  @EE I’m disgusted! added @Apple Watch 40mm online to my plan to then be told on 📞 that no stock! 40mm with no upfront cost must be replaced by 44mm WITH an upfront cost!! I pay over £100pcm to @EE, no way paying a cost. No help from @EE. You’re advertising on your app IS WRONG!

  Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

  @EE you know even your hotspot WiFi is a load of ****, it keeps dropping out. Also why can I not get 5G at your shop in Basingstoke, great PR I say. Even the staff in the Apple shop think EE is crap.
