    @EE hi there, I was told someone would get in touch with me regarding my sim only contract order but haven’t heard anything. Order confirmation email says successful but haven’t heard anything since. Can you help? Thanks

    Advice on broadband needed. Currently have through @EE but it’s not a good strength and doesn’t reach every room of the house. Drops out a lot. Paying £33. Looking to switch and have a better service and maybe pay a little less. Any suggestions?

    @EE Harrassed yet again...had to just hang up...I cancelled yesterday as my contract was ending...explained ive got a new phone and going sim earlier....now ringing me up today offering me sim deals...not interested but kept going on....pathetic

    @EE is your site for resetting passwords down, or is there a problem, I cannot access account and now after reset of password it is not accepting it. Always an issue with your site and service

    @EE So EE continually refuse to ignore my tweets asking for help. Are people aware that new sim cards are not working? We took out a brand new contract on 10th March and cannot use the phone. Why are EE not replying and not making new customers aware of this issue?!

    @EE @EE have taken £300+ out off my bank which they knew is because off a scam number, they have literally left me with nothing and now unable to put food on the table. All that’s been offered is call back which was no help earlier! I literally have nothing left in my bank!

    @Mr1Car @EE @TalkTalk I hope your problems is not connection issues as EE use BT cables so any issues u had with talk talk will be there with EE
