    I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.

    @EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

    @notJonahVeep @EE I'm sorry to hear that. I've only had exceptional service from them plus their Smart Plan meets a specific need I have that no other company offers.

    @EE data would not work all day yesterday. Not the first time. In general on a daily basis, service is bad.please don't blame the storm. This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

    @EE Well thanks for trying to help but I had to go into a shop and get someone to sort it for me. Just being a bit dim and was too technical for me. Seems the phone you sent not having a sim in the first place could have been part of the problem but we will never know now. 🤞
