    Well @AnglianWater and @UKPowerNetworks getting the week off to a flying start, blocked sewer and no electricity wasn’t really how I was hoping #MondayMorning was going to start. Both problems reported online. (Thankfully @EE is still working).

    @EE so disappointed with this service . I have 3 mobile contracts with you which I've always been happy with....I them brought over my home broadband to you. I recently called as out internet speed is appalling. We had an engineer booked in to come out......contiued

    Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

    @EE I’m disgusted! added @Apple Watch 40mm online to my plan to then be told on 📞 that no stock! 40mm with no upfront cost must be replaced by 44mm WITH an upfront cost!! I pay over £100pcm to @EE, no way paying a cost. No help from @EE. You’re advertising on your app IS WRONG!

    I’ve just spoken to EE as my contract is ending on my iPhone. Don’t want an upgrade so just a sim deal. Contract includes my wife’s phone. Spoke to Scott in Scotland & he was so helpful. @EE Saving £40 a month. Thanks. Considering the virus 🦠 good service getting answered.

    @EE WS8 area had no signal for a few days. Can't call as signal problems. Not the first time. Been customer for over 20 years since Orange days and pay for 5G signal which is useless. Hmm is it time to change??

    @EE why has your 4g signal been so bad lately. I can be right next to a mast and it's still rubbish. Nothing like paying for a service I can't use. I could understand if I was in the middle of a dessert but i am in a town!

    @EE Hi. My signal is still really poor in my area and can’t make calls or if can the reception is rubbish and all crackled noise. I live brownhills, Walsall. I asked about the problem a couple month ago and was told a mast was under maintenance and would be sorted after a week.

    @YardleyShooting @EE @TalkTalk EE customer service are always great. Have you tried to see if they have a solution? They suggested I use a WiFi enabled phone at home as my signal is weak (and upgraded my phone early). I'm not on commission.
