    @EE data would not work all day yesterday. Not the first time. In general on a daily basis, service is bad.please don't blame the storm. This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

    A week after re-joining @EE, I already regret it. Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

    @EE How do I permanently turn my voicemail off? Iโ€™ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I donโ€™t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

    @EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

    I am so gutted I canโ€™t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay ยฃ15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.

    @EE just got off the phone from retentions. Awful service and attitude from your staff! Loyalty certainly doesn't pay. Will be leaving after nearly 30 years and will be taking my families 5 plans too...

    Hi @EE Could you please tell me where I should send a complaint to. Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.

    @EE on hold to customer service for 20 minutes, then when itโ€™s answered they immediately hang up. Ahhhh! No wonder thereโ€™s โ€œhigh volumeโ€ on your cancellations line (Not me being a Karen ๐Ÿ‘€)

    Never waste you time and money with @EE, worse broadband non service ever. I renewed my contract and got cut off as a result. In thirty years of marketing teaching Iโ€™ve never heard of the idea of punishing loyalists

    @EE coverage is really, really bad in my busy neighbourhood (which is also a tourist spot). Spoken to your rep but said they couldnโ€™t do anything. Seems oddโ€”you guys are usually the best!

    @EE Firstly just got off phone with ur support team about your network being down for the past week only for them to say they will credit my bill next month instead of putting on this months bill which I pay tomorrow and Iโ€™m sorry but Iโ€™m refusing to pay

    @EE FURIOUS! Wanted BT Fibre 300 smart hub 2 complete wifi ยฃ59 pm 24 months. EE sales agent matched cheaper - EE fibre max 300 with smart wifi ยฃ52 without smart is ยฃ42 (loyalty discounts). Agreed to ยฃ52. Connection, no discs, wrong hub, wrong tariff, no service, EE charging!
