@EE My partner has received a letter stating that he owes yourselves £199.92 because of lack of payment. Our local store advised him to cancel his DD as his contract had ended. He has spoken to someone on the phone who was of no help. Please advise as this is ALOT of money 😡

@EE my earpiece on my mobile isn't working. I can't hear a thing when receiving incoming calls. I've been told I can take it back to store to get fixed and have a loan phone but yet 3 of my local stores don't have any. I can't go without a phone. Help me please....

@EE how do I cancel my contract. Due to an ongoing issue with coverage. I have spoken to your call centre let's not go into that. I live in Carshalton in Surrey. However its not getting resolved so I would like out thank you. It's been over a year now no end in sight.

Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

@EE I hope you can ! I phoned Joey in Mobile care but no help ! Took out contract end of March. Clld it three days later . Now I see £10.04 taken from bank . Joey says it didn’t happen . Bank says it did . Joey says No I can’t speak to a supervisor ! How do I get my money back ?
