Sue Adams (@sue_adams_) reported from Higham, EnglandHi @EE Could you please tell me where I should send a complaint to. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.
-
Monika Matis (@monikamatis) reported from Grays, England@EE that feeling when salesman in the store calls you “my friend” and you’re trying to stop a sudden urge to slap him; and then “manager” when you complain about it tells you off and bans from the shop. Cherry on the cake - customer service tells you they cannot register (cont.)

Joe (@chubbyjoeforza) reported from Gravesend, EnglandDear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

-
Phil (@feyipuk) reported from Stifford, England@EE That is what I'm reporting. If the only way to check if there is a problem with signal is to go to an area with signal to check, that's not very useful in an area with no signal. Is there no way to submit a signal reading to help in the future?

James M (@mindsgonewild) reported from Grays, England@EE If I google a specific accessory I can get in but if I use the link from the main EE shop website it errors out

Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England@EE Absolutely disappointed. Took £78.52 after I switched to a £12 SIM-only deal. They forgot to change my contract, ran 2 hard credit searches in a month, wrecked my credit score, refunded me 80p, & now charging £20/month. 3 weeks of calls—no real help. Draining. 😞
-
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England@EE However, to my shock, EE deducted £78.52 from my account instead of the agreed £12. After contacting customer service repeatedly for nearly three weeks, I was informed that this happened because EE failed to switch me over to the SIM-only contract as agreed. Despite numerous

Bekah Chloe (@BekahChloe7886) reported from Gravesend, England@EE My partner has received a letter stating that he owes yourselves £199.92 because of lack of payment. Our local store advised him to cancel his DD as his contract had ended. He has spoken to someone on the phone who was of no help. Please advise as this is ALOT of money 😡
-
Teddy (@Teddy_Nicoll) reported from Gillingham, England@EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

Patrick Hölscher (@allnewtomorrow) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Who is virtue signalling? "But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings" Know what Paris now also has? Far superior bike infrastructure, in addition to their better mobile network buildout. Perhaps you should have countered 5G fears better when in government.
-
Graham Scambler pics (@_GSPhotography) reportedHi @EE your automated replies on messages is very annoying and no help to my problem whatsoever!!!!!
-
Martin Jones (@Jones2204Jones) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Cambridge is meant to be our tech capital, but half the city has terrible coverage. And if you if you enter a building anywhere in town, its almost non-existent.
-
Dr Steve Fleischer (@britgermanbloke) reported@RichardBentall @drew_carver @EE Agree. I signed a bb contract in January, paid the bill by direct debit so didn't pay too much attention to it. Found out last week it was never put into their system! I've been paying much more than I should have been. 3 trips to shop this week and app still shows wrong price.
-
PT (@ptavfc1) reported@EE ongoing ABYSMAL service from EE…. Despite calling the so called Tech Team that can’t help and won’t help…… ABYSMAL
-
'Honest' JonWilliams (@honestjon74) reportedI’m so glad I’m out of contract with @EE finally!!!!! Never in my life have I seen a company go downhill so rapidly over the last few years. Can’t use apps if I’m not at home connected to wifi. Any good network in Pembrokeshire??? Please do NOT respond EE. I don’t care.
-
DirtySecret (@RAGunner72) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom, Dulwich’s signal isn’t bad because O2 or EE don’t care, it’s because Southwark and local residents block or shrink almost every modern mast application. Operators want to fix it, but planning laws stop them. Until councils allow proper 20–25m masts, Dulwich will always have Kabul‑level reception.
-
Maggie (@RealToffeeCelt) reported@EE @TomTugendhat It’s the same across the UK. I can’t drive from Glasgow to Edinburgh on the motorway without having calls/meetings cut off at three different points. Many parts of Glasgow have patchy coverage and in every hospital I’ve worked in across central Scotland (9) you can’t get a signal
-
Willem Moore (@willem_moore_uk) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The market decided you like bad service, Tom - that’s privatisation, for you!
-
Ben Craig (@bendougcraig) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom, this issue has been going on for years. It occurs in your current and former constituencies. So why wasn’t there an effort made when your party was in government to solve this?
