    Someone from @EE needs to give us a call very soon, because your in store customer service is absolutely horrifying every time and sick of being messed around and dismissed by staff. But as long as you have money every month then what do they care.

    @EE my earpiece on my mobile isn't working. I can't hear a thing when receiving incoming calls. I've been told I can take it back to store to get fixed and have a loan phone but yet 3 of my local stores don't have any. I can't go without a phone. Help me please....

    @nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

    Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

    @EE My partner has received a letter stating that he owes yourselves £199.92 because of lack of payment. Our local store advised him to cancel his DD as his contract had ended. He has spoken to someone on the phone who was of no help. Please advise as this is ALOT of money 😡

    Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

    @EE that feeling when salesman in the store calls you “my friend” and you’re trying to stop a sudden urge to slap him; and then “manager” when you complain about it tells you off and bans from the shop. Cherry on the cake - customer service tells you they cannot register (cont.)

    @DPDgroup_news #worst delivery service ever Dpd are awful, never going to use them. Dreadful service, liars as well. @EE stop using them they are awful. Third time they lied and messed up phone delivery. Useless customer service as well #worstdeliverycompany

    @EE so disappointed with this service . I have 3 mobile contracts with you which I've always been happy with....I them brought over my home broadband to you. I recently called as out internet speed is appalling. We had an engineer booked in to come out......contiued

    @EE I was told yesterday that now that my broadband is out of contract it nearly doubles in price. I am moving out in 5 months so can't take out new 18 month contract. Why can't I just extend for 5 months? Been an EE customer since it was Orange!

    @EE The status page still says ETC Jan 25th. The news yesterday from them via 150 is that it will be Feb 5th. I still don't have landline or broadband, and don't expect to until Feb 5th, despite being promised faithfully there would be no interruption in service.

    @EE The Roaming data and call services are genuinely unusable. I try and call your EE company and the call disconnects within seconds. I can't even do my JOB. This is a pandemic, if I needed to call someone this moment in need of an emergency you would have killed me. Disgraceful
