my home broadband to you. I recently called as out internet speed is appalling. We had an engineer booked in to come out......contiued

    @EE Pathetic customer service, I have been with EE for over 10yrs I believe and never had an issue with s phone bit the one time I do,you do nothing to help. Disgraceful and disappointing. This will be my last contract if this is how you deal with a problem for a loyal customer

    @EE She has called and been in and told different things by different people. One said it will be January 2022 until she gets them while another said they had no idea and how long was a piece of string. She is overpaying as she is now out of contract plus down on the deposit

    @EE your website is shockingly bad for finding any useful information and your phone lines are always busy. Really poor. All I want to find out is how to retrieve an email address for a number already registered.

    @EE I’ve done it but it hasn’t shown that it has worked yet cause I’m at 0 days still. I’ll report back if there is a problem. Very strange how it’s advertised on your site but your customer service team don’t know about it.

    @EE I was told at the beginning of last week after complaining of little or no Internet from EE 4G wifi router & no mobile signal. Was told originally it would be fixed today. Nothing! We are in the DE55 area and there seem to be many others having issues here too. It's a joke

    @EE …I to@his account your quick enough to take it out but it takes you longer to put a mistake back he has no money for the rest of the week as he is disabled how long do I have to wait before I can cancel my sim deals
