Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Ian Knight (@zort70) reported@EE We have phoned and got through to someone, seems like an update last night made the router go offline. Had to do a factory reset and reconfigure our network settings to get it back running again.
