Poppy Jeffery (@BBCPoppy) reported from Maidstone, England@nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

I have been paying for a server e that is barely working in my area and not been offered any part of my bill money back even when I’ve asked. I have had to resort to moving networks....

Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

Claire (@clairelsmith10) reported@SkyHelpTeam I'm abroad, you charge £2 a day for some passport to "roam". Apparently there's a cap on spend on my account & you can't activate said passport, how am I meant to use my phone? Partner is with @EE and he has had none of these problems. Help.
