    @DPDgroup_news #worst delivery service ever Dpd are awful, never going to use them. Dreadful service, liars as well. @EE stop using them they are awful. Third time they lied and messed up phone delivery. Useless customer service as well #worstdeliverycompany

    @EE Yes I don’t that a number of times over the past few weeks , I only ever have issues in the DA9 area it’s worse at Bluewater I know I am not the only one as I have looked on FB and a number of people have said the same

    Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

    Been with @EE since it was T-Mobile 13 years ago, never changed my number or anything. £150 phone bill today. Honestly the most expensive company, just rob ya😩

    @EE Back in east London (E16, Canning Town). 1. After Airplane on/off 0.66 Mbps down 2. After restart 6.88 Mbps down (slower than normal 3’s speeds!) 3. I’m running iOS 13.1 on the device. FYI - I had no issues when at work at SE1.

    @EE My partner has received a letter stating that he owes yourselves £199.92 because of lack of payment. Our local store advised him to cancel his DD as his contract had ended. He has spoken to someone on the phone who was of no help. Please advise as this is ALOT of money 😡

    C’mon @EE this is getting silly. Phone shows 4G but London, York, Edinburgh frequently now there is just no signal. Tried phone and Ipad, same on both. Its almost like you’re trying to force people onto 5G. The last few weeks its been next to useless

    @EE how do I cancel my contract. Due to an ongoing issue with coverage. I have spoken to your call centre let's not go into that. I live in Carshalton in Surrey. However its not getting resolved so I would like out thank you. It's been over a year now no end in sight.

    @EE Yeah he has that why I know he won't be getting his money back, it was an add-on not actually a full contract, which should never have been carried on, but the man on the phone said it is his own fault and won't refund him, which is disgusting for a mistake you made as a company

    @EE It’s true. @O2 4G is terrible in London, where you do have it… in crowded areas it never works and have to revert back to 3G. I’m definitely considering a change to @EE

    @ladyywatermelon @EE @VodafoneUK No worries. I think there is 2 Virgin networks on the tube. One is called Virgin Media, not sure if you need to be a Virgin Media customer or not to use it, but the other is just called Virgin WiFi. I’m sure all you need to do is register. My phone just automatically connects.

    @Bitterlaketrout @JustCallMeGuv @EE as he'd never taken a penalty (I think) in any game, and he's not a striker. Young keen lads will go "Yeah, I'll do it, I'm up for it" and that's great, but you have to sometimes protect them from their own nature a bit, even if that nature is positive.

    @EE … I keep getting told to make a new claim and pay an excess again. But that would mean I’m paying an excess twice for 1 issue. I opened a complaint and no one will get back to me. I tried to cancel my insurance last week because of this and the person hung up on me …

    @EE Hi. Yes it was originally a technical issue but also may be to do with insurance also. I made a claim back in January for a broken phone. The phone I was given was also faulty but never replaced. That phone has since stopped working and im looking for a resolution …

    @EE I just want the old phone to be replaced as it wasn’t back in January. Or to have my money back from my premiums since January as I’ve been ignored and let down since then. It’s really upsetting as I still can’t cancel it because they say no one will listen to my complaint.
