Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.

If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

In a nutshell: paid for two weeks overseas roaming for honeymoon last year; 11 months later turns out I’m still paying for them! Offered only a 6 months refund. Surely that can’t be right? Please help

We have checked all his roaming etc as per help pgs on the ee website and it still isn’t working. As he has no signal we cannot send msgs so can’t text 150. Can someone please advise?
