    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    Well @AnglianWater and @UKPowerNetworks getting the week off to a flying start, blocked sewer and no electricity wasn’t really how I was hoping #MondayMorning was going to start. Both problems reported online. (Thankfully @EE is still working).

    @EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

    @EE Nope, no time frame given. And considering we have been waiting since the end of Nov for this I think this is awful customer service. Maybe we should switch provider this Nov to someone who fulfills their promises to their customers?

    Hi @EE Could you please tell me where I should send a complaint to. Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.

    @EE We do not it’s FTTP only I think it’s an exchange problem as we have an LOS light on it’s been reported already just need to know if it’s a wider network issue

    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    A week after re-joining @EE, I already regret it. Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

    @5odayja @EE They located the account, found a home telephone number on there. They couldn't give me the contact details so customer service called their home phone and apparently spoke to the owners dad. The father called his daughter, whose phone it was at the office.

    @EE Any updates EE? Standard ITIL process would have been to update your customers by now. Also, how can I get my PAC? SMS doesn't work as I have 2 clis on my account... Fairly sure you're in breach of @ofcom rulings right now. Ive been trying to get my pac for over 6 hours now.

    @EE when are you resolving these network issues? WiFi calling is my only means of communication. Disabled, with 2 children totally isolated. Not good enough.
