Nick Anderson (@uknickand) reported from Bobbing, England@EE new customer here! Ordered sim only yesterday, i haven’t got access to account yet. Can I order another phone/number today and will that go to one account?
-
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England@EE and frankly feels like I’m being penalised for EE’s internal errors. This entire experience has been draining – having to call EE nearly every day, receiving little resolution, and now dealing with long-term credit consequences through no fault of my own.
-
Kate England 💙 (@kate_england) reported from Corringham, England@EE just got off the phone from retentions. Awful service and attitude from your staff! Loyalty certainly doesn't pay. Will be leaving after nearly 30 years and will be taking my families 5 plans too...
-
Teddy (@Teddy_Nicoll) reported from Gillingham, England@EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!
-
Matt Bourne (@MattBourne_) reported from Cliffe, England@EE It’s been resolved now. Spoke to one of your phone agents who was able to resolve the issue.
-
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England@EE I expect a full explanation and a proper resolution, including: A full and fair refund of the overcharged amount. An urgent review of the damage to my credit file. Compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused.
-
Joe (@chubbyjoeforza) reported from Gravesend, EnglandDear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve
-
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England@EE Absolutely disappointed. Took £78.52 after I switched to a £12 SIM-only deal. They forgot to change my contract, ran 2 hard credit searches in a month, wrecked my credit score, refunded me 80p, & now charging £20/month. 3 weeks of calls—no real help. Draining. 😞
-
the statistics guy jono (@Jon_UK2016) reported from Gillingham, England@EE Well @DPD juat lied to me on phone, couldn't be bothered to help. So EE may lose me as a customer after a decade.
-
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England@EE I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received over the past month. I was previously on a business contract that ended, and I chose to upgrade to a SIM-only deal at £12 per month. I agreed to the terms, signed the contract, and EE performed a hard search .....
-
Vikki Lisa xo (@VikkiLisa) reported from South Ockendon, England@EE @kwakdonut 4G is enough for this earth. No one gives a shit about 5G. phones and technology are not everything .. your gonna loose a lot of customers if you switch to 5G #5gkills
-
Monika Matis (@monikamatis) reported from Grays, England@EE that feeling when salesman in the store calls you “my friend” and you’re trying to stop a sudden urge to slap him; and then “manager” when you complain about it tells you off and bans from the shop. Cherry on the cake - customer service tells you they cannot register (cont.)
-
Phil (@feyipuk) reported from Stifford, England@EE That is what I'm reporting. If the only way to check if there is a problem with signal is to go to an area with signal to check, that's not very useful in an area with no signal. Is there no way to submit a signal reading to help in the future?

-
Lauren T💫 (@Lozzabish95) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England@EE Hi I’ve paid for an early upgrade on the 19th and I’ve received an email about my order but nothing else since in two days? Can you help please?
-
The Lefthand Low Golfer (@Grum90379158) reported from Rochester, England@EE Ok but please explain how I can cancel my current contract and then get EXACTLY THE SAME contract for £20 a month less? And with a brand new phone?
-
Teddy (@Teddy_Nicoll) reported from Gillingham, England@EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.
-
Luci-Ann (@lucy_anne95) reported from Rochester, England@EE thank you for your special offer that includes unlimited data for 5 days for £5 and 7 days for £7. I could use the offer again if it comes up. Having no internet sucks!
-
Mark Gould (@yiddo71) reported from Rochester, England@EE went into your Hempstead Valley store today to look at new phones shame the customer advisor was more interested in playing mobile poker than serving people!!
-
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England@EE However, to my shock, EE deducted £78.52 from my account instead of the agreed £12. After contacting customer service repeatedly for nearly three weeks, I was informed that this happened because EE failed to switch me over to the SIM-only contract as agreed. Despite numerous

Lucinda Brown.XRP (@cindyb1953) reported@Aaron96simpson_ @EE I’m actually thinking about going with Starlink, my contract with EE is up in September, I’m paying nearly £39 pm for a service that is pitifully slow. But the real kicker? They are offering new customers £24.99 pm. 🤨
-
Gaz (@TisSaff) reported@EE Contract is up, 27 year customer, prices are ridiculous now (up to 4x competitors). How do I go about leaving?
-
SMV (@MissSmallVoice) reported@EE Abysmal. Got an automatic voice telling me they'd sent me a text and then telling me AGAIN to text VM on or VM off. Such rubbish - it is a voicemail pin issue, where I did not re-set my pin. 4 hours since I got your message and no luck getting through to a REAL person. Abysmal
-
kelefc79 (@kelefc79) reportedNo signal in work. Nottingham. Sort it out @EE
-
Forgottengirl078 (@forgottengirl78) reported@EE As it stands I have a 5th person calling me back on Monday. If this person is as useless as the rest I will open a 4th complaint. I have treated me like trash. Something so simple has been messed up to such an extent it has dragged on for MONTHS.
-
jackie kemp (@jackiekemp) reportedLot of stress in the village atm because the @EE mast is down - it’s probably out of diesel again because @SSE refuse to put a mains electricity supply in the Balgy gap and as usual @ofgem sitting in London has designed a ‘****-you Scotland’ system
-
@thedrmike.bsky.social (@The_Dr_Mike) reported**** you @ee that's best part of an hour I've wasted trying to view my bills, look at upgrade options - phone & broadband but you website is so shite at loading pages, or not as is the case I'm now exploring other providers options - poor customer service extends to your website
-
Teds (@Tedtalks13) reported@EE #ee never changed my ee login in June, I have #reg123 logged on and checked. Both Helen Trott where stated once’s all files reviewed and any letters at any time that I don’t know about and have legal access right to know.
-
alan (@alan_muso) reported@EE Done that, been told to suck it up. That's what 37 years as a customer does. Don't worry, I wont take out new stuff with you but I'll keep my mobile with you as your charges are ok. But nothing else I'm afraid and in March 2027 I'll cancel this dumb SIM card and forget about it
-
