    @EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

    I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

    @minidvr @EE It’s the first time it’s been completely down since we’ve been here but they did take months fixing the dodgy line into the vicarage. Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.

    @joolsmc @EE Latest update suggests it is back up and working, and I now have a signal again ;-) Network update: The maintenance in PA34 5PU is now complete, we recommend you restart your device. If you have already done this and are still having problems, please call us on 150.

    @EE details PM'd . Due to upgrade myself, I have other questions to ask since all the disruption to service of late. Are you cutting all 4G signal to force 5G upgrades at higher costs or will 4G be contined as i do not see any service plans on your site for 4G ?
