    @EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

    @EE data would not work all day yesterday. Not the first time. In general on a daily basis, service is bad.please don't blame the storm. This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

    @EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

    I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.

    @EE Is 01462 341325 a genuine number from EE? Have received calls every day this week. They want my account details and was rude when I said id never confirm details on a random cold call. If I wanted extra services I would contact you myself, not be harassed into it.

    @EE I paid for my £10 top up pack which includes minutes, texts and data. But when I called someone I was charged credit, as well as the use of my minutes. This has never happened before as the pack has just used minutes and not actual credit.

    @EE Got offered this at a shocking bad price compared to other providers. I've been with you for 5+yr, have 4 contracts out already. Told cus rep that I was disappointed and she couldn't care less that I now want to leave and take all my contracts elsewhere.

    Very disappointing that contracts can't be cancelled mid term @EE. People situations change beyond expectations over 24mth. ~£500 to cancel two phones & Internet as moving abroad after 10 years being customers. If my car insurance can do it, you can too. @MartinSLewis any tips?
