Advice on broadband needed. Currently have through @EE but it’s not a good strength and doesn’t reach every room of the house. Drops out a lot. Paying £33. Looking to switch and have a better service and maybe pay a little less. Any suggestions?

Truly dreadful customer service from @EE Sheffield The Moor. Been a customer since 1999 (when it was One-2-One). No more! Clearly EE don’t care about customer loyalty. I will take my money elsewhere. #EpicFail #Disgrace

@EE i’ve done that. the internet was working again last night at like 10pm but woken up again to no internet. it’s ridiculous that i haven’t even been with you guys for a month yet and i’m having this issue everyday. i will not be paying the bill and will be going with another isp

@EE Sorry this hasnt worked and i believe i have veen contacted by someone claiming to be from EE pressuring me to download an app so you caj provide me with compensation! Please therefore let me know how i can get in touch directly with you to resolve this issue without a phone!

I’ve never owned kit that’s as glitchy as @EE ‘s Broadband drops. Booster falls off all the time. TV remote decides not to work. Just really unreliable. Wish I’d not switched.

@EE hi. I’m deaf so I can’t call you. I paid my bill on 31 December. My service still hasn’t been restored. It shows on my bank statement. But still showing as overdue on the EE app. Help.
