Red85 (@laylaclare85) reported from Capel Seion, WalesAdvice on broadband needed. Currently have through @EE but it’s not a good strength and doesn’t reach every room of the house. Drops out a lot. Paying £33. Looking to switch and have a better service and maybe pay a little less. Any suggestions?

Surely the size of your company you should have some kind of back up, especially when your broadband goes down you tend to rely on your mobile data as a hotspot.

andrew (@adrewmg) reported@EE I haven’t been able to use my phone since I get to Spain a few days ago. I can’t make calls or use the internet. How can I log into my account when I can’t receive the text code sent to my phone. I have never had this problem on other networks.
