    @EE They have returned but all day yesterday EE and BT were down which is shocking . Surely the size of your company you should have some kind of back up, especially when your broadband goes down you tend to rely on your mobile data as a hotspot.

    @EE hi there, I was told someone would get in touch with me regarding my sim only contract order but haven’t heard anything. Order confirmation email says successful but haven’t heard anything since. Can you help? Thanks

    Advice on broadband needed. Currently have through @EE but it’s not a good strength and doesn’t reach every room of the house. Drops out a lot. Paying £33. Looking to switch and have a better service and maybe pay a little less. Any suggestions?

    @EE as my emergency alarm didn’t go off, does that mean I get a discount? I mean, if I’m not getting the same service as other, it’s only fair! Unlimited data 🙄

    @marctsmith Can’t believe you are with @EE they are so expensive and while they have good coverage other much cheaper providers piggy back on their network!

    @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

    @EE I contacted you last week about a GDPR breach and this has still not been rectified. I’m still receiving multiple emails intended for another customer as my email address has incorrectly been registered to his new EE account and Netflix package. Sort this please!

    @EE my data keeps dropping in and out, even though it says I have 5G! As well as my signal. Is there some sort of issue I’m not aware of?

    @MissNads22 @O2 @EE claim to be the best network, if not because I have a broadband at home, people would have thought I live up in the mountains and had to go outside to get a network 😭

    @OniSuika @EE How many people do you think you’ll be turning off of EE that aren’t already in the replies looking to complain to people that can’t help? You think people will see that you’re having an issue, that’s logged are any less likely to be put off than those claiming overcharging?

    @EE you've confused a pensioner into a two year contract that they can't use, their bank just informed them that you'd emptied their pension and had to cancel the payments. I'm going to help them not get into trouble because of your sleight of hand. who at EE should i contact?

    @EE Home broadband. Never seen speeds over 3mb/s even through ethernet, and now had a week of random disconnects every hour. The service check on the website hardly ever loads but when it does it reports no problem. Done the classic troubleshoots to death. How does this cost so much?
