@EE my earpiece on my mobile isn't working. I can't hear a thing when receiving incoming calls. I've been told I can take it back to store to get fixed and have a loan phone but yet 3 of my local stores don't have any. I can't go without a phone. Help me please....

@EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

@EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

@nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

@EE My number or SIM seems to have been ceased to some degree? Not able to make outbound calls, so I can’t ring 150 to speak with customer support. My mum was able to ring me, and I can pick up, but outbound calls all just disconnect before establishing connection. Any help :)?

@EE hi - we have lost mobile phone signal completely in London N1 - mine, hubby & work phone all on your network. No network showing at all on phones & will not allow wifi calling either. Any idea how long before this issue will be fixed?
